starting off strong with mr grian minecraft himself (oh wow what a surprise /s)

he tried piercing his own nose in highschool. like. he was THE teenage dirtbag. sneaking out, drinking, smoking, shitty garage band that got nowhere (yes the bad boys was a garage band you c ant change my mind), mcr, pierce the veil, paramore, sexuality and gender crisis, "i know a guy", shoplifting, skipping class, you name it be probably did it with jimmy and joel during freshmen-sophomore year

pearl is his sister, jimmy and lizzie are his cousins (older cousins i should specify. him and pearl are twins but she's the older twin) and they went to the same high school. he met joel through lizzie and jimmy and joel and grian all clicked instantly

joel would stay at jimmy and grians place so much to the point it was like a second home to him and they would all hang out in the basement. joel stayed with his grandparents and helped them out a lot but they passed while he was in his bad boys phase and so he just stayed at grians place a whole lot during his depression (don't worry he's fine now just a little fucked up but they all are)

grian and pearls parents were kinda really shitty (yes i'm also counting yhs lore fuck uou) his whole life and so they got taken by cps and they lived with jimmy and lizzie's parents. and they were much better until he went to japan and all that shit happened (iykyk)

sam made him really realize that like. "oh my fucking god i'm gay. and it's for a damn sociopath. fuck." (that's like half canon)

he and taurtis DID hook up every tuesday thumbs up emoji

his wings didn't start growing in until AFTER senior year (so post japan/yhs incident)

the yhs holds a ceremony thingy for all the people that passed during all that shit and he goes every year and still has rowens glasses and ran into taurtis one year and it was awkward as HELLL but like. it wasn't an awful experience neither of them knew what to say. especially taurtks is bc by then grians wings had already fully grown in and his ass DID NOT recognize him💀

oh yeah also the four of the cousins are all winged animals so grians a parrot, pearl is a moth but like she's one of the super fluffy one (i forgot what they're called), jimmy is a canary (for obvious reasons), and lizzie is a flamingo because. fuck it (also half canary too it's from their mom) but she doesn't have as many features as the others

they all grow feathers (except for pearl) when they're stressed or feel a heightened emotion and have the little winged ears. they still do have actual ears but they grew in behind they're human ears and pearl has the little antennae things on top of her head. lizzie's kind of blends into her hair since yk. pink on pink and they're more folded then fanned out(?) if that makes sense?😭

jimmy was an early bloomer while grian was a late bloomer (i'm talking about wing/feather wise)

also just thought abt something grian jimmy and joel all had matching (infected and now faded) stick and poke tattoos that read "bad boys, today, tomorrow and yesterday" but that last part is faded completely since they ran out of pen ink halfway through and jimmys mom came home and they didn't wanna get in trouble (also yes their tattoos are in the same spot as each others it's on the right side of their chest) and let me TELL YOU. lizzie makes fun of joel TO THIS DAY about that tattoo and she likes to trace the words with her finger sometimes when they're cuddling, humming their old songs (he hates it but she still thinks it's absolutely adorable)

grian and mumbo are middle school best friends and he knows everything that happened to grian when he was in japan

grian, scar and mumbo all went to the same high school and mumbo and scar tried making a baking club called (you're never gonna believe this) the buttercups but grian was supposedly "too cool for that fairy shit" but would hang out during lunch with them and go to the meetings and help buy the ingredients and also help bake with them for extra credit and so would jimmy and joel. for extra credit of course

tango, mumbo and impulse were all in the computer club and coding club in highschool. doc was their teacher and cub was the senior teachers assistant trying to get early college credit

jimmy had the FATTEST crush on tango while they were in high school (yes they all went to the same highschool shut up) and tried impressing him by "making" a robot (mumbo made it and gave him the remote and told him to push two single buttons) and he pushed them in the wrong order and it short circuited and it almost exploded. he got suspended for a month and the only reason he didn't get expelled was because tango said it was his and it was a project. he complemented "jimmys" robot and said it had nice coding and a bunch of other nerd /aff terms that didn't make ANY sense to jimmy (that was his way of confessing but jimmys too stupid /aff to understand it at the moment so tango thought he didn't like him back) and when jimmy was talking to grian and joel about it they were yelling at him about how "JIMMY YOU IDIOT HE LIKES YOU BACK" and "WHAT'D YOU SAY? YOU SAID YOU LIKED HIM TOO RIGHT?" to which he (of course) responded with

"NO?? I DONT SPEAK NERD JOEL HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW??"

also tango wears a feather jimmy gave to him as an earring and has kept that earring since they started going out which was like sophomore year or smth like that

they also had an exact conversation to joel before lizzie asked him out (and she also proposed too fight me)

i can go on for HOURS about those three but i'm gonna a do stuff about martyn now because. omg. he drives me CRAZY

also just realizing how most of these are just high school head canons. sorry (no i'm not)

martyn LOVES necklaces, rings, bracelets. he has a matching necklace and/or bracelet with all his four (4) friends that consisted of scott and the bad boys. he still has them as an adult and holds onto the charm when he misses them which is all the time (i love martyn angst evil laugh)

Ok coming off anon because I'm trying to conquer the constant social anxiety lmao (same person who sent you Longass Thoughts on Natlan AQ) - SO YEAH personally I like Ei's character but foaming a bit at the mouth because I feel like my favorite parts of her character (namely she was NOT ready to be the archon when makoto kicked the bucket, she's got that good ol' warrior-weapon mindset knocking around in there- having her actually confront the ugly truth of the consequences of her actions was such a missed opportunity. it would've been SO good to see her actually get confronted personally without any sugarcoating. i think her learning to be less of a shitty archon would've been so much better then)

I completely forgot about how Ei was originally a kagemusha, a weapon for her sister, her sister did all the archon work while Ei simply stood by her side. Its makes perfect sense that after the death of her sister, she would make very bad not thought out decisions and because she is an archon now, those bad decisions has really really bad aftermaths.

I personally do not have any gripes about her being basically clueless about the outside world. Grief manifests in different ways and locking yourself away and justifying it as a twisted way to gain enlightment of eternity the way your sister did, it can make sense. It is a consequence!! She is clueless of how to be an archon and what is going on in her nation, her SQ could have been used to show her trying to understand and emphatize with her people to be a better archon. NOT A REASON TO MAKE HER AN uwu sad defenseless waifu cant cook and doesnt know anything. Brother she fucking killed people and almost destroyed her nation.

About Kokomi

I like the idea of morally grey kokomi actually. It makes alot of sense. Kokomi and the watatsumi people might have some vishap descendance but they are still humans, even less so with visions. Theyre also lacking the supplies and expertise needed to continue a war with an entire nation and its archon. It would make sense that she would accept the fatuis help since they share the sentiment of 'getting to inazuma and its archon'.

But it was shown she wasnt even aware who the anonymous donor is, hell she wasnt aware people where using delusions until people starts dying. And for a girl who wrote an entire guide book with 100 different alternate plans, HOW DO YOU NOT SEE THIS COMING...............

About Natlan's system

Yeah they really brushed off the dying part and potentially being stuck in genshin limbo if you dont get out in time too casually. Yeah man. Sacrifices and war was dealt better in liyue. Same as Natlan, it is a nation built of war. There was war in the past, sacrifices were made to built the liyue we know now. But the sacrifices in liyue was not brushed off or belittled, those sacrifices had meaning and the people of liyue hold very high regards for the fallen. In Natlan? Its treated like some sort of sick hunger games event, they made war into entertainment.

So brainwashed Callie in official content is cringe. Do you feel the same about it in Fanfiction? Have there been any takes on Hypno Callie that you enjoyed?

Honestly? I don't feel the same way about it in fanfiction. There's a lot of information and different takes floating around about certain things in the franchise so I dont necessarily blame people for using the word "brainwashed" for Callie in their fanfiction. The English localisation of Splatoon has said she was brainwashed despite other languages and the original Japanese version not using the word. At least from my own knowledge. So I get why most fans would take that information and immediately believe it's true.

Plus there's more people talking about what actually happened to Callie on twitter and tumblr which is really incredible to see!!! Im so happy to see Callie being treated with more respect!!!!! It is a night and day difference compared to the treatment in 2017 to 2020.

Surprisingly enough I don't actually consume a lot of fanfiction. I can read my own writing easily but I can't read others that well and... I feel really bad about it... but I have read a bit of this one fanfiction that got Hypno Callie 99% right. I fucking forgot the name but i was recommended it by someone in the past, it had "dome" in the name? It was about DJ Octavio and the Octarian domes.

The way they explained the shades was actually really interesting and unique! It's basically shades that play catchy music and that's how Callie got hypnotised. It fits in line with DJ Octavio too as he's well... a DJ. Plus daydreaming and listening to music goes hand in hand so it has some basis in reality too. Everyone at some point has been put into a daydream state when vibing out to music.

Although I say 99% because there's this one line that Callie says, "Are these shades brainwashing me?" And it was so clunky I'm sorry LOL. And there's this implication that its also doing something further to Callie's brain but it's not that explained well, which i really dont like. Other than that, my Hypno Callie content is mainly fanart and 99% of that has been phenomenonal and powerful stuff.

However.... my biggest fucking gripe in "fan content" if you wanna call it that is... timeline videos and people going over plot details and stuff like that.

These people actually do RESEARCH and spend a lot of time analysing the story of Splatoon and trying to put the pieces together. Yet for Callie it feels like they just do a quick read through of Inkipedia and that's it because they dont give a flying fuck about her character. It drives me fucking psychotic and i cant be safe watching Splatoon videos anymore. How hard is it to say hypnotised? HOW HARD IS IT?!?!?! JUST USE THAT WORD!!! THATS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO!!! I’ve brought up Nous no longer calculating futures before, and since I’ve been studying philosophy for the past month, it gave me this fun new insight into the whole thing when put next to my cursory knowledge of non-relativistic and informational/statistical physics! Nous’s whole deal is determinism, something I’ve also mentioned before. Theoretically, if we could track every possible variable in the entire universe, then yes, reality is probably predetermined. And Nous is clearly capable of that.

But here’s another definition:

Entropy is the measure of chaos in a closed system.

In thermodynamics, isolated systems of high entropy tend towards thermodynamic equilibrium (hello HooH) where things don’t wanna change.

In other applications, it refers to energy dispersal. Basically, as time goes on, things get watered down, energy gets less efficient, heat death of the universe blah blah blah (Hello Nanook? Hello Qlipoth even???)

It’s a lot more complicated obviously, but this general principle, limited possibilities trending in a largely predictable way, is the so called “determinism.” Entropy levels cannot change, energy can’t really be destroyed, and the systems want to stabilize because of it. They want to be in a certain configuration.

But what happened if, suddenly, it’s not a closed system?

What if there’s suddenly enough outside interference that the initial conditions no longer apply? Think those multi-pendulums. Welt Yang, Acheron, the Trailblazer, and God knows who else. There’s a decent argument to be made that someone, something, multiples of people and things, threw off the whole system.

Energy cannot be created or destroyed. But it can be introduced. The Stellaron Hunters seem to be tracking these outside interferences on a macro level, collecting stellarons specifically. Is it any coincidence that this is what the Trailblazer has been put in possession of? Are stellarons some form of, for lack of a better word, outside data poisoning?

I’m just rambling wildly at this point, but I wasn’t allowed to start taking about spacetime theory in relation to philosophical determinism in class so I’ve gotta let off steam somehow.

ITAFUSHI NATION IM HAVING AN EPIPHANY LISTEN TO ME

ok so my wonderful partner @mawce444 pointed out that Will Wood’s Against The Kitchen Floor is a really good fit for Yuji and i agreed but while listening in the shower(where my brain comes up with most things) i realized it’s honestly really fitting for Megumi and then i realized it really fits both of them and then i realized it’s like a perfect duet for the two and puts the parallels between them I’ve been admiring into words perfectly. These characters are known as the Sunshine x Raincloud duo but honestly my favorite thing about them is the fact that despite being polar opposites on a surface they are fundamentally similar.

On with my ramblings about jjk characters being will wood songs under the cut—

It’s also similar to Megumi’s closed off and secretive personality which only people like Yuji and Nobara have managed to crack open. I really. Really. Like the idea of him saying this to yuji in a duet cuz like… this is headcanon and projection talking, but megumi being one of the few to not only see Yuji as himself but wishing he could be as open and vulnerable—in a way more human—than him,,., this targeted me specifically oh my god

especially with shoko (as you know i think about her a lot) i'm not surprised she reacted this way considering she has seen all of her friends die basically and she definitely deals with dead sorcerers on the daily that she probably knew in life considering she's the main healer. in my headcanons she recognizes a lot of the people who eventually end up dead on her exam table.

plus as you mentioned her reaction to geto's mass murder is super chill. she was never going to have a breakdown over fucked up shit? at least not outwardly, unfortunately we don't really get a look in her head. also god forbid a woman have interest in dead/macabre things and/or not give 110% emotionally at all times.

IT’S SO BAD!!! THEY ARE ACTING LIKE HIS STUDENTS AND FRIENDS WANTED THIS!?!! And are refusing to look at the story from a narrative standpoint outside of shipper/fanon shit… They do this literally every time something huge and awful happens. They always end up making it about a damn ship, completely glossing over the characters themselves and their intentions. It’s so frustrating. The Gojo and Getou they talk about is barely even them… those are OC’s!!!

And the only reason why they’re talking so negatively about Shoko is because they hate women 🗣️🗣️🗣️!!! It’s crazy, she’s literally a doctor who specializes in the dead. She’s a mortician!!! Like, you’ve stated, she’s been burying her colleagues and friends since she was a teenager. I’m sure she’s used to the business now. Even if it’s hard, if you’re in this line of work, people who work with the dead tend to not find it as torturous and haunting as any normal person would because death is an extension of life. They don’t view death as this big, scary, horrible thing they way people who don’t work with the dead/aren’t used to dealing with death, are. That’s why in rl, morticians and doctors might come off as extremely fickle and end uncomfortably nonchalant regarding death. They don’t view dying and the dead in the same way we would. They find comfort in knowing that they can help the grieving pass on the best way that they can by taking care of their bodies in their most vulnerable moments on earth. It would’ve been nice to see more of Shoko’s reactions and knowing about more of her feelings regarding Gojo’s passing because like I’ve stated before, Gege really fumbled her character and because of the way he wrote her, it makes it easier for fans who already don’t care about her, to mischaracterize and misunderstand her intentions, labeling them as “callous,” and “inconsiderate,” despite her having always been this way since the very beginning. She didn’t even so much as flinch when Getou had confirmed to her that he’d committed a massacre, killing over 100 people in the process. They were talking so casually as if they were talking about the weather. She had to fix up Haibara, probably one of their very first friends who she’d most likely ever had to work on… it’s just, I hate how the people bashing her really DON’T understand her character at all and have never once tried to and they’re constantly proving my point. They expected her to be sobbing in every panel, grabbing onto Gojo’s tight…, Sexy ass, black t-shirt, holding on for dear life and screaming at him to wake up and they absolutely HATE that a female character wouldn’t give that to them 🚶🏾‍♀️. I’m so sorry Shoko… they’re acting like Getou would’ve been the only one to feel bad about all of this simply because they ship them and forgot all about canon.

As for Yuuta… oh brother. The fact that all of Gojo’s students do care about him and have always admired him… Yuuta didn’t want this at all… but he knew that he HAD to do it in the end and so did the others. Knowing the kind of trauma that he’d suffered himself. The pain and isolation that he had to deal with because he was too afraid of hurting people so he pushed them away and purposely isolated himself. He’s canonically tried to take his own life on multiple occasions. After meeting Gojo, he learned that he had just as much as a right to live as anyone else and that he mattered. He chose life. Gojo, alongside the friends he’d made, made a huge impression on him and it makes me happy whenever I think about it. He used his strength to protect others and learned to see his strength as a good thing instead of a curse that separated him from society. Gojo already knows what it’s like to be lonely and lived with that till the very end. But he made sure to let his students know that they all were worth living. This is literally why he wanted to become a teacher in the first place!!! Have the fans forgotten just how much he adores his students!?!! Yuuta knew exactly how Gojo must’ve felt… even taking over his body, he didn’t need to view his memories to find out.

Even if it is, from a narrative standpoint, incredibly disgusting, Gojo gave them permission because he values the lives of the people he cares about, especially the kids (ppl always forget that he loves children 😭… he’s do anything for them), above his own. When it comes to the kids, he knows that he’s the adult in the situation. Just like Nanami, it’s the adults duty to protect the children and he feels the same way. His corpse gave them a way to fight back and he gladly gave it to them as sad as this might sound… He’s always been this way and we all know why. Come on. He’d always seen it as his duty to protect and shield them from the horrors of the real world that would soon hurt them back. I hate that he’s still being used as a weapon in his death so much, it really makes me want to cry, I could barely sleep 😭… but man…, whenever stuff like this happens, it just goes to show that not everyone was reading the story with their eyes open. Blame it on shipper brainrot.

STORY, PT 1

Honestly, this faucility was too big for comfort, built for those who are "normal" size the walls seemed to tower over her, not that she cared. Joey was used to being ignored when it came to archtecture, they figured since she had wings she didnt need a ladder or anything, what about when she was tired? Just walk up the wall. Gods these people are annoying. The pixie stood around 1.5 inches tall, she was in no way large, just below average in height. She had fuzz covering most of her body as well as rounded wings to support her body in the air. She was a type of black fly so they needed to make special accomodations in the canteen. Supposedly it was worth it as pixie agents were in short supply, she knew at this point she was only on boarded as a diversity token.

A soft sigh escaped her as she headed through the hall towards her new dorm, she'd been warned she wouldnt like her roommate, but just like the safety briefs, she'd ignored that. She finally found the room towards the end "109"... She didnt like the number. Whatever she was being paid, they said something about her roommate being a... 'what was it again?' she unlocked the smaller door made for her 'it started with a c didnt it-' she froze as she stepped through the door, making eye contact with the massive, blue, creature.

'Coloratus.... It was a coloratus'

They starred a moment before she took a slow step backward and slammed the door, her hearts racing as she quickly tried to get out of there. 'what were they thinking?! Im going to die in there' she was so caught up in her mind she didnt even notice the other rushing out of the room. He was scared of...well... scaring her, trying to speak softly, little "wait wait wait"s coming from him as he tried to follow, causing the ground to shake when he ran over. She yelped, feeling her face redden with embarrassment at the noise, doing her best to hold her ground

she watched his eyes, trying to spot even the faintest hint of hunger before he gets a chance to strike, instead just finding worry.

"sorry, i-i know it isnt ideal but we can work something out ok? I-i didnt know you'd be here today or i would've cleaned up, or do flies like dirty rooms? I dont really know, that's kinda why..." he just started rambling, trying to salvage the situation in any way. This was her partner? This is who was supposed to accompany her to battle?.... She could work with this. She did her best to straighten her posture, wanting to at least seem a little bigger.

"i just forgot something at intake" she tried to play it off, knowing that was probably the worse excuse she could pull, at least it shut him up for a moment.

He froze, just kinda starring down at her, his blank expression making her nervous. She even flinched when he finally did move, his sigh washing over her when he did "o-oh ok do you need help moving it? If it's big i can get it? I-it's really no problem at all" well.... at least he seemed to have bought it

"no it's just my scarf, but since you offered" she dropped her bags, figuring she might be able to boss him around a bit "you can put my bags inside"

He perked up immediatly, a soft purr escaping him "o-ok, i can do that!" He scooped them up, getting up to leave before pausing "oh right, my name is Dendro" he smiled at her, still blushing over how stupid he felt right now.

She hesitated, if they were gonna be living together they needed to exchange names at least "Joey"

He tried to keep it hidden but he was obviously excited for this "Nice to meet you Joey!" He hurried back to put it away, leaving the pixie alone with her own thoughts.

Some highlights:

- german tv had an after hour sexy ad thing with half naked girls and one of the ad was called ‘susie 9’ and i said "oh no, this is what susie the saxophone grew up to be"

- i was holding my phone saying HELLO FROM MONTREAL and Stefan R. saw it and pointed at me, i pointed back (like the spiderman meme) and he did a 🫶🏼 but i didnt get a picture

- Dan, when i said i was from Canada: Montreal??? What are you doing in Germany? IN LEIPZIG?? Did you get lost??

- jan, when he heard us speak french: were you at the electric callboy show in Montreal?? IT WAS SO HOT?? *rambles to @chaotic-gingey about it*

- being thoroughly confused by The Butcher Sisters every single night

- Two German dudes tried to invite us to a party or a bar and wouldn’t take no for an answer and tbh it was just hilarious as they were not threatening. They even asked for a picture with us when they left 😂

- we met the guys again🥰 Stefan’s hugs > any hugs. Better than Kevin’s hugs. I don’t know. It’s just, pretty sure he cracked my back. He thanked us again a million times for coming.

- roberto gave us flame glasses and it was hilarious and its one of my favorite things

you know. i made a post about remus + his jewish characterization. now it's time for james and his adhd. everyone always talks about how james is so adhd, right, but i see a lot of truly awfully written adhd and as someone with adhd, it bugs the fuck out of me.

in fics, it's usually just written as "MY GOD, SPARKLY!" and yeah, sometimes it is that way in my brain. but that's not all adhd is. i never see adhd james written with the bad side of adhd.

1) sensory issues. this was the big one for me. i never see james with sensory issues. it's such a reality for adhd people tho. james who hates certain textures and gets unreasonably upset when he bites into a plum one day. he hates anything squeaky and nearly cries when remus' shoes squeak on the castle floors. he has huge issues with clothes textures and he literally shoves Sirius into a wall when he gets an unexpected hug and hates sirius' shirt material.

2) distracted and forgetful. you do see this with james but only as funny things and not things that seriously cause problems. james forgets things a lot- words and places and important dates. he forgot the word pen one day when trying to ask peter for one and he spent the whole rest of the day trying to think of it. he gets distracted by things and it upsets his friends sometimes. lily talking about her family issues and james finding sweets in his pocket that he forgot were there so he just starts talking about his sweets.

3) stims. i hadn't even realized i had them until my therapist pointed them out. james is HUGE on stimming. his most notable is bouncing. he bounces his leg when he's anxious or overstimulated. james bounces up and down when he's happy or worried. he loves bouncing. his hair ruffling thing is a perfect example of stimming. excited and happy, so he ruffles his hair. he wiggles/sways a lot too. his snitch, too, stimming constantly.

4) food. food. he loves specific foods and refuses to go outside of his designated safe foods. he has a specific love for sugar cookies and will eat them always. he always has them on his person. same with grapes, eggs, orange juice, noodle soup. those are his "safe" foods. notices slightest differences in foods. slightly burnt taste, unsalted food, too crispy/soft, stuff like that.

5) special interests. quidditch, number one. he loves quidditch so much and knows practically everything about the sport. he loves to talk about quidditch and gets really rambly when asked about it. and he gets upset when people interrupt his quidditch talk. loves music, too, and hyperfixates on musicians he likes- bowie, abba, queen, whitney houston. stuff like that. special interest in baking since he was young.

i could keep going. but there's so much more to adhd than just going "SHINY" and getting distracted. it's a real issue, it causes a lot of pain. it's not funny and it's not just go make james seem interesting. pretending james' adhd is a joke is harmful and people with adhd are actually affected by it.

however, i love helping people with characterizations and i love helping people in general. so if you wanna dm me to ask about adhd things, im happy to help!!

God ok. So I rewatched the season 3 finale right. This was my first rewatch since bingeing the entire show in 2 days with no breaks except sleep last spring so obviously this was my first REAL watch of it that wasn't over emotional and sleep deprived. And I still cried my eyes out.

That finale (and the third season as a whole) is such a perfect piece of television for so many reasons but I'm just gonna be rambling about some of my favorite details for a second so just hang tight

Guillermo interrupting himself at the beginning with "and I deserve it" is SO UNDERRATED I'm obsessed with him

Laszlo draws such a realistic line of putting up a front of apathy even though we as the audience know how close he and Colin got that season. Like obviously he's mourning but it's not cartoonishly obvious that he's lying like we would see from Nadja. He's just unusually quiet.

Colin's pictures being torn out jumpscared me. Not a fun thing to forget about when you aren't emotionally prepared

Solomon the Researcher. the card arts is one of my favs (this one's currently my phone wallpaper hehe) and god. the devilgram. 10/10. to summarize it, solomon and mc both stayed late in RAD to finish his research, then after they're both done and have only a few hours left before heading to class, if you chose the option 'i want to kiss you', he will confess that he was actually wanting to hold them that whole time and if he did that earlier he wouldn't have made any progress in his research and then he'll kiss them twice depending on your answer. (i recommend choosing every option in this dg <3)

also, not just in this devilgram but on the others as well, it's implied that he and mc walk home together and i think that's very sweet, considering that they don't even live together and must part ways at some point (or does he drop them off to HoL's doorstep?)

(ramble ramble because in this card the game kinda assumed that mc doesnt wear glasses, hence solomon's comment to mc when they wore the enchanted glasses, he said to them how good they look with one. so what about the mcs who already wears glasses???? lmao anyways i just find that funny)

Up on the Pole! i went back to get this one from the lonely devil. the sheer sexiness of the deflowered version is just 👁️👁️✨👌. who would've thought that this man can do That. his bunny boy outfit also looks really good on him <333. a little summary on the devilgram, he was chosen to do the pole dancing segment, and mc accompanies him while he practices. while he scenes are romantic and all, it's his dialogues that really gets me. assertive? unfiltered? i can't quite pin the exact word to describe it but it's somewhere between those lines

also he gets jealous of a bunny lmao. idk what lesson or card but in the hourly solomon bot in twttr there was a quote saying that he was jealous of a plant. (oh, solomon.)

Dancing With the Petals. ah yiz, the card that got him to the no.1 spot. I was hoping to get barbatos and solomon's card that time but only he came home (on my free pulls too). to summarize the dg, solomon was unsure about his approach in TTWF so when mc confronted him about it, both of them came up with a conclusion to perform a show that combines different dances around the human world. after one of their practices he asked them to be his date for the TTWF, and then on the day of the performance (i think) he picked them up in Hol and dropped by the place where he planted a cherry tree then he'll either give you a ring or a necklace.

the kiss option will lead you to this scene that shot me through the heart 💘💝💖💗💓💞 (the impact of those words??? it means a lot to me for some reason!!!)

honorable mention: A Fanged Feast. including this one because i worked hard to get this card. they weren't kidding when they said the devilgram was suggestive. it def makes up for the lack of kissy scenes. for the summary, mc and solomon were out shopping when they were dragged by mammon to become a part of his team for his vampire-themed cafe. so basically they were assigned to act like vampires and when it's time to practice he dragged them away from the others so they can have a one-on-one training session instead. oh boy i love the little tension build up and then revealing afterwards that the magic he 'casted' was all made up. i also like how you can get two options here, whether you act as the sucker or the suckee

also going to mention the reminder he gave to mc that most conversations with demons are transactions, and it's mostly bout give and take (totally forgot about that)

one thing common about this cards is his boldness, to admit what he wants to do with mc, to make his feelings well-known to them ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 i feel like i only talked about the romantic aspects of the cards but aside from those parts you can see a bit more of his personality (esp. the ones that he only shows when you're around) and lore (there's a bit more lore in the other cards but anyways)

this is it! today marks the first day of kazuha and i working together to finish our own projects, and im already running late.

i’m not so sure how much help i can be to his assignment, i barely remember anything from high school english. i’ll try my best though!

god, i hope he’s good at cleaning or i’m never going to get this finished.

however, all of that will be down the drain if i don’t hurry up and get there.

this really is on brand for me at this point, being late got me stuck cleaning the library in the first place and being late’s going to be the thing that stops me from getting any help cleaning it.

great, 20 minutes late. i really hope he isn’t angry with me.

he’s seems like a pretty chill guy, but even chill guys can loose their cool.

carefully, i step into the cold library, only to be met by complete silence.

oh god what if he’s left already? my brain swirls with a hundred notions and questions to explain this deafening silence, until i’m ripped from my own thoughts by his beautiful voice.

“you’re late” he called to me from his seat. he was tucked away in a tiny nook in between the book cases. no wonder i didn’t see him at first.

“i’m so sorry, i had a nap and woke up later than i was meant too, i had to rush to get ready-“ i began rambling on until i was cut off again, by a small laugh.

he was laughing at me, he wasn’t mad.

“it’s quite alright, let’s get started shall we? i figured i’d start cleaning while you familiarise yourself with the topic and materials for my assignment. sound like a plan?” he gestured towards the seat he was previously occupying as he began walking towards my cleaning equipment.

“haha, yeah that sounds like a plan” i sat down and began reading over everything: his assignment brief, the blurbs of all the books he had read for it, the parts of the assignment he had done.

from what i can gather, his assignment is on shakespeare and why his writing style fit so well for his time. he had to write atleast 10 pages on said topic along while including annotated texts from each book used. kazuha decided he would use romeo and juliet and macbeth as his main focuses. they’re quite basic choices but that makes it easier for me i suppose.

after familiarising myself with the topic of his assignment enough that i could be of some help, i turned to beckon kazuha over, only to find he had already cleaned half of a whole section of the library.

we’d been working on his assignment for over and hour now with us finally finishing his 6th page. it didn’t take too long to pack up our things and make our way towards the entrance of the library.

slipping out into the cold winter air, we began walking together towards my dorm.

“you really don’t have to walk me back, kazuha”

“i know, but it’s the least i can do after you helped me today” he sent a small smile my way.

“besides, it’s in a similar direction to my car so it won’t take me much longer to get to my apartment”

after a few more minutes of mindless chatting, we arrived infront of my dorms.

“thank you for walking me back kazuha, i really appreciate it” i smiled at him as i began to turn towards the entrance of my dorms.

until i feel his hand wrap around my wrist, stopping me in my tracks.

“wait, y/n” he mumbles.

is something wrong? did i do something? i look towards him, confused.

“would it be okay if i got your number?” he met my eyes. god his eyes look so beautiful in this light, i can see the hints of a brighter red swirling through them like the autumn leaves floating to the ground.

“of course you can kazuha, that way i can let you know when im gonna be late, haha” i pull out my phone in order to exchange numbers with the man infront of me.

“haha yeah of course” he shoots me a smile as he types his number in my phone.

we swapped our phones back before bidding eachother goodnight. i watch as he walks away towards the carpark before finally retreating into my dorms.

1:16am

i feel my phone buzz in my pocket.
