Purpure was baffled at Pierre's reaction to her presence when they were waiting for their turn to spar at the Captain's Test.

The general pose was inspired by GGA comic covers and pulp novels, though I didn't have anything specific in mind aside from getting Pierre's admiration across.

JAY-Z & Pharrell performed at Pharrell’s Louis Vuitton Spring-Summer 2024 show at Pont Neuf bridge, after party in Paris, France (6/20/23). They performed “Frontin”, “N*ggas In Paris”, “I Just Wanna Love You (Give It To Me)”, and many more.

GEN GUITAR AWARD 2024 出展品について

すっかり秋めいてきましたね～

ちょっと季節外れな「 Freedom Universe "2024 夏" Rhino-4st. FT Hawaii 」はいかがでしたか？

さて、11月2日(土)、3日(日)に科学技術館で開催される「 2024東京楽器博 」では、我々も参加している団体 GAKKI ENGINE OF NIPPON(GEN) の特設ブースが出展されます！

そして、そこでなんとMADE IN JAPAN の34ブランド66本が集結し、皆様の投票で各カテゴリーごとに最優秀賞を決める『 GEN GUITAR AWARD 2024 』が開催されます！！

ということで今回は『 GEN GUITAR AWARD 2024 』に出展するギター＆ベースをご紹介していきたいと思います。

毎度の事ながら「何を作るかね～？」から始まるのですが、

久しぶりのGEN GUITAR AWARD、今回はギターとベース各1本、季節は秋・・・

内容やスペックに関して案は色々と出ましたが、今回はボディトップに使う木材から決めてみました。

今回ボディトップに使った材料は「ミズメザクラ」です！

ファイアーパターンや不動明王様の後ろのカルラ炎の様な杢目が特徴的な木で、花は春に咲きますが実は秋から冬にかけてなるし、秋に開催される「GEN GUITAR AWARD 2024」に使うのには丁度いいかも、いやこれがいいでしょ～、これでいこう！って感じでミズメザクラに決めました。

本当はいつもなんかいい木材はないか探していて、前からミズメザクラの杢目が気になっていて、丁度ギターとベースが入る材料を買っていたのもあるんですけどね(笑)

＊買ってから知ったんですが、ミズメザクラって桜の仲間ではないんですって…

　木目の雰囲気や色あいが似ているからミズメザクラって呼んでいるんだそうです。��

そんなこんなで、土台となるモデルは Hydra 24F と Blowzer 4st. にしました！！

そして今回のコンセプトは...

「 和洋折衷感 」

です。

ですので、ネック材は通常仕様のメイプルですが、指板材はあえてマダガスカルローズにしました。

見た目にはなんとなく「 和 」を感じる様な木目の物を使ったつもりです…

＊ポジションマークはいつもの楕円ですが、白蝶貝にアヴァロンの枠付きの物にしてみました。

アヴァロンに白蝶貝の枠より何か「 和 」を感じませんか(笑)

ヘッドトップには「 クロガキ 」を貼ってみました。

和材にこだわらないですけど、「 和 」を感じる見た目にはこだわってますので���

白と黒のコントラストがいい感じに和の雰囲気を出していると思いませんか？

ボディバックは「 ホンジュラスマホガニー 」を使いました。

＊Blowzer-4は2ピース材がなかったので、なんと贅沢にも 1ピース材 を使いました！

ボディのカラーは「 和 」を感じるオリジナルカラーの「ー膳ー」で仕上げてもらいました！

ピックガードはちょっと新しい事をやってみました。

見た目はウッドガードですが、実はこれ木を貼ったウッドガードじゃないんです！

家具等に使われているメラミン化粧板の木目調の物を貼って作りました。

＊Hydra 24Fの方は艶消しのゼブラウッド柄でブラウン系の物、Blowzer 4st. には艶ありのカリン柄で赤系の物を使いました！

昔、店舗什器を作る会社で働いていた時に使っていたメラミン化粧板を思い出して調べてみると、色々な種類の木目柄や模様があって、厚みもいい感じだったので、どうしても試してみたくなったんです…

そもそもピックガードって塩ビやアクリル、ベークライト等色々な素材使っているし、実際に作ってみたらいい感じの見た目になりました！

本物の木よりも硬くて、傷がつきにくい＆汚れにくい、そして何より反らないので、見た目にウッドガードがお好きな方にはおススメです！

そして「メラミン化粧板の木目調ピックガード」じゃカッコ悪いので、

「“Wood Pattern” ピックガード」

と勝手に名前もつけちゃいました！

＊本当はこの記事を書くまでにあと2色位作ろうと思っていたのですが間に合いませんでした…

あと、本来BlowzerはF.C.G.R.初のオリジナルPBスタイル！として開発したのですが、今回のO.S. Blowzer 4st FTはP.U.レイアウトを試験的に「 JJ仕様 」にしてみました！

（すみません、今回はあくまでも試験的にやったものですので、今の所はオーダーの選択肢に入れる予定はございません…）

という訳で、改めまして今回ご紹介した2本は『 GEN GUITAR AWARD 2024 』に出展します！
