We Need to Start Thinking Now...

...about how Trump and/or Republicans will react to an opposition candidate in 2028. Keeping in mind that Trump admires Putin, who changed the Russian Constitution to stay in office and had his political opponent jailed and killed.

We need to make sure our 2028 candidate is kept safe and unreachable to all Republican lackeys occupying government and law enforcement positions before they falsely accuse them of a crime. Because we all know, Republicans will accuse our 2028 candidate of a crime and attempt to arrest them.

That's where we're headed and we have to make our candidate unreachable. That means rallying around them in force to protect them long before Republicans dare to falsely accuse them of anything. It means securing safe places, safe passage and secure escape routes out of the country for our 2028 candidate should Trump and his Republicans lackeys, eager to do his bidding, try something.

Republicans cannot be allowed to get near or arrest our 2028 candidate on the false charges we all know they are planning.

If you are current or ex-military or law enforcement, consider offering your services to the Democrats to help protect whoever our 2028 presidential candidate will be. With Trump and Republicans in power, the official resources for personal security cannot be fully trusted.

I'm not suggesting Democratic officials trust anybody off the street with their safety. But Democrats should properly vet and set up an auxiliary security force to protect their 2028 candidate and all high profile Democrats from any unlawful aggressive moves on them by Republicans holding power.

And they should start preparing for this right now.

It is very important that Democrats are aware and alerted now to the possible dangers they may face from the Trump administration and the thugs he has granted power in our government. Spread the word.

Since Rocky's going to live back home with Mom and Dad, and they already have a piano, he's given the residence piano to Gavin and Sadie for a wedding present. This leaves him with a lot of time on his hands, which he spends blogging about music.

Gavin sees no reason to wait to go home and marry Sadie. They need him in that house! So he throws his party as soon as he feasibly can. Herbert and Faith are feeling a bit under the weather and send their apologies, but that's all right - he'll be right there with them soon enough. A little too much with them, even. It's clear they need help, but he's not certain how the living arrangements are going to shake out.
