Full marks on this portion. The revelation that this is the conclusion of the Golden Owls meeting (we aren't privy to the exact details) shows that this book understands how to balance the political stuff when the political stuff isn't hard and heavy like GoT. the thing about trying to recommend fiction podcasts to someone who isn't familiar with them is that not only are so so many genres represented but also the level of production can fall anywhere from "basically an audiobook" to "major motion picture minus the pictures"

#original #idk just something i think about sometimes #you can read a description to get a sense of the genre/plot/vibe but you truly dont know What exactly youre getting into till you listen #with nonfiction podcasts it tends to be easier to get a read on whether its gonna be like. some buddies fucking around with a mic #or more like a whole documentary #or with fiction books there can be different framings but the actual makeup of the thing is almost always the same #idk what im saying at this point i need to stop putting so much bullshit in tags #whatever #audio drama

I saw someone say a while ago that Jason attacking Tim at Titans Tower was just Tim hallucinating bc he was feeling guilty about being Robin even though Jason's not dead. Which is great, amazing, I think the whole Titans Tower thing is Bonkers, but I think it would be so much funnier if Jason tried to Gaslight Tim into believing the Titans Tower incident never happened, not because he's like evil, he's just super embarassed about it. like Or Tim did actually hallucinate Jason at TT but thinks it was real, so when he tells Jason about it, Jason's so fucking confused, and Tim thinks Jason's Gaslighting him
