Shrimp Couscous Salad Recipe Try this simple and delicious couscous for a lovely, flavorful cold salad and a lovely change from the norm. Couscous, feta cheese, and tomatoes are combined with shrimp, and the dish is then dressed with a garlic vinaigrette. Always a success and never a waste. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 3/4 cup olive oil, 1 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 2 cups water, 1 clove garlic crushed, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 2 cups couscous, 1.5 pounds cooked shrimp peeled and deveined, 2 medium tomatoes chopped, salt and pepper to taste, 1 red bell pepper chopped, 1 yellow bell pepper chopped, 1 cup chopped fresh parsley

Chicken, Asparagus and Cucumber Salad

Leftover Lemon and Garlic Chicken Breast, make a beautifully bright Spring chicken salad, this delightfully green Chicken, Asparagus and Cucumber Salad! Happy Tuesday!
Ingredients (serves 1):
a dozen fresh green asparagus, rinsed
1/3 cucumber, rinsed
half a Lemon and Garlic Chicken Breast
1 tablespoon Vinaigrette Dressing聽
Trim the bottoms of the asparagus.
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in聽coarse salt, and add the聽asparagus. Cook, 9 minutes, or until just tender.
Once cooked, immediately plunge the asparagus in a bowl of ice water, to stop cooking. Drain thoroughly.
Halve cucumber, and cut into slices, and spoon them into a medium bowl.
Cut drained asparagus into chunks. Add to the bowl.
Cut Lemon and Garlic Chicken Breast into thin slices, and add to the bowl, as well.
Drizzle generously with Vinaigrette Dressing, and toss gently, to combine.
Spoon Chicken, Lemon and Asparagus Salad onto serving plate, and enjoy immediately!

Kalafior, broku艂, kapusta g艂owiasta, brukselka, a tak偶e kalarepa to r贸偶ne odmiany tego samego gatunku Brassica oleracea i jako takie mog膮 by膰 poddawane krzy偶owaniu (naturalnemu lub sztucznemu). Tak powsta艂o szereg ro艣lin uprawnych i ozdobnych.
Istniej膮 dwie formy Brassica oleracea, kt贸re mo偶na okre艣li膰 jako broku艂, jednak obie biologicznie uznawane s膮 za odmiany kalafiora (Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis).
