Expect a post with more details about it soon. 👌🏻. . Just happy to be back in the gym after being sick over the holidays. Had a nasty little viral respiratory bug that has passed and just dealing with some congestion, but 4 days away from the grind was enough. I was starting to go stir crazy! . Even though I'm not back to 100% yet progress was still made. 🤘🏻. So glad I went this morning! I added most of the clips from my story, but IG stripped the music when downloading them. 🙄. I post my workouts (like I have been for the past 2 or 3 years) each time and usually put a song from my workout playlist as well. I figure that's better than hearing me grunt, growl, and breath. 😄. . Gainz Check! 11/2015 on top vs 11/2016 on bottom. Started out with a personal trainer learning to lift weights but ended up on a different more intense workout plan. Insanity with Shaun T was tough but I got thru it a few times with a couple close frat and friends. Definitely helped me build endurance and consistency.
