ok so in this au not Everything is swapped? I mean maybe some of the confidant’s stories and some of their personalities but everyone in the phantom thieves are still the same people!! Morgana included too idk how u swap him bruh

Akechi gets the criminal record and has to live with sae (and only finds about makoto later on) in the attic of like a dessert cafe! I imagine the nijima’s would have ties to akechi’s which is how akechi was in their care in the first place

So concequently ren, sojiro and futaba gets switched w them (prosecutor sojiro, student council president futaba even thoufh shes in her first year ? Or maybe shes just an honors studnet idk)

As for shuake themselves yeah their personalities are the same save for the backstories. I think shido is still the big bad but like . Kills ren’s whole family and got taken in by the sakuras. Akechi goes to jail for tje samw reasons that ren does in canon but i dont rly know how to tie the whole shido is his dad thing … yeah i ddint really thijk that far 😭😭😭

HOLY SHIT THIS AKECHI PALACE IDEA

when the pt begins to infiltrate shidos palace ofc they have to go through akechi's fight. thats when he proudly reveals the palace theyd been going through was HIS. his palace took on the name and distortion of shido's ship because he wanted to get close to shido. he then tells the pt that he already cleared shido's palace and to get out. he then brings down the ship which was the false part of the palace.

so the crumbling buildings were akechi's palace and Shido was the center of it.

whenever i think about femkechi's robin hood outfit, i think of a magical girl since she's probably grown up with them (it's in akechi's blood to be obsessed with a show that's about defeating villains with the power of friendship). same color scheme as regular akechi's outfit but with more frills and ruffles. i feel like it would also hide her body shape since she (to me) likes to dress modestly. flowers on the sides of her mask.

black mask outfit is maybe the same as canon akechi's. i don't have many thoughts. she definitely wears really cool boots though, i can't deny her cool boots.

i also think a hereward outfit would be cool. it's a mix of the other two in the sense that it has a magical girl theme but dark. the dress looks regular and stuff until you get to the end of her skirt and sleeves where they're frayed and burned. her hands are either covered by gloves with a lot of finger accessories that look like claws or clawed gauntlets. she keeps the really cool boots. around her neck and wrists are the remnants of chains. she still has the flowers. also this dress shows off her body shape more.
