The Neverleys aka Toadville

Built on the mucky shores of the Neverleys, a protected region of wetlands in SimCity, Toadville is known to be a reservoir for Lake Barrett's churning waters and the home of the most bothersome of pests and beasts known to Simkind. It is the only area near Old Town that does not illegalize toads.

I loved turning Old Town into a swamp and I thought why not make an entire area that's a parody of the Everglades, so I introduce Toadville (made from SimoleonPrincess's Wildcreek at Mod the Sims) as a neighboring district to Old Town.
