Hey, exam spell anon here. I made a greem charm bag with a few herbs for success, maybe 1 for memory/focus. Rosemary, coffee and basil were definitely components. I then tied it with a witch's ladder type knotted string and put it into my pencilcase as i took the exams. My intent was to get over x% in my exams, and that may have been my downfall i think. I might have mixed up intents/incantations as well.

Paradigms vary but you’re asking me, so:

Less is more. Memory problems notwithstanding, not good to have ingredients so incidental that you can’t even remember what they were.

Each ingredient should be worked over and empowered individually. Putting a bunch of stuff together and chanting over it as one mass can work. But for troubleshooting, less is more. 1 or 3 active ingredients, including any elemental powers. Work over each one individually for its specific purpose. Ask it for exactly what you want. Explain its role to it.

Try 3 tiers of expectations. Magic should work, right? But that doesn’t mean we are automatically good enough at it to get perfect results every time. So try staggering intents, like this:

“Bring me perfect success on this test, so that my grade is 100%.

But if you can’t do that, bring me at least %%.

But if you can’t do that, cancel the test so no one takes it, or bring me extra credit, or otherwise ensure my total grade does not lower.”

“But if you give magic wiggle room it will take the path of least resistance! And you can never use words like NO or CANT in spell intents!”

Which, no. “Magic” understands, among other things, consent and if/then statements.

Mixing up intents and incantations is no good. If it helps, write them down and read off a paper.

Try sealing/embedding the spell power into the physical vessel. Your witch ladder is a great way to do this. Try sealing the spell as a whole overall, too.

Carrying it with you is a great idea.

I'm more into grungy cottagecore. Yknow dark forest, black cats and other dark colored animals. I guess witchy aesthetic?

But like- with ripped up jeans and homemade jackets out of old socks. Collecting crystals and coins and making pies. Having a garden with bushes of blackberries. Making jewelry for myself and friends.

Dark but warm hues of purple and red, yellow and green. Bohemian witch with a mix of cottagecore. That's my style.

The murders he wrote; Chapter one: starting

"Breaking news, a other murder was found in devil's lake. A body of a young woman middle twenties. That makes 5 in the last month, police has yet to release any information about the body that was found. Soon will have more information later on at 7" Here we go again, a other body; I'm guessing you'd wondering what just happened and why do they mean the 5th body found, let me explain.It all started when i went back to my home town of devil's lake and no its not call that cause someone seen the devil but it does have a weird hole in the lake that goes deep down people say there was a witch chasing a child in to the water but the child was smart enough to bring in a knife to kill the witch and where she sank down the hole was made cause she was taken back to hell or so its told so though some believe its only a sinkhole that was created. so from that sinkhole people call our town devil's lake, dumb i know but hey what can you do. so when i moved back to my home town at the age of twentyfour, i am a college drop out cause my parents became ill and i had to come take care of them since my siblings refused to cause they hated this town and i cant blame them. they have stupid laws that they push on people mainly kids and teens and sadly i'm not that tall so i can easily be mistaken as a teenanger now and again. I finally reached my parents home and noticed there was a cute woman next door we talked; she's a young korean girl that moved here to have a new start to a town its small and easier on her and i cant blame her; she told me her name is Mi-Cha. My parents loved her cause she would come by and make them tea, which is my mom weakness is greem tea, we had dinner with her on the same night i came back and talked about how she was pushed to be a cop mainly  homicide detective, her parents wanted the best of the best and kept pushing her to the point she ran away, she doesn't go by her parents name she just called herself mi-cha lee, lee being her middle name. I felt bad how her parents pushed her so much, though my parents let me follow my heart, i enjoyed art but i wanted to be a writer, so they helped me get to college. we chatted for hours then after dinner and enjoyed some of mi-cha green tea, she grows it in her backyard which i enjoy and i'm not much of a tea drinker. I feel like i met someone who's so different from me, yet she seems to catch my eye and have a loving voice, hearing her calling my name "James" man i feel like she put me under a spell of love and i don’t mind one bit. funny i know, I've noticed once i gotten back the once popular girls seem to come speak to me i guess cause i'm sitting on a huge some of money and my parents beautiful home with the woods in the backyard that is counted as ours, and from there i was hit on by the women even some guys i had a good laugh at them cause i know for a fact they made fun of me for being pansexual; and they are all straight or so hidden in the closet they believe they're straight. As i was out i seen mi-cha at the only coffee shop and sat with her enjoying my espresso, we talked and I've noticed she gotten annoyed how people keep coming up to me asking me what am i doing to night or whatever, i find it stupid they come up after so many year to come talk to me, i falling more in love with mi-cha cause she fulled snapped speaking in korean "ulileul honjadugo gadolog hae!" she later told me it means "leave us alone or else" but i loved how she spoke in korean. After a bit we headed home talking away; after a few days of knowing each other i asked her out, she was over joyed and accepted and we had our first date. I got ready for our date, i was gonna take her to a local dining place, i walked over to her place and she opened the door. my jaw dropped when i saw her in a beautiful blue dress, it hugged her hips though it wasn't that short like the skirts she enjoys to wear, shes also bottom heavy but i didn't mind one bit, we headed out and enjoyed the night; people commented how i look good and why i was with a bit bigger girl, though its mainly her hips and sides were a bit big, but i brushed them off till i noticed she seemed upset by being called "fat" then i lost it on the girls who were bothering us, i saw the look of love in mi-cha eyes and happiness from being protected from others. After the dinner we had we went out for ice cream and went back home, it was an amazing night, we got to her door and she fully made a move on me; like no time wasted she kissed me goodnight and smiled telling me she had a wonderful night and cant wait for the second date, i smiled and agreed with her and said we should go somewhere to be alone she agreed and i went home.The Very next day there was a murder on the news one of those girls that were bugging us was killed and dumped in the lake, no one is suspected for the murder i quickly got up to head to mi-cha to see if shes okay and right when i opened the door she was at the door about to knock to come talk to me about it but little did i know who really done it all.
