Linda's husband was possessed by Bill when he and Linda "did the deed". Maybe he was a follower of Bill and maybe that's why Linda divorced him.

That would make Bill have no relation to Candice.

But she doesn’t know HALF of what her kids actually get up to, and what she DOES hear about, she attributes to either their (VERY SMALL) extra dimensional powers, or (she desperately hopes) overactive imaginations. With resurgence of Gravity Falls thanks to Book of Bill and that little tidbit about Phineas Dad in it, it spawned so much crossover fanart and its so delightful! But my stupid idiot mind is like: Wow its all so cool, people should write crossover fics with those two fandoms. ;D LIKE THERE IS NOT LITERALLY ONE OF THE BEST PnF x GF fics there is - and yes I am talking about The Tail of Gravity Falls, because I am in love with the SLOC series and I shall never tire of re-reading it!

But no seriously, for some reason when I was thinking about this crossover, your fic was the only one in my mind. xD It's such an iconic work for me, thank you for creating it!

Also it just occured to me, sorry if you already talked about it (you dont have to answer if you did), but out of curiosity, do you have any plans to rewrite that story in the SLOC rewritten?

I don't plan to rewrite that fic, unfortunately. I'm not as into Gravity Falls as I was when I wrote that, and it would be a huge undertaking. But I love that people still love it, and thank you for reaching out!!!

A SLOC REWRITE?!?!?

I'm so excited to hear that! I love that series so much and I was seriously thinking about printing it off to have a physical copy so a rewrite of the original is awesome!!

I also read the crossover when I was in the exact middle of discovering GF and PnF fandom, so it hit the spot like nothing else

If you could merge all your favorite fandoms into one crossover universe what would be your favorite pairings, both platonic and romantic?

Um it’d probably be the same thing as now. I don’t typically think about crossovers a lot in that regard of characters actually meeting. If anything I think Gravity Fall would be the easiest to crossover with like IZ or Phineas and Ferb in my mind. I think my fav platonic pairings in a GF and Pnf crossover would be Mable and Isabella.

In a GF and IZ crossover I think Dib and Dipper could have an interesting dynamic. I mentioned before in a post I shipped them a little bit growing up. Which is probably why you asked this but I should’ve clarified I did not put extreme thought into a crossover. I just thought the two spooky boys should be friends and hold hands y’know
