i have literally no idea if you were serious about this so i'ma just get through as many as I can before I get tired and uhh also some that I wanted to answer in general :D

I'd say that yea, she is, she will start crying, sobbing on the fucking floor and 5 mins later she just gets up like "alr time to make dinner"

if you want to know how she's lying, you'd probably tell by her tone of voice or how she's smiling

👻 GHOST - do they believe in ghosts? what are their "ghostly experiences", if any?

nah she doesn't but she thinks it a cool concept

💥 COLLISON - what emotions do they have trouble dealing with?

anger and frustration, sumire my girl you gotta get better coping mechanisms for your bottled up anger and sadness smh

I think she just, barely does, anymore- it'd only happen if she was VERY sad and stressed

violence is a big no-no

she's prone to falling asleep during the day, and sometimes can be a little nosy when it comes to peoples personal lives, even if she tries her best not to cross boundries

she actually has a rly good relationship with her parents in all au's! no siblings but she does love her parents, they just work a little too much for her to talk to them that often.

probably fight I'd say, maybeeee on the verge of freeze

her birthday is on july 11th! she likes her birthday and celebrating it with small gatherings :)

she usually cooks her own meals, but she's kinda bad at cooking anything than isn't a quick simple recipe

nothing of too much importance, just some small trinkets from her family, they're special to her but they don't hold a ton of value to her.

💐 BOUQUET - create a bouqet for them! what do those flowers mean? are any of the flowers their particular favourite?

when I was thinking of flower symbolism for sumire I picked zinna's and petunias, petunias mean perseverance and hope along with anger/resentment, and zinna's mean friendship and lasting affection!

I think she just likes all flowers though, they're all pretty to her :D

🌋 VOLCANO - how bad is their temper? is it a slow boil, or a instant explosion?

slow boil, she doesn't like getting angry or upset at people

🌌 MILKY WAY - what was the inspiration behind your oc? what was the first thing you decided about them?

actually, i've had a TON of oc's over the years, Sumire was just the only one that I actually finished and have a sort of story for- everyone else was pretty much a self-insert- most of my inspo though just came from other oc's and generally what colours/clothes i liked

the first thing I decided about her though was probably the name! liked it since childhood, and I didn't like using my own name as a kid for self inserts, so sumire it was!

⚾ BASEBALL - can they play sports? what is their best position if they play a team sport? what's their strong suit (speed, power etc.)?

haha no.

she's a decent runner though!

📣 MEGAPHONE - how loud are they? what do they speak like? got a voice claim?

she has a clear voice, but it's on the softer side and low pitched, no voice claim tho :(

she likes photos, but doesn't take any of herself, also her go to pose is usually just ✌️

lmao no anyone bad in her life probably still has some way to text her, she just doesn't talk to them like, at all anymore

slight upper middle class, gives her the chance to do stuff she likes :3

she likes talking with them, often treating them as more of someone her own age rather than a child

she doesn't sing a lot, but her voice is pretty good! not great, but good.

she gets good grades because she does a lot of self studying so it's pretty average, the problem is that she doesn't understand jack shit because she sleeps during class

classic romance scene, yes, but she wouldn't be the one initiating it

⏳ HOURGLASS - are they usually late or on-time?

on time, usually gets there around 5-10 minutes early

Trusts people a tiny bit too easily i'd say- uhh hold on ima speed through this one-

I've done the wd au so far, but I do have some thoughts for other au's that could've been cool:

👻 GHOST - do they believe in ghosts? what are their "ghostly experiences", if any?

Well what I'd say is that they are living in the (rough) equivalent of about 700ce - 1300ce (that's a long period of time, I know) and so as a general rule are much more religious and superstitious.

Religious dogma in the present of the setting states that ghosts can exist and are the residuals of a deceased person's soul and galder.

However they aren't (generally) seen to be malign by the church as a rule but rather folklore and fable among the small-folk suggests that good people can come back to teach moral lessons or do a small act of kindness (aka, returning a key they'd hidden that nobody would find unless they themselves returned it) however the souls of bad people are seen not to torment or haunt the living but be seen wandering the world unable to truly leave, their wails of anguish on the wind etc.

In terms of the ROs who believe most ardently in the dogma and canon of the Church it'd likely be A, F, G and oddly enough Edmund.

Vania, Aldric and K are all outwardly observant of the main tenets of the faith but respectively they believe that the main purpose of the church and faith is as another way to influence the masses and maintain their favor, to provide comfort about the world which often appears randomly cruel and unfair and to serve as a community hub as a place where people meet regularly and the state is weakest.

In terms of ghostly experiences the only one who would say they've had a ghostly experience is Edmund and he wouldn't want to divulge the details.

That was a round about way of answering this but I hope it's informative.

"I'd say it's been going on for... about a month now?"

"Two months," Sam interrupts. "It started just after your parents came in, remember?"

"Oh, Ancients, yeah, them. I can't believe I forgot that."

"Yeah, dude, it's thanks to them that this all started!" Tucker's practically vibrating in his chair, far too cheerful about the whole thing.

"Yeah," Danny sighs, looking directly into the camera. "Thank you, Mom and Dad. Thank you very much."

"Danny's parents are ghost hunters, which, as you can imagine, got Michael very excited. And very into ghosts. He accused Meredith of haunting him the other day, now he keeps spraying her with holy water and yelling 'Begone, foul spectre!' He's really taken a liking to Danny's parents."

"Can't imagine why."

"Yeah, and then—then—" Tucker dissolves into laughter, wheezing as he tries to catch his breath. "Then he brings in that personal trainer! In her yoga pants and crop top, with a pilates ball and everything! Sends her over to—to see Meredith, and then—oh Ancients—then when the woman leaves and Meredith is still there, he locks himself in his office and blasts the Lord's Prayer!"

"We think he mispelt exorcist. Hired someone in exercise instead."

"Exorcists are all phoney, anyway! And PTs are only slightly less phoney, so make sure you do your research and get someone that actually knows what they're doing before you commit, kids." Danny says, pointing down the camera. "That's how I got so jacked."

Both Sam and Tucker share a look before bursting into even more laughter. With a soft smack on his arm, Sam can't help but tease, "Please, you're 5'4" and look like you'd break your arm if you ever picked up a ream of paper. No wonder your sales are so low."

"Wow, that's so rude. I can't believe you'd do me like that. I'm 5'4 and a half, thank you."

"That's right, babe, and we love you for it."

Their laughter peters out and the trio slowly pull themselves upright in their chairs, remembering the cameras and the story they're meant to be telling.

"Honestly, thanks to these guys, the past few weeks have been a nightmare."

"Now who's being rude? At least this is one of those fun nightmares that you can laugh about later."

"Nope, this is a normal nightmare that everytime you think you've woken up from, you get back to work and see your boss dressed up in a hazmat suit that your parents sent him and realise that actually, maybe the real nightmare was the work colleagues you made along the way."

"Oh. Yeah, that sounds about right, sorry, Danny."

Tucker puts him on the shoulder and stays silent for a grand total of five seconds before turning back to the camera with an ecstatic grin on his face and a deep breath.

"Anyway, everytime one of us goes into Michael's office, we sneak something off his desk and blame ghosts. Sam's hidden some speakers in the ceiling that play recordings of her crying on a timer."

"I should have been an actor. I also got some of the warehouse guys in on it, so everytime Michael goes down there they'll throw a box or two around and make some ghostly moans. Didn't even ask why, they just agreed."

Sam's back to looking very proud of herself. Danny's back to cradling his head in his hands.

"Is that why Boxy's been about lately? Guys, seriously? I need to sleep!"

The only answer he gets is a shrug as Tucker turns back to the camera.

"Oh, and I've also installed a script on his computer so that whenever he types the word 'ghosts'—or 'goats', again, he's not really great at typing—his screen starts getting all staticky and closes down. He shrieks everytime, it's so funny!"

"I wonder if he'll go with a different PT to exercise his office next?"

"We should suggest P90X—your office ghost free in three months or your money back!"

Sam and Tucker are both burst into laughter, sinking deeper into their chairs as Danny just shakes his head. It takes a solid minute for the two to calm down, and more than one pointed question from the producer to get them back on track.

"Where's it going? Does it really have to go anywhere? Can't the joy of the bit be destination enough?"

"I wish it would go away," Danny groans, still not lifting his head. "I get enough of ghost hunting in my free time, I don't need it here, too."

"I've changed Danny's employee file to list him as deceased just to see how long it takes Michael to notice."

"Seriously? Tucker, really? That's—"

"Genius, Tuck. And then we can be all: 'Michael, what are you on about? Danny's been dead for three years!' I can't wait to see his face!"

"You guys know that Dwight's going to actually try to end me if he finds out, right? Pretty sure Dad slipped him a Fenton blaster before he left."

"You know what they say," Tucker says, grinning directly down the camera, "'Gaslight, Ghost them, Get pranked, boss!'"

i always love answering this question for nathan because he is in fact a sceptic through and through! despite everything that happened to him in STEM he doesn't believe in ghosts and will always try and find the most logical explanation for something that others may describe as being ghostly activity. he deals with a lot of paranoia and it's in his best interest to keep telling himself that everything that happened in the STEM environments was all just in his head, and such things can't happen in the real world at all

🙉 HEAR-NO-EVIL: Are they good at keeping secrets? Do they share their own secrets?

nathan is very good at keeping secrets, you can trust him with literally anything. he won't ever forget about it, but he also won't ever bring it up to anyone else. at the same time, you also won't be able to waterboard any of his own problems out of him. he is like a locked safe in literally every way possible

🍄 MUSHROOM: Would they ever experiment with psychedelics? How would it affect them?

nathan would be entirely too scared to try. he's got several disorders and psychosis and with a history of STEM-induced hallucinations (after every long-term STEM dive he would see things move in the corners of his eyes) even something as small as not enough sleep during a night can set him off and send him down a very bad spiral that lasts at least a week; so just the idea of taking psychedelics would already make him way too paranoid

🎪 CIRCUS TENT: Would they ever go to a music festival, a Renaissance fair, a holiday parade, or some other large communal event? Would they dress up to fit a theme? What would their favorite part of it be?

while nathan would be interested in the idea, he wouldn't actually go there, i don't think. he's too much of a hermit to comfortably go to big events like these and if someone else would drag him there he would need several business days to recover from it, if not longer. if life had been kinder to him, he would have absolutely loved LARPing though. and he would've been good at it too

🪐 RINGED PLANET: How do they feel about space? Does it inspire them or make them feel lonely?

nathan feels pretty neutral about space. it's never really been a big interest to him and the idea of going up there scares the shit out of him, so he tries to not think about it too much. he does like looking at the stars, though! but not for too long and especially not in a big, open field, because it'll make him dizzy as hell

When one unites their destiny with another, they often do it so that they spend their whole lives together, the short, expansive years of youth and the long, weary years of old age. The good, happy times, the laughter and the love, the disagreements, the sicknesses, the tears and the pain - the joy and the sorrow, altogether, shared until the bitter end.

This is what they mean by forever.

But for cultivators, forever is even more meaningful than that. Forever can span across hundreds of years, centuries, a life with no end in sight. To share that with someone is just as incredible as it is scary.

But with the right person, it's divine, endless.

Or at least, it's supposed to be.

Wei Wuxian hasn't left his seclusion house in at least three hundred years. He has lost count at three hundred, it's probably been more - time doesn't mean much anymore when you have nobody to spend it with. Days and nights blur into each other, and if you meditate long enough, you lose track of them too.

Lan Zhan died a long time ago. They had only been married for about ten years when it happened, their forever only lasted a decade. Even less than Wei Wuxian's own bout with death.

It had been a rapid aging curse, unbreakable and irreversible. A day amounted to 10 years, and the books warned that no golden core, no matter how powerful, could resist it more than a week. Lan Zhan lived a whole entire month more. 300 years in 30 days.

He died at midnight, on that last day, and made Wei Wuxian promise he wouldn't give up and join him in death, not so soon. He promised, in turn, not to leave him, to respond if Wei Ying ever called out for him, to protect and love him even in death.

Wei Wuxian taught himself Inquiry. He had cried himself sick playing his husband guqin, wetting the fine wood with rivers upon rivers of tears, regrets and anguished screams of love unshared - but he succeeded, in the end, the ever familiar melody calling on for Lan Wangji's spirit.

He responded so quickly that Wei Wuxian broke down worse than ever before, and it was only when the ghost of his husband moved itself across the guqin strings playing Wangxian that his tears stopped.

From that point on, Wei Wuxian called on him every day, talked to him about everything and anything, struggled to convince himself his husband was still here, he wasn't as alone and worthless as he felt. Sometimes he swore he could even feel a ghostly embrace, or the almost-there shape of a kiss.

But one day, two hundred and thirty three years ago, Lan Wangji's ghost did not answer anymore. Wei Wuxian had become a master at playing Inquiry, there was no way he could have ever played it wrong - but there was no reply, not even as he played endlessly for an entire day and night.

So, he locked the door to the jingshi and decided he had no reason to live anymore. His son had grown up, strong, capable and loved, with his own family and children, and there was nobody else in the world left to care about him.

He plastered silencing talismans all around the little house, laid in bed, and began to meditate, hoping to die some time during.

He never did.

So, now, he sits, alone, locked up by his own volition, for over three hundred years, in the house where he loved and lost, where he laughed and mourned, where he lived and died.

Every day, he wonders why Lan Zhan never answered anymore. Maybe his soul joined the wheel of reincarnation. Maybe he ascended. Maybe he couldn't hear or respond to Inquiry anymore.

Every few years, Wei Wuxian plays it again.

There is never an answer, but he tries still.

He will keep trying, forever.
