Work is v v slow (thank goodness) I’m about to head out to lunch, buttt I made it my New Year’s resolution to get to know people better on here!

So, outside of the Pedro fandom/TLOU fandom, what are your hobbies??

I collect model horses and I paint/craft on occasions! (I’m also involved in other fandoms!)

Yay, I'd love to share and get to know my followers more! 💙💙💙

(1) Obviously, I love reading, writing, and storytelling in any capacity. It's probably one of my biggest passions in life. I write fanfiction but I have original fantasy stories I'm working on as well. I don't even mind if I get published or not, I just want people to read my stories. :)

(2) My animals!!! I love all my animals and have a really great bond with all of them. I have both dogs (three mini poodles and one catahoula leopard dog) and two leopard geckos. I'll post them underneath this because I love showing them off! 🐩🦎❤️

(3) I have such a strong love and affection for my family and friends. I am so so so blessed to have a wonderful support system and caring friends. I just need more nerdy online friends. So don't be shy, let's chat!

(4) Some of my non-MHA/JJK interests include Jurassic Park, The Dark Crystal, and Dungeons and Dragons.

(5) Can't think of much else right now but a bunch of my random interests are cooking, playing video games, scary movies, reading fantasy romance books, expressions of creativity, self-improvement, and mental health positivity! I'm very much a 'good vibes' kinda person and try to spread that as much as possible.

By the way, a lot of readers tend to be surprised about it whenever I talk about it so here's another post to say that independent projects literally live and die by their audience's enthusiasm!! Even if YOU can't support something financially, spreading the word or making fan stuff to create a cool space for other folks to hang out in and engage with the work is just as important! My own comic was going to end this December without funding, and the only reason we've made as much progress as we have towards the goal was because my readers made such an effort to help it find the support it needs.

Indie creators are on our own out here, the only thing that can help us is the audience!! Every share or comment helps even if you think it doesn't!! Literally just existing in a tag so it's not totally dead when someone else goes looking is contributing something really significant to the projects you love, please don't forget how much power you hold as a Reader Of Things.

Really I think nothing shouts "my first Presidential election as a politically active person was 2016" more than the fact that when I feel hope and excitement for the future (possible President Harris) for more than five minutes I immediately get a crushing, all-consuming anxiety of "feeling this positive emotion now is going to make it so much worse when the worst thing possible happens" to the extent that I'll probably need my break-glass-in-case-of-emergency anxiety medication.
