Things that happened this morning: 1. Went to bed after 0100. 2. Woke up at 0400 coughing so hard I couldn’t sleep. 3. Fell back asleep around 0450. 4. Alarm wasn’t set, got up late. 5. Dropped my brand new bottle of mouthwash and dumped about 1/4 of it all over my bathroom floor, rug, and one Metcon (how do you get mouthwash out of Nike’s, asking for a friend)? 6. Was too bloated from pizza the day before and ate like a mouse, causing me to feel incredibly sick anytime my heart rate went up. 7.
