#someone yells obscenities at Thor in Spanish and Thor furrows his brows and starts yelling back#because what do you mean you are insulting his mother when Thor has saved this city? perhaps this is a customary ritual#some lackeys think they're getting away with spying for HYDRA and Loki is just listening along unable to tell German is a different languag#how many fangirl/fanboys made inappropriate passes thinking it would be lost in translation whether as slang or bc of language barrier#avengers go to europe for a mission and thor starts speaking with locals but no one else can tell what they're saying#tony was getting a translator started up and Thor starts speaking Finnish like it's normal
