I have figured out that reading multiple things I like at once (Artemis Fowl books, Miss. Peregreine books, and pjo, for a totallynotspecifictomycurrentsistuation example) is not a good idea. I cannot like something, no, I must *adore* something. I do not like these books, actually-I Fucking Love Them.
And loving things means hyperfixating on them. Which means wanting to talk about them constantly to the annoyance of everyone who has ever talked to me. It also means having all my brian energy taken up by it until the next thing comes along.
Rereading things reminds me of how much I love them. (I just started reading the Artemis Fowl books, though-on The Time Paradox now!!)
Getting to my point because i will forget it if i dont hurry up-Ita not a good idea for me specifixally to read more than one book i adore at once or they will fight over for space in my brain and every second of doing anything feels like i will explode.
I am reading one book just to thing of the other and thwn have the third appear. I must look at all the art and find all the fics i like for all of them now. I mist draw them and write or i will explode-but ita also i possible for me to do it all at once for i am not an octopus.
Help.

Half wondering if I'm being the asshole here but
Why not use English to debate with someone who understands English and not your language, when you can understand English?
I won't start speaking French when debating Snape with an English speaker 'cause this is purposefully making it harder to understand and reply -- not because of the arguments themselves but because of intentional language barrier. I start speaking fucking English for a reason.
I'm not spending half of my time Google Translating your lazy answer
Try again in English if you wanna replace the comments I deleted

hey, small psa:
fictives are just people. you wouldn't walk up to a person you saw on the news once while they're having dinner and say "holy shit guys it's Jimothy Cumwomble, great job on stopping that armed robbery, sorry your brother died in the process". that would be completely socially unacceptable - you'd be butting in on their life, overstepping not just their boundaries but basic social decency, and bringing up potentially traumatic life events. it's rude, infantilizing, and potentially directly harmful. so why would you do the same to a fictive just because you know, or think you know, their source?
and that's not to say "never bring up a fictive's source to them", plenty of fictives enjoy talking about their sources! but there's a little thing called tact. you can ask whether they're okay with talking about it, or join in on a conversation where they already are, even just a "hey if you don't mind could we chat about your source" would go a long way. but suddenly changing the topic to their source not just without warning but by singling them out as "weird" or "interesting" and saying things about their source that would never be appropriate to say to a singlet about their past is not cool.
TLDR, a fictive existing in a public space is not an excuse to single them out, put a spotlight on them, and bring up potentially traumatic parts of their history just because you think their source is neat. have a little common sense about timing and approach, or just let them exist in peace.

big warning if you do get into hypnosis: develop the skills necessary to know your boundaries extremely well and firmly impose them and you need need need need need to be able to pull yourself up out of trance. there is no harm in hitting the block button if people try and harm you, even if it is smack dab in the middle of a session, but you do need to be able to know how to protect yourself

"Bungie needs to kill off The Guardian and start over with D3." "The Guardian needs to retire so we can start with a new character in Frontiers." "The Guardian is too overpowered, they need a story where they lose everything or get nerfed."
Bungie needs to stop stifling/firing their writers and find a better format than seasonal content. The issue isn't the story, it is the constraints on the narrative team. Yes, part of it is unavoidable due to Destiny's existence as an online FPS but they could be doing so much better.
And before you say, "You just don't want to lose your overpowered OC!": I'm actually basing this on feedback I heard during my Bungie tour. So.

What people think studying geology is like: Here, memorize these 100 cool rocks and where to find them and also here's how plate tectonics works.
What studying geology is actually like: All rocks are actually one of these 10 rocks except when they're not, but those are like super rare so don't worry about it. The Earth's mantle isn't really made of magma and its also green actually. Rotate this cube in your mind seven different ways. Remember not to lose your protractor. We combined a compass and a level into one horrible machine, now go chuck it at a hillside in the rain in seven different ways. Do you remember anything from high school trigonometry? Cause you'd better. Move this object into the theoretical construct where space isn't real and all angles are doubled for some reason. Time to play in the sandbox! You think you know how the concept of temperature works? Haha fuck you. Now rewrite how your brain thinks about 3D space.
