🍁🕸🕷☠️🎃 ------------------------ Looking Like Captain America & Bane doing this 😂 - 1) 💢Training Mask💢 Focus here using the @trainingmask is to strengthen my diaphragm, which would be great for any combat sports which in all will improve my lungs capacity by forcing me to breath in deeper than normally. 2) 💢HIGH REP RANGE💢 Doing the heavier weight like a deadlift for a higher reps allows to do indirect cardio making it more difficult with the mask. 3) 💢NO CHALK💢 Helps me be able to handle certain amount of weight and strengthen my grip, so when i use it grip strength won't be the reason I fail. 4) 💢NO BELT💢 Indirectly train my core because what a belt does is it basically helps to keep your posture straight, so without a belt you are focus to contract your core to keep a straight posture so you don't hurt yourself. 🚫Rounding your back on a deadlift is a NO NO🚫 - It Looks Bad*** but it was for a purpose.
