Damn, I'm done binging Pick Me Up, Infinite Gacha.

It's a great manhwa! The growth of the MC is gradual and natural. The side characters also go through their own interesting character arcs and I enjoy the fact that teamwork is an important factor here without the "friendship is magic" thing.

Certainly makes for an interesting read!

(Also MC is hot, smart and badass °^°)

Okay, I caught up the novel translation. Soo...it's 208/327 for the main story. 119 chapters left.

So far, this novel still one of my favorite. It's really well written. The story line, plot, characters development, world. I can say this is my favorite Korean webnovel after ORV.

About Han Seojin, a famous ranker in game Pick Me Up, a game about heroes who climbing tower to save the world. One day, when he playing the game, his heroes encountered an unidentified enemy. Suddenly he lost unconsciousness and when he woke up, he was inside the game, as an hero in a newbie account. He always think his heroes in this game have their own personality, like a real human. It's turned out they ARE human being from different dimensions.

The unique things about Pick Me Up are each account has different heroes and quests, and when your hero dies, they cannot revived. Due the random summoned heroes and difficulties, Han always says this game is based on luck. Also, the heroes can suggest something to the master.

The competent Master now being a hero with newbie Master. He must do his best to clearing the quests.

I love the strict but not really heartless Han. He's really smart, can be cruel if he need, but also kind inside. He's getting being psychopath though lol. The mad dog. Anyway, I repeat it again: he isn't heartless but can be cruel if needed. I'd like to see him meet his first hero.

Jenna also my favorite. The cheerful genius archer. She really mood makers.

Aaron definitely my most favorite character, beside of Han. He didn't give up despite his lack of talent. Reminds me of Rock Lee. And I love his timid personality. I'm waiting for his return. I wonder how much his personality will change.

Eolka, Edis, Dika, Velkist, Neryssa, Rodrick, etc. And Niflheimr's first party. And of course Anytng. I love almost all of the characters.

I really recommend you this series if you love smart MC, games with strategies, strong characters, and complex story. The manhwa also really good! As a novel reader, I would say the manhwa so satisfying to read!

Now since I caught up PMU, I think I'm gonna continuing read EX Rank, then TCF.

* Kim Namjoon- Taehyung second elder brother. Rapper doesn't really care of his family bullshit but loves his little brother a lot some may say he's obsessed. Looks like his in his late 20's but is 751 (5'11)

* Kim Seojin aka Jin WWH- the oldest Kim brother, models, sings, dance, & love his video game. Some say he's more terrifying than his baby brother. It's like look at the world's more beautiful demon. Look like he's in his late 20's early 30's but is 753 (5'10)

*  Nishimura Riki aka Ni-Ki - the newly crown king of Japan. Also a full blooded vampire. Niki is 75 but looks about 18 or 19. So he is young reckless & ruthless. Like most humans in their teens. Youngest king in years of Japanese vampires (6'1)

Characters~ Human

* Riley- the oldest of the twins & second oldest. Much like Rhonda the twins are victims of trafficking. Riley is honestly the nice one of all three of the sisters. Very shy but very protective of her twin, often mistaken for being dumb & naive but is the complete opposite. (5'10)

* Mr. Kang Jay- underground mafia leader, many enemies, feared be more, was the CEO of a very successful cellphone company. (6'1)

Far be it for the Park Seojin of current day to go looking for a fight — a physical one, of all things — but there are always extenuating circumstances that lead him back toward the craving. No one has yet to provoke him to the point beyond the precipice. For now, he waits, stewing in his own anger hoping it is drowned out by the feeling of melancholy.

So far, Han Rowon has done little to him personally deserve too much ire. However, Seojin's current disdain for the world around him and Rowon's propensity for pressing his buttons does not prevent him from falling into the idea. In fact, he is rather enthusiastic contacting the other trainee to finally join him for one of his days at his boxing gym.

It is not the first nor the last time he would be bringing someone with an especially aggravating thorn in his side. He used to be one to settle things with actual fights, thinking of it as a man's solution to suppressed feelings and arguments. Of course, he is not entirely wrong sometimes. ( His brawls with Yushin and Byeongkwan years before becoming trainees is proof enough there is some merit to the method. )

But this is a controlled environment. In the ring, one must follow rules — particularly when teaching a beginner.

In his defense, he will claim it is a healthy, safe way to channel one's frustration; the abrasions on his knuckles be damned. ( Speaking of, he makes sure to preemptively wrap his hands. There would be no questions nor further damage to them. )

Seojin adjusts the strap of his gym bag as he enters the building, his eyes searching for the challenger guest he promised to bring along all those months ago. Rowon's face is not an easy one to miss but it is not found within the small amalgamation of regulars that he greets with a simple head nod.

And so, Seojin waits, leaning against the thick wire fence within the entrance's corridor. He glances up at the chipping blue matte paint. The large metal doors open.

He turns his head down, and offers a sideways smile. "You actually came."

on their 30TH DAY in the pocket realm, the cultivators suddenly find themselves displaced back to the real world. each return to their sect's base, where they can consolidate their skills and present to their elders the fruit of their labor inside the pocket real.

after seven rest days, the second part of this gathering begins; it's time for the COMPETITION.

PARK SUJIN starts the fight strong with his combat prowess, however, CHA SORI comes up on top and wins thanks to her skills.

due to their different skill set, the women play on each other's strengths and weaknesses and after several exchanges, HAN HYUNHEE takes the win.

the two cultivators are well-matched and both display excellent skills, in the end, MOON JINO is the winner

OKAMOTO KENTARO upsets CATER JAEJIN several times before the nagamaki wielder manages to close quarters with the shadow wood sect cultivator and wins the match

both being at similar levels, the fight isn't easy for any of them but KANG MINJUN takes the win.

though PARK ZOE displays better weapon mastery than MAE JASPER, the man manages to overwhelm her with his other skills

though XUE YICHEN would be considered a better fighter than his opponent, KIM NAYOUNG other skills let her dominate the fight and become the winner.

LEE MINJI vs HAN JISOO        

the match between the two is difficult for both of them due to their similar skill levels; with both close to exhaustion, HAN JISOO launches a spell that gets him the win.
