In April 2020, rapper Boosie Badazz urgently needed insulin and asked fans in Jacksonville, Florida, for assistance. A woman drove three hours to deliver the medication, declining payment and requesting only a photo. After leaving, she bought a scratch-off lottery ticket and won $10,000.

Starting my day off with a positive and good deed… so homeless people, society looks down on them as if they are a lower class people and in reality it is someone that had bad luck, life hasn't been easy or something they can't control has resulted in that outcome. It doesn't make them any less human or deserving of support! This morning I stopped at my regular Tesco Express for work stuff and there was this homeless guy sitting in the rain just gone 7am. So many people just blanked him or acted like they hadn’t seen him and it irked me. Like I wonder how they would feel if the roles were switched, being ignored while the person goes and spends X Y or Z on shopping while they may not of eaten in days.
I had a scratch card with a £5 win and a couple quid in change, so I ended up giving him both. Sure some would say they might just buy booze or feed bad habits with but if that's what they want, if that's what gets them through another day, then so be it. He was so thankful and knowing I made a stranger smile just makes my day!
It doesn't hurt anyone to be a kind human being folks, the world needs more of that 🫶🏻✨💕

Today, I got 2 bursts of serotonin from the same interaction. I went to the store to exchange 1 thing and buy another. I happened to be in the soda aisle on my way to check out. I hear a short, older woman telling her barely taller companion, "It's all the way in the back up there. I tried to go find someone but -" and I was right there, being my tall self, and said,"Which one did you need?" And she told me so I reached up on the top shelf and grabbed one. She asked for 2 more, so I got them. She was like, "Thank you so much!" And walked away. Serotonin 1 - helping someone and them saying thank you. So I grab my cart again and take a step, and then this other lady, an old Asian woman, catches my attention as she comes from behind me. She says, "That was really, really nice of you. Thank you. You didn't have to do that. That was really nice." Serotonin 2 - being recognized for my good deed. 👍

For my first attempt at getting Ben Solo some social skills, I invited him to join the Scout Troopers and me this weekend. The locals are having some kind of town meeting and I volunteered us all to help out with the electronic stuff. Make sure the microphones and speakers were loud enough and the holostream for those who couldn't attend was working properly. All of that. The locals get free AV assistance, and my Troopers get their Good Deed badges.
Ben Solo was like, "Ah! Good deeds! So the purpose of this task is pull oneself closer to understanding the Light side of the Force through acts of servitude!"
Buddy. No. You gotta relax with all that "Force" stuff. It's not that deep. The purpose is to mingle with the locals, learn a little more about their local politics, and hope we do such a good job that Mrs. Lister will make us some of her famous ettel nut donuts.
Sigh. I have a lot of work ahead of me.

Chapter 1: Fluffy Biscuit
Narrated by Sorika.
Narrator: It was hard not to get lost in the foggy streets of the Pigeon capital on a gloomy night.
Narrator: It was the city slum. There was no regal palace and very few soldiers on patrol.
Narrator: Only people who struggled to make a living gathered here.
Narrator: The scent of bread from close by smelled the same as ever.
Narrator: It was years ago. Same street. It rained often during the day. There were puddles on the ground everywhere.
Narrator: The familiar fragrance of bread permeated in the air.
Lady Shopkeeper: Hot, freshly baked bread! Last batch of the day!
Narrator: The lady shouted in front of her bakery, as the aroma penetrated my nostrils.
Narrator: My tummy growled. I did my best to hide myself in a corner and out of everyone's sight.
Narrator: As soon as she turned, I snatched a bag and dashed.
Narrator: I could hear her shriek behind me.
Lady Shopkeeper: Damn thief! The Black Queen will find you tonight and break your bones!
Narrator: The Black Queen is a mythical figure in Pigeon. She is somewhat cruel, but will punish sinners.
Narrator: The lady shopkeeper cursed in the middle of the street. I kept on running with the soft bread in my arms.
Narrator: The Black Queen is scary, alright. But I'll starve without food. Hunger is more frightening than any folktale.
Narrator: I sprinted with all my might, stopping only when I got to a dark alley.
Narrator: I left every last bit of light behind when I ran into the narrow alley.
Narrator: It was the lowest of the low, a corner everyone shunned. Even the sun.
Narrator: But I could still see the fancy palace and the Pigeon church spire from there.
Narrator: It was where I was born and raised.
Narrator: I believe I have parents. But once I was old enough to find food, they called it a day and abandoned me.
Narrator: That forced me to live on the streets, relying on my wits and scavenging for anything still edible.
Narrator: In a dilapidated house lived me and several other children who shared a similar fate.
Narrator: I opened the wrapper, took out a biscuit, and chucked the rest into the house through a hole.
Narrator: The biscuit was toasted to a perfect golden brown, with a bit of syrup on top.
Narrator: Two tall policemen suddenly came out of nowhere. One of them grabbed me by the wrist.
Officer: We got you now!
Narrator: Well, it was inevitable. Did the Black Queen send them? Was she really going to punish me?

watching soap squeeze into the elevator at the last second and you make the mistake of being a polite individual by asking him if he's going down and he takes a step back, brows quirking briefly as he gives you a once-over and shrugs.
"why not?" starting to ruck the sleeves of his sweater up to his elbows. "gotta make it quick," he adds, eyes darting to the elevator panel. "there are only 'bout 5 floors between us and the lobby."

Aspiration
Aspiration leads to achievement. Aspiration brings more expectations. A life without hope is like a blurry image without knowing what is meant by it. Confirm your desire to achieve the best. Thought values a lot; most of the things happen as per decided. But the decision should be right and a perfect concept. Trying with a positive mind to move for the achievement of success. Surely it will…
