Right, I know I said this but I'm not even reading Christine anymore. I've read Psycho and I'm almost done with The Mist, and I've began The Shining.

I finished Carrie ages ago, I'm reading I'm glad my mom died and christine.

I think Buffy in Scary Movie was named after Cici Cooper in Scream 2 (a guest star appearance of Sarah Michelle Geller, who is known for playing Buffy Summers).

Right, so, I think Scream 7 is basically going to be like Wes Craven's New Nightmare where it's based in real life (like when Heather Lagenkamp played herself not Nancy, so Neve Campbell will play herself and not Sidney). I only think this because, one, I saw a rumour like a year ago about this, just after Scream 6 had been released. Two, the photo of Neve on set wearing the same outfit with the same hair like the first film (like when Heather's clothes suddenly changed into Nancy's pajamas). And, three, it'd be a good way to honour Wes Craven - just like how Wes in Scream 5 was named after him and "For Wes" was at the end of the film as well as the banner at Wes' memorial service at Amber's house in Scream 5.

In the original script of Scream 2, Hallie was supposed to be the killer before it was leaked and I believe it was changed to Mickey (or he was introduced solely for this) and not Nancy (as it'd be easiest).

In the original script of Scream 5, Tara and Amber were dating.

Kirby was actually shown to be alive in Scream 5, though not having any speaking roles. When Richie was watching Stab videos on YouTube, there's a thumbnail to the right that Kirby is one, and the title for the video talks about how she's a massacre survivor.

In Scream 2 while Sidney's on her way to get Randy from his film class at the beginning of the movie, she passes someone wearing the exact outfit she wore in the original Scream (baggy jeans, grey jumper).

In season 2 episode 3 of Shining Vale, there's a big reference to Rosemary's Baby when Pat's dreaming (she has mousse that's been drugged by her neighbour and ends up being raped (?) by a demon while she's high).

Although in Pat's case it could just be a hallucination, I don't even know anymore.

How do you feel about Stu/Sidney as a couple?

I don't know, honestly. I mean, Stu did have a thing for Sidney but I don't think Sidney really cared nor thought about Stu as anything past a friend - also evidence for this is she dated Billy, not Stu, and the fact that Tatum was dating Stu - but this could also just be Stu trying to get closer to Sidney. But, aside from all that, I can't really picture them anything other than just friends.

I know Neve Campbell is getting a shit ton of backlash as she's returned to Scream, especially after Melissa Barrera getting fired over something she definitely should not have. But, the thing is, Neve has two kids and a husband, but, nobody really knows how she is financially, whether she's stable or not. Also, don't forget the fact that Kevin Williamson is now directing, which opens a new door. This could mean that Melissa has a possible chance of appearing in the seventh movie, possibly Jenna alongside her.

Both Neve and Courteney must be getting paid a mansion per scene after everything, I get it when people say "they're trying to distract us from Melissa Barrera's firing". But, it's people's jobs at the same time. I wouldn't be boycotting a financial company if my mom got fired but this other dude got hired again, but it is a valid thing to do, Spyglass firing Melissa was absolutely vile after she spoke out about something that's serious. So, overall, it's not that deep, I completely understand both points as Melissa was in the right to speak out about the horrific side of the Gaza strip and it was wrong for her to be fired over it. And, it may have been wrong for Neve to rejoin but there's a ton of other things to factor in.
