Is anathema a group of agents that was excommunicated, denounced, discharged, disenfranchised, or all of the above by OWCA?! Are they related to Dennis The Rabbit's appearance on one episode and his plans back then?

From the dictionary meaning alone we know that they hate owca... but disneytva's description of the mini series is specifically "RIVAL" so does that mean that they're discharged but still want the same thing as OWCA does? They just want a better treatment than what the human OWCA operatives and bosses are providing? But they also used "Nefarious" in their acronym... so they can still be some evil...

God, i know i shouldn't expect much since this will be shown in shorts... but I AM JUST SO EXCITED OF IT
