the Ginga fandom seems to collectively headcanon that Smith is ftm trans but I also believe he gave birth to Chutora's kids because Chutora and Smith's interactions in the Shin Gaiden manga were very not straight

Brought back an old project of mine and redesigned a whole bunch of Ginga characters (and some non-Ginga characters from Yoshi's other words as well). Separated the specifically into grey/blue, red/brown, and white spitz breeds.

MAYBE I'll do more someday (I've thought of doing German Shepherds, kai kens, Igas, Kogas, Molosser breeds, etc...) but only time will tell and these sets alone took a lot out of me

IN GINGACON

I went to Tampere with my aunt and her husband. We traveled by bus.

I bought these.

And found this from "flea market"

( A WEED phone Charm. I have never seen it before, so i think it's rare. It's price was 37 euros)

Then we went to cafe 13, and waited for 13:00 when Ginga quiz began. Most of the questions were about Weed manga (that was bad thing because i have read only 20 books and some characters or scenes weren't in anime), Lonely Ron, Ganin, Shin Gaiden, and other books i don't own yet, but somehow i won the 1# prize.

( A wolf dreamcatcher and three small Silver Fang cards with anime pictures. They might be rare, i'm not an expert). Someone else almost got them because it took me a moment to count my points.

Before we left, my aunt bought me Gin amigurumi for a gift.

We went to Hesburger while waiting for bus to arrive. We were at their home around 17:00. I'm going to stay here overnight an go to home tomorrow.

It was a funny day. I'm planning to go next year too. I have something of an fursuit ( well, it's not exatly a fursuit, i only have tail and ears because no one sells that kind of fake fur fabric).

Meet the Kai sisters.

So in the GNG Shin Gaiden manga, it’s mentioned that the Kai brothers actually came from a litter of five. The owner threw the three Kai brothers out while only keeping the other two.

I headcanon that the other two Kai pups were female and the owner only wanted to keep them for breeding purposes when they got older but they were like “nah fuck that” and ran away to live in the wild as the two forgotten Kai Sisters.

For now their working names are Chugata and Naka, which apparently are some terms associated with Kai sizes/markings (the Kai brothers are simply named after their coat colors after all so it fits the theme naming).

Been bringing back a bunch of old as shit Ginga OC's from early 2020. Descriptions for each character under the cut:

Chugata and Naka- the long-lost sisters of Akatora, Kurotora, and Chutora, with these two being appropriately dubbed the Kai Sisters. According to the Shin Gaiden manga, the Kai Brothers apparently were from a litter of five but only the three of them were dumped. I headcanon the other two as females and kept only for breeding purposes, but Chugata and Naka managed to escape that fate and survived till adulthood in the wild. Also much like how the Kai brothers are simply named after their coat colors, apparently "chugata" and "naka" are some terms related to Kai Ken colors/markings. Idk, someone I can't remember told me such on a Ginga Discord server a long time ago

Sachiko- a cream Kai Ken character whom I've talked about before. She's Kurotora's mate and the mother of Kagetora, Nobutora, and Harutora. Never thought of anything more than that tbh

Kurohyou- an Italian Molosser, Moss' mate, and Jaguar's mother. She guarded Moss' original home in the Kasumi Dake while her husband was away, earning her the title as the Queen of the Misty Mountain. Still haven't decided if Moss should die in my AU or not as he does in the GDW manga so I haven't thought of how she'd deal with that loss. Her name means "black panther" according to Google Translate

Sisu- a Karelian bear dog. Before any Raya and the Last Dragon jokes start, she is entirely based on Yoshihiro's early concept for Andy where he was going to actually be a Karelian bear dog named Sisu, I decided to steal that idea and make Sisu female. Her personality is completely meta in which she's jealous of Andy for being more popular than her just for being related to/looking like John, compared to Sisu who went through far more rigorous training to be a hunting dog

Yasuko- a black Kai Ken, and Sisu's hunting partner + psuedo older sisterly figure. She's the one who calms Sisu down the most when she's usually raging over Andy or something lmao

Kiba- a Kishu Inu who exists in the universe of my fanfic Ginga Togyushi Taurus. She's an Iga dog with zero brain cells. Literally no one knows why she's the way she is but she can surprisingly take out an enemy in a fight so she's allowed to stay. Kind of a joke OC but also kinda not
