✿ グーゲルフップフ | Gugelhupf ・オーストリアやドイツ、フランスのアルザス地方で親しまれているリング状のケーキ。フランスのアルザス地方では「クグロフ」と呼ばれています。 ・その歴史には諸説ありますが、ニーダーエスターライヒ州のカルヌントゥム遺跡でグーゲルフップフの型に似た陶器が出土していることから、古代ローマ時代には作られていたのではないかと言われています。後にオーストリア皇帝フランツ・ヨーゼフ1世が好んで食べていたことで、上流階級を中心に高級菓子として広まるようになりました。かのマリー・アントワネットがフランス国王ルイ16世へ嫁ぐ際に、グーゲルフップフをフランスに持ち込んだという逸話が残されていますが、専��家の中にはフランス発祥説を唱える人もいるそうです。
