These latest chapter and episodea are basically Sorachi wants to make everyone ship become cannon then destroy them.

I'm just reminiscing some ship that could be cannon but.. done. Hijikata x Mitsuba. Zura x Ikumatsu. Yamazaki x Tama. But especially Hijikata and Mitsuba. I ship them so much but he make them cannon and destroyed in just two episodes.
