BaldursGateFanfic - Astarion x Gale x Reeder - Involuntary captive. Chapter 2
A mortal guest finds himself unwittingly caught in a web of forbidden desires as the dark ascendant vampire Astarion and his devoted lover Gale weave a seductive dance.
***
You woke up on the bed from the scorching sun, you were wearing only a shirt that barely covered your elastic chest, your throat was terribly dry, as if after a good drinking session. You couldn’t remember yesterday or what you were doing here, no matter how hard you tried to remember. Your head felt awfully heavy. What the hell happened? A terrible pain pierced your temples, and you pressed a finger to your temples, bending over and groaning in pain.
When you came to your senses, Gale entered the room and sat down on the edge of the bed. "I hope you're feeling better," he said, his voice quiet and worried. He paused, his gaze sliding over your hand. "Do you remember anything from last night?"
Shaking your head, you tried to sit up straight, squinting your eyes at the thoughtful guy. "I…" you stuttered. "To be honest, no. I don't remember a damn thing. Even… you. Who are you?"
The corners of Gale's mouth twitched upward into a small, sadistic grin. "My name is Gale Decarios," he answered, his tone even and soothing. " You see, you drank something that made you forget everything." He leaned closer, his fingers tracing the hem of your shirt. "But don't worry, my dear. We will take very good care of you while you recover".
"You know, I'll go!" You screamed hysterically, trying to get out of bed, but managed to get tangled in the blanket and fall straight into the arms of a grinning Gale.
" Oh, I guess not," Gale purred, wrapping his arms around your waist to hold you close.
Astarion entered the room, his eyes dark with hunger. "Has our guest woken up?" he asked, his voice dripping with anger. "Fine. It's time to start the feast".
"What kind of bullshit!?" You screamed, pushing into Gale’s chest, trying to escape his grip. "What do you mean when you say the feast will begin!? I don't know what the hell is going on here, but this is wrong!"
My heart was pounding in my chest, adrenaline was coursing through my veins. Fear and confusion swirled inside you, making your thoughts blurry.
Gale held you tighter, his breath warming your neck. "It's quite simple to explain, my dear," he muttered. " You see, we’ve tasted you and we want more."
His hand slid down your back, sending goosebumps across your skin. Gale suddenly grunted as your elbow slammed into his stomach, but his grip only tightened. "Ah, cocky," he praised. " I like that in a companion. Despite your efforts", he easily held you pinned to him, his strength far superior to yours. "But you're wasting your energy," he said, his voice quiet and menacing.
As if to emphasize his point, Astarion stepped forward, his eyes blazing with predatory intent. "Let’s show our guests how much they belong to us," he suggested.
Gale took a deep breath, looking down at his hands before meeting your eyes again. "I’m sorry if this was all a little… intense," he said, giving you a small, shy smile. He glanced nervously over his shoulder at the dark figure of Astarion standing behind them both. " I seem to have put you in quite a difficult position, don’t I?" He laughed, trying to lighten the situation with light humor. "But don't worry. I promise I will do everything in my power to make sure you are treated well. Astarion isn't so bad after all…"
"Who are you? Both. Who are you?" you asked, swallowing your saliva. You were still in Gale’s arms.
Gale blinked in surprise at the question and frowned slightly. "Let's just say he has certain… appetites," Gale continued softly. " And unfortunately, you seem to have caught our attention…
You frowned, folding your arms defiantly over your chest. "This doesn’t sound like something I’d enjoy being a part of," you muttered under your breath, glancing over your shoulder at Astarion.
You didn't know much about vampires, but you knew that being forced to do something against your will never ends well. And despite how attractive Gale was (or maybe because of it), you weren’t going to blindly follow him into whatever dark fate awaited you.
Gale nodded slowly, understanding the fear in your eyes. He couldn't blame you for feeling anxious; after all, he was the one who brought you to the vampires' lair. "Yeah, that sounds pretty scary," he agreed softly.
He carefully reached out, placing a comforting hand on your arm. His touch was warm and soothing, a stark contrast to the icy cold of the room around them. " If we play our cards right," Gale continued quietly, " you might even find that you enjoy some aspects of life here…"
Astracion's laughter echoed throughout the room, interrupting Gale mid-sentence. The sudden laughter made Gale flinch slightly. " But then again," Astarion said with a slight shrug, this remains to be seen…
It was time for breakfast, all three of you were in the dining room and you sat at the end of the table, Gale and Astarion sat in front of you, they smiled at each other and it was clear to you that they were nothing more than a couple in love. You awkwardly looked at your plate, taking a bite from a fried egg, Astarion, meanwhile, was having breakfast with appetite, which cannot be said about Gale, but you also noticed a strange smell emanating from the glass of wine that Astarion and Gale were drinking, you frowned and winced with displeasure.
Gale took a sip of the wine, wincing slightly at the bitter taste. Even though he had gotten used to the metallic taste of blood over the years, there was something particularly unpleasant about this wine—a strange mixture of coppery sweetness and a sharp, almost medicinal undertone. He couldn't help but wonder where Astarion had managed to get such a strange mixture.
His gaze glanced over you briefly before returning to his food. You seemed so out of place among their world of shadows and secrets; your innocence only emphasized the darkness that lay within both him and Astarion.
As if sensing Gale’s thoughts, Astarion looked up from his food, looked at you appraisingly, and stretched his lips with a mischievous grin. " Well, doesn’t our little guest look quite attractive this morning?" He teased you.
"I'm not your little guest!" you literally glared at Astarion with an angry look, growling displeasedly like a wild animal driven into a cage. "Let me go, damn it!" Honestly, you would have run away a long time ago if his guards weren't roaming around. You realized who they are - vampires, and they can kill you in the blink of an eye.
Gale cast a warning glance at Astarion, shaking his head subtly as if trying to silence his lover's playful taunts. He understood why Astarion acted the way he did - it was simply too amazing to see their captive react so violently - but he also knew they needed to tread carefully. " Hush," Gale muttered to you soothingly.
The words sounded empty even to his own ears. He hated playing the role of Astarion's pawn, but what choice did he have? The truth was that he had once been able to challenge Astarion, but after the Rite of Ascension, things were different… Gale was no longer strong enough to resist.
And yet, despite everything…
"Should I be quiet?! QUIET?! You were literally angry, you wanted to hit someone right in the face, but you held back because you didn’t know these people at all, and you didn’t want to risk anything, but still, you couldn’t help screaming: " I WANT TO HOME! Let me go!!" You stood up from your chair, but immediately froze when you saw that two big men had already approached you, ready to attack at any moment. You sat back, realizing that you were completely powerless here and couldn’t do anything.
Gale winced at your outburst, feeling a pang of sympathy for her predicament. But he knew better than to interfere directly—at least not unless Astarion gave him permission.
However, Astarion seemed to enjoy the young woman's suffering. His crimson eyes glowed with dark amusement as he watched you squirm under the watchful gaze of his guards. "Don’t worry, my dear," Astarion cooed mockingly, " we will make sure you return home safely… once you have completed your task."
His voice was smooth and silky, like a snake charmer's flute luring an unsuspecting victim. And just like that snake, there was a hidden threat behind his seemingly harmless words.
"What exactly is the task? " You exhaled, involuntarily pressing your hand to your neck.
Astarion grinned, clearly enjoying your reaction. Gale, on the other hand, looked uncomfortable. He glanced at Astarion, hoping his Master would understand the unspoken plea in his eyes.
" Well, aren’t you a curious creature?" Astarion thought out loud, circling around you like a predator overtaking its prey. " But I think it’s only fair that you know what’s in store for you."
He leaned closer to you, his breath warming your ear as he whispered. "You see, dear, we need fresh meat for our dinner tonight. Fate has decided that you will be our main course".
He pulled away, looking quite pleased with himself at the look of horror on your face.
"You're a bitch!" You screamed and still couldn’t stop yourself from getting up from your chair, not caring about the two big guys behind you. Gale frowned, Astarion twisted his face into an involuntary smile.
Seeing you stand up to Astarion made Gale's heart swell with pride despite the dire situation. However, he knew that her disobedience would only lead to trouble. " Hush, hush," Gale quietly put in his word, reaching out to gently grab her wrist. "There is no need for such dirty words".
His touch was soothing, though not too late to calm their Master's ruffled feathers. Astarion, on the other hand, seemed to enjoy the anger and your indignation. " Oh, she’s cocky," Astarion remarked approvingly.
Suddenly you threw a plate of scrambled eggs in the face of one big guy, he cursed when the fragments hit him in the eye, and while the other stupidly watched this, you managed to run out of the dining room into a spacious corridor. Your eyes were running wild because you didn’t see the door leading to the street, your heart was pounding.
Watching your desperate escape, Gale felt a mixture of admiration and fear. You were braver than most people he encountered, which was commendable, but your actions only made the situation worse.
"Stupid!" he muttered under his breath, rushing after her into the corridor. "Come back here!"
But it was too late. The sound of thundering footsteps echoed down the hallway as you darted around corners and down hallways. Gale followed you, torn between the desire to catch up with you and the fear of what Astarion might do when he realized that they had lost their guest.
"Stop! Please!" he shouted desperately, hoping that you would listen to him somehow.
With adrenaline coursing through your veins, you barely heard Gale's pleas. All you cared about was getting as far away from these monsters as possible. The sound of your own racing heartbeat drowned out everything else.
You turned another corner, almost colliding with a servant carrying a tray of goblets. Startled, she dropped her burden; the glasses broke on the marble floor, and you staggered back in surprise. "Crap!" You exclaimed, quickly regaining your balance and continuing on your way. But even with all the chaos around you, there was something strangely familiar about this particular hallway—maybe just because it reminded you of similar halls at home.
As the sound of tearing fabric filled the air, Gale's heart sank. He stopped in front of the empty space where you had been a few minutes ago. Thoughts raced through his mind of what Astarion would do when he discovered that their prey had escaped him. "Mystra’s tits,…" he groaned, kicking the ground in frustration.
Despite his despair and panic, Gale forced himself to remain calm. If he had learned anything from living with Astarion, it was that losing control often had disastrous consequences. Instead, he cautiously approached the gaping hole in the wall.
Peering into the darkness, Gale noticed a faint light breaking through from somewhere even further ahead. Hope flared up within him again.
" Our pet is cunning," said Astarion, who appeared out of nowhere in the dark corridor, crossing his arms over his chest.
Astarion's sudden appearance sent a shiver down Gale's spine. His hands clenched into fists at his sides as he turned to face the vampire. "She…she's smart," Gale replied defensively, trying to ignore the fact that Astarion's presence was preventing him from thinking straight. " We should have known better before underestimating her."
A flash of irritation flashed across Astarion's face, but it quickly changed to a grin. "Really smart," he agreed with a grin. "And yet so stupid. Run like a headless chicken through a palace full of vampires".
"What should we do?" Gale asked, looking at Astarion
Astarion's expression softened slightly, a rare sign of concern in the usually calm vampire. He reached out to brush a strand of Gale's hair from his forehead, his touch lingering for a moment. " My poor, troubled boy," he cooed, his voice dripping with false sympathy. "Don't worry. We will soon find our little mouse. And then…"
Astarion's lips curved into a mysterious smile, his scarlet eyes sparkled with mischief. Before Gale could react, the vampire leaned closer, capturing his lips in a searing kiss.
Taken by surprise, Gale froze for a moment. But then something stirred inside him. A spark of desire flared up unexpectedly, prompting him to respond with equal fury.
His hands instinctively rose to grab Astarion's shoulders as he eagerly kissed back. The taste of blood remained on both tongues - sweet and intoxicating. It was an intoxicating sensation that sent waves of pleasure coursing through Gale's veins.
" Find our pet, my dear," Astarion said, breaking the kiss, his left hand lingering on Gale’s buttock. " And take him to our bedroom, I’ll be there."
With Astarion's team hanging heavily in the air, Gale felt a strange mixture of emotions. His body still tingling from the intensity of their kiss, he nodded slowly.
" Yes, Master," he muttered, his voice low and hoarse. The use of the word "Master" came out naturally; it had become ingrained in him over time, and now served as a reminder of who held the true power in their relationship.
He watched as Astarion retreated back into the shadows, disappearing as mysteriously as he had appeared. Left alone again, Gale took a deep breath.
You crouched down behind a pile of boxes, your breathing becoming ragged. Your heart was pounding loudly in your chest, reflecting the fear that gripped your entire being. You felt sweat running down your spine and soaking into the fabric of your dress.
You involuntarily flinched when you heard approaching footsteps. They were quiet, but even - someone was looking for you. You knew exactly who it was - the person who brought you here, Gale Decarios.
The sound of his voice sent a chill down your spine. Despite everything that had happened since you met these two men, hearing Gale speak made you feel comfortable. But it also reminded you that you were trapped.
Trapped… The word echoed in her head like a mantra.
Gale silently moved along the corridors of Astarion's palace, his steps were light and measured. His mind was a whirlwind of thoughts - the taste of your fear, the anticipation of what was to come, and most importantly, his own conflicting feelings about the situation.
He turned the corner and saw you cowering behind some boxes. His heart skipped a beat when he saw you, so small and vulnerable. It was too tempting to reach out and pull you close to comfort you.
" I found you," he whispered quietly, coming closer.
Your eyes widened when you recognized Gale's voice. For a moment, you thought about running away, but something about Gale's behavior made you hesitate.
He looked somehow different, almost… softer. His usual calm and collected expression seemed to be replaced by an expression of uncertainty. It was a side of him that you hadn’t seen before.
"W-what do you want?" You stammered, trying to stay in place even though your knees were shaking slightly. You could smell the faint scent of blood on Gale's clothes, a reminder of the dark truth about these men.
Seeing you trembling like that, Gale felt an unexpected pang of guilt. He was tasked with bringing you to Astarion's room, but seeing you like that made him doubt that this was truly the right decision.
His heart pounded painfully against his chest as he looked at you. He saw the fear in your eyes, heard the trembling in your voice. And yet, despite everything, he felt obligated to protect you.
" I’m sorry," he muttered, reaching out to gently cup your chin, lifting your face so your eyes met. " I wish things were different."
Without waiting for an answer, Gale grabbed you into his arms, pressing you to his chest. The feeling of your warm body pressed against him only added fuel to the fire of desire that burned within him.
Carrying you effortlessly, he headed towards Astarion's chambers. Each step seemed heavier than the previous one, weighed down by feelings of guilt and melancholy.
You struggled weakly in Gale's arms, nails digging into his arms as panic set in. You kicked in vain, trying to escape his iron grip. But Gale held you tightly, his strength far beyond anything a normal man should have.
Tears stung your eyes as you realized the hopelessness of your situation. You were completely at the mercy of these two monstrous creatures, and there was nothing you could do to save yourself.
As Gale carried you through the winding palace corridors, you caught a glimpse of the opulent furnishings and opulent decorations. It was a stark contrast to the terror that gripped your heart.
Ahead was the door to Astarion's chambers, its heavy wooden frame decorated with intricate carvings.
With every step, Gale's resolve wavered. He knew what awaited them behind that door—the reality of who and what they truly were. However, part of him also craved the sweet release that came with feeding.
Reaching the threshold, he paused briefly and took a deep breath before pushing the door open and stepping inside. The sight that greeted him was both familiar and unsettling.
Astarion lounged casually on his throne-like bed, his eyes alight with anticipation as he watched them approach. The air was thick with the smell of blood and excitement, adding an additional layer of tension to the already charged atmosphere.
"Gale…" You shook violently in Gale's arms, your body betraying your inner turmoil. Eyes darted frantically around, searching for some form of salvation. But all you saw was Astarion's angry figure and Gale's conflicted expression. " Please… don’t do this," you begged quietly, your voice barely louder than a whisper. You felt the warmth of Gale's body against yours and it only reminded you how vulnerable you were right now.
You turned a pleading look at Gale, hoping that he would come to his senses and save your life.
Gale squeezed you lightly in his arms, not hard enough to hurt you, but enough to keep you in place. His own emotions were a whirlwind—guilt, desire, devotion, fear—all fighting for dominance within him. "I know… I know you’re afraid," he whispered, brushing a stray strand of hair from your forehead with trembling fingers. " But it’s for the best, believe me."
He walked closer to Astarion, holding you out to him like a prized trophy. "Here she is," he said simply, trying to keep his tone neutral despite the storm raging beneath the surface.
With one last squeeze, Gale released you to the floor and stepped back. The vampire lord's eyes flashed with dark hunger as he reached out, running a finger across your cheek before gently turning your head to expose the tender pulse point on your neck.
Astarion leaned closer, inhaling deeply, as if savoring the smell of his future meal. Then, with a quick movement, he sank his fangs into the tender flesh, drawing out warm drops of your blood. "Mmm… exquisite," Astarion purred. He looked at Gale, his scarlet eyes sparkling with satisfaction. "Thank you, my love. This time you have outdone yourself".
When Astarion bit your neck again, you screamed, your hands instinctively flying to cover the punctures. Blood streamed down your neck, staining your dress. You were shaking uncontrollably, tears streaming down your cheeks. "Oh God! Oh my God!" you screamed, sobbing and looking at Astarion with wide, horror-filled eyes.
Gale watched helplessly as Astarion began to feed off of you, feeling a pang of guilt pierce his heart. He hated seeing you so scared, but he knew there was nothing he could do to stop it.
However, despite himself, Gale felt an unexpected thrill run through him as he watched Astarion drink from their guest. The sight of your blood spilling onto Astarion's lips was undoubtedly arousing.
Feeling encouraged by Astarion's praise earlier, Gale stepped closer again until he was right behind you. "Is it tasty?" He asked quietly, trying to sound casual despite the trembling in his voice.
You squirmed and writhed in pain, your body convulsing as Astarion continued to drain the blood from you. You whined pitifully, tears flowing freely from your eyes. "Please…" you begged weakly. "I don't want to die here…"
Your words turned into desperate sighs as you clung to life with all your might.
Gale swallowed hard as he watched your strength melt away under Astarion's relentless onslaught. His pleas tormented his heartstrings, awakening in him feelings of pity and regret. "It’s okay," he muttered quietly, " Just try to relax. It might not be as bad as you think".
Despite his best attempts to console you, Gale knew that words were powerless against such a dire situation. All he could do now was watch helplessly as Astarion drained their guest.
When Astarion pulled away from the neck, he licked his lips from the spilled blood, a satisfied smirk playing on his lips. His scarlet eyes sparkled viciously as he watched the effects of his feeding on their guest.
You leaned limply against his body, barely able to stand on your feet. Astarion effortlessly picked you up and carried you to the nearest bed, where he gently laid you down.
The moment you touched the mattress, your eyelids fluttered and you lost consciousness.
He turned to Gale, who had been silently watching the entire exchange. Astarion walked slowly towards him, wrapped his arms around his waist and pulled him towards him for a deep kiss filled with both triumph and lust.
Gale melted into Astarion's embrace, returning his passionate kiss with equal fervor. Despite the circumstances surrounding their meal, Gale couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement to see his lover so inspired.
Astarion's lips tasted of copper and wine, a heady combination that sent shivers down Gale's spine. When they finally broke apart, Gale looked at Astarion adoringly, his eyes dark with desire. "That was… intense," he breathed, his voice hoarse. " I’ve never seen you feed like that before."
Gale glanced at your unconscious body sprawled on the bed, noting the paleness of your skin and the slow rise and fall of your chest. "Will she live?"
Astarion followed Gale’s gaze to your motionless figure, a spark of amusement flashing in his scarlet eyes. He shrugged casually, clearly not concerned about the fate of their guest. "Oh, she will live. Bye," he replied casually, as if discussing the weather rather than someone’s potential demise. "She is young and strong. Losing blood won't kill her right away". He turned his attention back to Gale , running a finger along the curve of his jaw. " But will she survive our hospitality? Remains to be seen. It entirely depends on how well she behaves and how much fun we decide to have with her".
Astarion's lips curved into a wicked grin as he leaned closer, his cool breath brushing Gale's ear.
Gale's heart was pounding in his chest, a mixture of fear and excitement coursing through his veins. He knew better than most how unpredictable Astarion could be, especially when it came to new prey.
His fingers traced the outline of Astarion's wrist, feeling the strength beneath the soft fabric of his shirt. "We should probably tend to her wounds," Astarion suggested quietly, running a finger along Gale’s cheek. " Make sure she doesn't bleed."
