As Akira cups Shuichi's face and leans in closer, his eyes come to a close. Then finally feeling his lips against his own.. his heart flutters happily in his chest. A soft hum leaves him as he leans in just slightly to press his lips firmer against his... Then as they break away from their kiss and rest their foreheads together...

"Akira..." His own smile was much more shy, but the look in his eyes.. they practically screamed how happy he is right now. Gazing at the boy he loves so much.. "Y-Yes. It was very nice. I liked it..." And to think he'd be able to kiss him more often like this from now on? It made his own heart race more excitedly at the thought...!

"Y...You... You're going to end up stealing my heart again if you say things like that!"

He laughs, feeling his heart thump even harder when he gives him that wink. "B...But good! I'm glad! I always....want to be on your mind l-like....how you're always on mine...!" He nuzzles their foreheads together softly.. "I promise...to be the best boyfriend I can be for you, Akira. To always make you feel happy and loved however way I can...!"

The way his thumb rubbed his cheek was so sweet, it made him blush even harder. As if his brain had gone off auto-pilot. He wasn't sure what to say until he was given permission to kiss him. Not to mention calling him cute like that.

"Then..." Slowly, his hands came to cup Shuichi's face as his lips locked with his in a slow first kiss before he pulled back just enough to rest their foreheads together. "So, how was that for our first kiss? Good, right?" Despite his slightly smug tone and that smirk playing on his lips, his heart was racing in his chest out of nervousness.

"Now, you officially can't leave my mind because I've successfully stolen your heart." He winked.

headbutts his shoulder. gently. a bop, if you will. repeatedly.

Shuichi wasn't ignoring her, but he didn't react immediately since, well.. her repeatedly headbutting his shoulder like that... was super cute! Eventually he does 'give in' and turns his head slightly to look at her with a smile.

"You are too cute." He chuckles, giving her hair a gentle ruffle. "Sorry, I would have reacted sooner, but that was so adorable I just had to wait it out. You have my full attention, now, don't worry."

He even playfully headbutts her back, too!

The academy is so weird, Maki has to think to herself, leaning against one of the walls in the hallway with her arms crossed over her chest. Waking up in a strange place with no idea how any of them got there was one thing, but being told they were brought here to fight? That wasn't an easy thing to wrap her mind around. She didn't really blame anyone that didn't want to fight, but it was a bit... frustrating.

Still, she'll do it anyways. She fought back then to protect the orphanage and if what they were told was true then she'd have to continue to do so as well. She won't let any harm come to them.

And maybe, once this is over she'll be free from her... profession.

She hears footsteps approaching and looks towards the source, red eyes widening slightly. Through the haze of her memories, Maki feels a sense of familiarity when she sees him, unlike with everyone else. Hadn't they... met before?

"You're... Saihara, right? This might sound a bit strange but... haven't we met before? There's something about you that's familiar compared to everyone else here."

As he roams the school, Shuichi was still trying to process, well... all of this! Last thing he remembered before waking up here, he had succeeded in saving his uncle's life when invaders attacked the complex; but after that.. it's all blank.

But fighting... was scary. Having to thrust an infuser into his chest? Fighting off monsters with no previous battle skills before? Even if Sirei insists they must fight: the thought of having to do that again.. was just too much. He didn't want to think about it...

At the end of the hallway, he spots her. "Ah..." One of the people he woke up in that classroom with... Maki, was it? Approaching her, he gives a meek nod of his head. "Y...Yes, that's right. And you are Harukawa-san, correct?" When she asks that, his eyes widen. It was funny...since... the moment he "first" saw her, that sense of familiarity plagued him, too. Even if he thinks this is his first time meeting her along with the others, something in the back of his mind told him no...that's wrong. This... wasn't the first time. Right...?

"No, it's not strange at all. I was nervous to immediately bring it up, myself, but... I also felt as if... we met before. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks that. But it's so strange.. why can't we remember meeting? I understand our memories are already fuzzy enough when suddenly waking up in this place, but..."

Could that be playing into it, too, he wonders...? "U-Um, maybe if we talk about how our lives were before we brought to this strange place, that may help? Like perhaps, what high school did you go to...?"

Though during the daytime, I have to wear layers to avoid the sunlight burning my skin and to be careful when passing by mirrors, as I do not have a reflection, even when in a human disguise. "Y-Yes, of course...!!" Deep breaths, he tells himself: deep breaths... If he keeps acting so squirmy and nervous, how can she possibly relax, too? Well, not that she seemed nervous, which was kind of relieving...

"Mmhm! I must collect all the Danganronpa merch!" He proudly declares with a triumph huff. Seiichi had even gotten lucky enough to get his hands on really rare merch at times, which definitely...took some hits to his wallet, sometimes, but it was always worth it!

"Ah, thank you...! A-Ahaha... I can't blame you for thinking that...." He sheepishly rubs the back of his head. Yes, he was more than aware he gives off 'sweaty otaku' vibes at times, but he certainly couldn't have his room looking like that with a girl over. That'd be so 'ungentleman'-like...!

"Oh, sure, no problem! Heh heh, one juice coming up, then!" With that, he scurries back down to the kitchen. He pours one glass of strawberry juice, and in the other glass: mango! The strawberry juice ideally for her, but if she preferred mango, then he would happily give her that one. Once the glasses are made, he re-enters the room. "Here you go! Some nice, cold juice for you! I made the strawberry one for you, but if you prefer mango, you can have that one!"

"Yeah, thanks for having me here." As casual as it was, still have to show some sort of formality for being invited after all. She can see how excited, or panicked, he appeared to have her in his own once she arrived here. Perhaps he didn't have many visitors here considering his behavior...it kind of made sense for it. She was that graceful to have him indulge in his interests and here she was at his home. How funny things have turned out so quickly after she had been bullying him to begin with.

Kaeko stepped inside, glancing around to see how nice and clean it was in here. Next was his bedroom he invited her to, she followed him behind to climb the stairs as he offered her to let herself get comfortable. Upon entry she immediately felt blasted by the view of Danganronpa merch decorated around the room yet it wasn't as filthy as she expected it to be. She placed her bag aside and sat down upon the corner of his bed, looking around a little more to really take it in. "Huh...you really weren't kidding when you said you were a fan. And your room's actually nice...I lowkey thought it would a little worse considering you seemed like such a sweaty fan. And since you're offering, I want some juice. Can't be that hard to keep your guest refreshed, right?"
