Okay wild 5am-I-have-not-slept echoes of wisdom theory but what if weapon spirits are back?? Purely stemming from Tri being a thing, Tri being parallel to Fi (they even rhyme) and also link’s sword looking a lot like the goddess sword.

Also it’s curious that it’s possible that each of the triforce trio’s weapons appear to be relevant. Zelda’s Tri-Rod is obviously the main game mechanic, Ganon’s double bladed trident causes the rifts and the fact that Link’s sword is new and seemingly not the master sword or his sword from Link’s Awakening (as in they designed a whole new sword so there has to be a reason) so that might mean it’s relevant.

Like I kinda hope we get another special guest villain like Ghirahim who is the spirit of the sword that keeps making rifts. That would be so cool. I mean there’s almost definitely someone who resurrected or summoned or freed Ganon. There’s a personality definitely pulling the strings, and I’m betting they’re also behind all of Zelda’s guards suddenly hating her. I’m getting off topic, I hope Tri has a weapon spirit nemesis.

Also random third bonus theory but what if Link’s sword can become the bow, like a cool weapon that can shapeshift into other weapons moment. They have the same pattern, magic mechanical objects is very zelda I think. I have no real evidence but it would be cool right?
