I've never watched Gotham, but after reading (part of) Jerome's wiki I have decided that I must watch it, and I already know he's going to be my favorite character lol

I think I maybe made this one a bit too colorful to the point it's a little bland in an attempt to make it match so I could go to bed but idk, I had fun making I'll try and make another of him tomorrow, if anyone has any feedback it's very appreciated

Yeah!! This was a lot of fun! I've never watched the show but went mostly off vibes because this character just Vibes for me?? So I'm sorry if it's off from the canon!

PS. I didn't include any Penguin stuff 'cause I don't know this character's relationship to it but I've always thought of it as a mean nickname that he ends up kinda claiming but I don't think he'd like it as a little one

Hiii! I didn’t know much about this character so I had to rely on the Wiki and his general vibe- he looks like he needs a hug tbh ;-; so I added plenty of cuddly friends, a toy kitchen since his wiki said he was a line cook at one point, and avoided bat motifs despite his spookiness since he’s like a Batman villain kinda guy! Hope you like it!
