Korekiyo gets a tear scar after bleeding from their eyes while being boiled alive.

Post-Revival, they're in therapy to accept that their sister groomed and r@ped them, but on the plus side, they've realized the feminine feeling they get sometimes isn't a tulpa of their sister, they're just genderfluid.
