Like my first love that September

Transcript & Context:

[The trial was an eye-opener for us and we shouldn't be afraid to reach out to help cope with trauma. We both went to therapy, my mum felt brave enough to open up about her mental health and I went to talk through my fears and distress and how to gain control of it. In the end, we decided to move to Henford-on-Bagley]

[The countryside promoted healing and we were less likely to be triggered by places or people. It was really an escape from the big city. Settling down was easy since my grandparents lived there. It was also my first time visiting the family farm and I loved every single moment in that house]

[Most importantly, I felt more relaxed in Henford-on-Bagley. No more pestering reporters or prying eyes of the neighbours. No more trouble sleeping or flashbacks to all the difficult times. Instead, it was a warm welcome from the villagers, who did not ask too many questions, well most of them anyway]

[Our wellbeing improved and we immediately fitted in with the community. It was a new beginning here which meant a different school, routine and people. And one person in particular stood out from everyone else]

[Henford-on-Bagley was where I met Nancy Montford. She was my first love]

The remaining story parts (the first love and the one after 👀) are the ones that I have most been looking forward to! And look who is his first love...Nancy (tjolc)!!! It is perfect with her cooking roots and how city detective also explores food. I've mentioned that Vincent likes cooking and you will find out how it came to that. Now the two legacies link 🤗 One more thing is Oscar has NO RELATION to Strangerville even though I initially created him to be the mysterious guy.

Noemí: What a pleasure to finally meet you.

Caruso: Thank you. I see where your daughter got her good looks from.

Noemí: Oh my! How flattering.

Ángel: Um... is he really using his phone at the dinner table?

Noemí: It's so nice to have every seat filled up at the table! Now we wait for the grandchildren to come.

Erick: [Whispers] Are you seeing what I'm seeing...

Pavan is completely oblivious, too in love with Ángel to notice anything.

Ángel: [Whispers] Yeah...

Erick: I'll give him another chance... Nice shirt, what's your favorite album of theirs?

Caruso: Oh, I don't listen to this band. Their music is boring. I thought the design on the shirt looked rad as hell.

Erick: I see.... please excuse me.

Noemí: Your agua fresca is amazing! It's agua de pepino, right?

Caruso: ...Agua... fresca? No, no. This is my creation! I call it "spa water."

Noemí: Oh... clever.

Ángel: I'm not sure if my drawing is conveying the message y'know?

Pavan: Looks great to me. The colors play into the theme of not escaping one's past.

Ángel: Ah perfect. I was going to sign myself up for Color Theory 101 again.

Caruso: Color theory? What's there to theorize? Colors exist, obviously. Just look everywhere, haha. Am I right or am I right?

Ángel: Is this a joke?

Noemí: Ahem... Mija, can you come help sing a lullaby to the fish? They won't sleep.

Dulce: Oh we have pet fish now? Since when do fish need music to sleep anyway? [Says quietly] Also, I sing well?

Caruso: Yeah you sing beautifully.

Noemí: Um... It's a new kind of science. Let's go, just the two of us.

#p #ts4 #sims 4 #shenanigans.save #pavot and tide were both made by my gf!! tysm babyyyyy #if i still have anyone left from my saga posting days there should be some familiar faces (although older here)#lamis and vishnu are siblings (they are mala and mina's kids. luce was their sperm donor and IT SHOWS)#since i never advanced post the time gen 2 were toddlers yarrow never had their lil gender adventure. they go by he/they #calla and yarrow are very much jess and mal's kids. it still boggles my mind how calla takes so much after malcolm #whereas yarrow is just jess. but then there's the landgraab eyebrows #pavot benayoun my beloved was made by my gf to be yarrow's future partner <3 i love him sm #tide is just here sfdjsjsfdjsfdjsjdfdsdf #no. he was the heir to her legacy but she let me play with her dolls so now he's an exchange student in mt. komorebi with the gang <3 #(ignoring his situationship with yarrow)#ok i lie vishnu won't be in mt. komorebi.#he'll be in the military in strangerville bc life lead him down a weird path that he will luckily change down the line. that was the setup #for the strangerville aspiration with him and tide and calla. we'll see if i use them for that #i never did the strangerville story. it'd be neat

Welcome baby Seraphina Lusk!

Brooks, the ever-loving supporter of his fiancee, was there through every bit, making sure Ophelia was loved and taken care of. Being there to give her back rubs and the last bit of pregnancy cravings she had.

Though Ophelia is conflicted on how to feel, she knows this was the right decision and cannot thank Brooks enough for convincing her. She may not know much about being a mother, but with Aili always checking in on her and Brooks always by her side, she knows she can do anything.
