it’s a 50/50 with charlie depending on which one of you woke up first

if you woke up first, she’d be much more  drowsy, especially if it’s you waking her up because she has work to get done or places to be

she needs a lot of encouragement to get out of bed, but nothing too loud, charlie is only 50% in the room with us when she first wakes up, and anything too quiet she won’t catch, and anything too loud just startles the poor girl

however if charlie wakes up, things are a bit different

charlie is the kind of person who needs to wake up on their own terms, otherwise she’ll be like a zombie

if charlie wakes up before you, she’s already a good bit ready, and as you approach her, she can’t help but pepper your face in kisses as she hands you breakfast

LUTE:

lute is very punctual and almost always has work in the morning, so she’s not one to dote on you all too much, and she’s most definitely up earlier than you are

honestly, lute loves when you sit and admire her as she gets ready for work, just dreamily staring at her as she does a simple, mundane task like brushing her teeth

she’ll never admit it, but everytime you pack lute lunch before she’s off to work, her stomach flutters a little more each time, and she’ll just about malfunction if you write her a heart-felt note on a napkin saying that you love her and that she’s working so hard. will she admit this? no. but does she love it? you bet your ass she does

VELVETTE:

velvette’s a complainer when it comes to waking up in the morning, especially if she has to go into the office

honestly, you have to wake her up a solid 30 minutes before she needs to even start getting ready because best believe you guys are having a morning makeout sesh (which might i mention, happens nearly every morning, which potentially leads to some rough morning sex)

on the topic of making out, vel THRIIIVES off of that shit, she loves feeling your lips, or having her tongue around yours

she’s not one to wake you up though, she lets you do that on your own, especially because she doesn’t see a point in waking you up unless you have somewhere to be

What would these Aot characters do at a theme park?

Armin: spends the day figuring out how to win minigames. Ends up winning several bags of prizes and a ridiculously large plushie for Annie.

Annie: carries around her giant plushie, takes it on rides and buys all the photo ops. Armin's face is covered in all of them by the plushie. They are now sworn enemies.

Jean: shooting rides, tries to get the highest score. May or may not be too scared to ride big rollercoasters.

Reiner: holds everyone's bags. This is NOT his happy place. Unless we talk about the buffet, then yes, Reiner loves it here.

Pieck and Connie: go on the most dangerous rides together and have the time of their life. They try to coordinate in funny poses for photo ops. Connie ends up throwing up several times but that man just keeps going!

Sasha, Eren and Mikasa: water rides. By the end of the day they are completely soaked, but also laughing their asses off.

Yelena: buys fast passes for every ride so that she can cut in front of kids. Is too tall to fit in a few rides.

Levi: not tall enough for the big rollercoasters. But that's ok, cuz this man prefers calm scenic rides. Maybe even teacups if Hange's convincing enough

Hange: haunted house. But instead of her running from the monsters, they are running from her.

Gabi and Falco: bumper cars. They absolutely obliterate Onyankopon. He never recovers from his shame.

Maybe unpopular opinion: I didn't want to have another spin-off of levi despite loving him very much.

This is what I wanted to have:

• hange's, miche/mike's and nanaba's past

• how petra and co were chosen to be levi's squad

• training of the warrior cadets (reiner and co gen) and more of them (especially galliard brothers)

• the 5 year gap where reiner and co were in paradis but what happened in marley (more of gabi, zofia, udo and falco; pieck and porco; colt and zeke (as mentor); or more of the situation of the eldia in marley)

• veteran trio (hange, erwin, miche/mike) or also with moblit and nile in the training corps and their first expedition outside (except nile ofc)

I want the ambassadors to grow old and look back with " we were KIDS"

I want Reiner to babysit some 10 yos and suddenly realise he was that age when he broke into Shiganshina. To get angry, because how could they expect that of him, Annie and Berthold, when he can barely let a kid in the same room as a pot of boiling water.

For them to get older than Levi was and still feel way too young.

For Gabi to grow bigger than Sashas uniform.

For Armin to grow old enough to see 22 yos as young and reckless and think how he's outlived Eren twice over. For them to be angry at how unfair it was.

I wonder how Levi feels, seeing the Ambassadors grow OLD. Scouts don't grow old. They die, they're lucky to have a funeral. But they outlived the scouts, their purpose, and Levi gets to rest without worrying they'll die while he does it. Can Levi even rest? Does he know how to?

The fact that the Ambassadors get to grow old and satisfied from long life is a beautiful, heartwarming thing in itself. It's going to be a source of exhilarating joy and immense sadness, and also one of severe dissimilarity. The Ambassadors, old and wrinkled in the skin, see children of sixteen and seventeen flying kites and racing to the beach, and think of how it was that they were never afforded those carefree moments themselves.

Because the Ambassadors were kids until the Rumbling, and still are after the Rumbling. Life begins for them only after everything else has gone. So many died, to give them life. Perhaps sometimes, they wonder if they should enjoy life at all, if they deserve to.

But they are only humans, they are kids; they cannot help but chase each other down a hill and splash in sunset waters. They sleep well and sometimes don't, they eat better and fill out, their uniforms and harnesses gather dust and darkness in the bottom shelf of their cupboards as the years pass and hair turns grey. Suddenly Annie is in her fifties and Gabi is in her forties, Reiner's back hurts and Armin cannot go without glasses reflecting the sea.

Life stretches on and on, and for Levi too, it's years since his fleeting glimpse of the Hange and the dead Scouts. The Ackerman blood is not immune to the passage of time so his memories of their faces get a bit fuzzy. Still, he has no regrets about anything; death, life, or the claw marks his cat has left all over his nice bedsheets - and he closes the door to wait on the porch because Armin and the others will be dropping by for tea and cake soon.

There are children running on the streets and they were once children themselves, but all that is a distant, yet close memory. For all of the lines age and exasperation have carved on Jean's face, there is still uncontrolled laughter when Connie cracks a few bad ones and Pieck can still skip like a woman in her twenties.

The sun sets, and one day for the Ambassadors too, but for now, it will rise in a few hours again, and that is how it is for them as well - everyday is yet another to their long long lives as kids.

And, "Tch," says Levi to his old children, when they turn the corner and he spots them from the ivy-covered porch. "You're late."

Forever is an elf and as such he has a very strong connection to nature, it has not occured to him that not everyone names and talks to plants like he does

Also flowers tend to blossom around him when he is really happy

Mike is in fact a wanted criminal in multiple countries in charges related to protests against the government (terrorism), thief was just the one thing they caught him for

Pac drinks his coffee black

Mike has some slime dna in his family but it was never fully acknowledged by anyone? It's just some random fact that it got throw around when he as a kid like "oh remember how grandpa josé used to turn into a gree goo sometimes?" so he just never brings it up in a meaningful way either

Pac is part bat and he is genuinely obsessed with eating moths, Mike build him a spawner so he could snack on them as much as he wants

He also can see in the dark without the potions and it freaks the fuck out of Mike when he wakes up in the middle of the night everything pitch black and Pac is just walking back to bed with a glass of water like normal

Pac however doesn't have the wings so no one realizes he is a hybrid until it gets brought up in conversation

The FavelaSix has been prohibited from playing Monopoly because the last time they did they ended up destroying a good chunk of the Island and Cellbit and Bagi spend three weeks not talking

They once also started an bawl because of Uno

Bagi will try to befriend every single animal she meets, she has literally an army of pets at her side

Bagi is also the only human among them and it shows as she is also the only one with the power of common sense

She has also a incredible sense of direction, girl has never gotten herself lost in her life

Forever once gave vuvuzelas to the Islanders and Cellbit cried himself to sleep

In retaliation Cellbit made sure that all food during Christmas had raisins in it

Pac obsessed for weeks on how to make brigadeiro on the Island and all the Brazilians cried when he succeded

Miguel O'Hara has an ofrenda. Not probably, but he just does. He remembers how he would sit Gabriella in his lap and explain the importance of the ofrenda, naming each and every family member by their belongings or photos. He never thought that he'd see Gabi’s photo up there too. 

It wasn't right. It wasn't right at all - what father wants to see his lil girl's photo smiling back at him on a ofrenda? With shaky hands he places her hair ties and soccer jersey alongside her photo. He places her baby clothes next to her photo too, her favorite stuffed animal as a toddler, her soccer ball - he places even more photos up, he can't help himself. 

He rubs her old soccer jersey between his fingers trying to find some resemblance to his daughter’s skin, trying to see that maybe if he blinks it'd be her instead in his arms. He lets his eyes water in the solace of his house, his lights off with only the candle light illuminating his face as he holds onto Gabi’s fuzzy baby clothes. They were so small, she was so small.

“I thought it was harmless.” He thinks. “I thought it was harmless, I thought it was harmless.” He repeats to himself as he walks to her grave with aching feet. This Gabriella has a grave, he couldn't even give the other one that luxury. 

He feels himself go mental as he can't help but make another ofrenda for his other Gabi, right next to the one from his universe. He doesn't have anything of this Gabriella, just printed out photos of the videos he has. Videos where she's not even with him, just the man he wanted to be. 

He never wanted to be Spiderman. He wasn't like Peter, Jess, Ben, Gwen, or Miles chasing after a normal life and the grandeur of Spiderman at the same time. He just wanted his Gabriella, su corazon. 

“I thought it was harmless.” He repeats as he curls his hands into fists, his claws digging into his skin, not caring if he draws blood. Today, Gabriella would be fifteen - she'd have her quinceañera. He places her last doll and last shoes, his arms shaking as he wishes he could give her a last dance. 

It was November 1st and Miguel wished his photo was up on the ofrenda instead.

Post rumbling headcanons

Armin and Mikasa move back to Shiganshina and live on a farm that takes in orphan kids (like Eliza from Hamilton)

Armin gives his book of the outside world to gabi and Falco because they will never get to see the world how it once way because of the rumbling

Levi treats all of them like his kids (even reienr and Annie

Reiner broke down when he realized levi had forgiven him.

Levi still has beef with Zeke even though Zeke is dead

Mikasa and Armin made a monument in Shiganshina for everyone they could remember who died there.

Sasha’s parents treat gabi like there own daughter because they know Sasha would have forgiven her + Kaya becomes one of Gabis close friends

Historia names her child something to do with snow because of the time she spent with Ymir in the snow training. (Because naming her Ymir would hurt to much)

Armin Never travels the world because he can’t bring himself to see all the destruction Eren caused

Jean draws a realistic picture of Eren for Armin and Mikasa

Jean does the same for Sasha and hange

Levi takes up knitting

Armin buries his shell next to Eren because he doesn’t want him to be alone.

Armin dreams a lot about the last time he spoke to Eren in the paths.

SHE WOULD!!!! Just crawls right in and Reiner is there yelling for her to get out this instant!!! Security comes over and Gabi dives under all the giant squishmallows (cause those claw machine arcades always have giant prizes)

and security is like "Sir. You need to calm down."

and Rei doesn't want Gabi to get in trouble so he plays off like he was just being a sore loser and apologizes.

Gabi crawls out with TWO squishmallows after the popo leaves and gives Reiner one. He tells her to go put them back cause he doesn't wanna be an accomplice but she shoves it at him and tells him to stop being a nerd. 😂

I feel ya sis, with that said can you do "it" with crush!chaggie(Charlie and Vaggie). Reader and them aren't dating yet.

Reader is a strong overlord but suffer from depression, their insanely strong. (This part is my personal headcanon) reader has no limits shapeshifting, like they could shift into anything, lost an arm? Make a new one. Want different hair style? Just change it, something like that.

This takes place after ep 8. The hotel has been rebuilt and everything has settled down, and reader was still overwhelming stressed.

Reader resides in the hotel in one of the many new rooms, they had a anglic dagger(ordered from Carmine herself) and they just had the urge to do "it", and so they did it. But Charlie and vaggie had went to get them for an activity, and saw them do "it".

Basically i just want them to comfort me🥲

it was vaggie who initially walked in on you whilst in the act, with charlie following soon after, and it’s safe to say that well… they were shocked.

charlie was confused more than anything, you seemed perfectly happy inside and out, and to say she was shocked was an understatement, and even if you weren’t all those things, she couldn’t understand why someone so amazing would do something so awful, especially if it’s to themselves

vaggie was more so personally upset with herself, as we see throughout the course of the show, vaggie can get hard on herself when she feels as if she didn't fufill some kind of quota on how much she's supposed to do for you

but aside from all that, vaggie will softly but sternly tell you to put the dagger down, as charlie softly mutters “what happened..?”

charlie and vaggie approach you slowly, a bit hesitant to push anything, but vaggie takes the dagger from you and softly places it somewhere safe before the three of you have a conversation

it may seem like your being scolded or lectured by these two, but you’re not, they just want to be safe and happy, that’s really all that matters to them

charlie will probably shed a few tears, she feels awful, and feels like she’s failed you in a way - like she hasn’t properly down her job

you three go over that your girls want you to be safe and happy and they understand life gets hard and people make mistakes, but that this isn’t the way to do it

once you three address the main issues and go over a few ground rules, they just wanna hug you, especially charlie

it’s safe to say that after this, charlie and vaggie both try their best to be more aware of your behaviors and emotions, charlie makes sure to include more mental health themed activities for the hotel residents, and vaggie ensures that you aren’t alone for an extended period of time on a regular basis

How would these Aot characters behave at the cinema?

Armin: does everything as supposed to. Books tickets in advance, grabs nice reclining seats for him and Annie. His experience is calculated, and everything has to fall into place. Perfect.

Annie: Ends up buying several cups of pick and mix sweets. Shares with NO ONE. Falls asleep halfway through the movie.

Jean: tries to pull moves on his date, but instead of looking suave he ends up knocking his drink on his lap. Clean up on row 10!

Connie: is late, and security didn't let him in. He's outside the cinema, in the rain, munching on soggy popcorn.

Pieck and Sasha: sit further up so that they can screw with Jean, throwing an occasional popcorn kernel at him. Also end up chatting and being shushed by other people in the room.

Eren and Mikasa: booked the same movie but in 4DX. Eren's about to throw up while Mikasa's having the time of her life.

Levi: he didn't pass the age restriction check and has to be carried inside via Hange's backpack. He'll never live this down. Hange will make sure of that.

Reiner: Went to the wrong room and is now scarred for life after accidentaly watching a horror movie instead of a romcom.

Historia and Ymir: make out the whole movie. They have NO IDEA what happened by the end of it.

Zeke: sneaked in the projection room to cast animal shaped shadows on the big screen

Onyankopon, Gabi and Falco: the kids somehow managed to convince him to take them to see a horror movie. Same one Reiner ends up watching. Onyakopon never recovers.

Yelena: is the one that told Reiner to go to the wrong room

11. Sasha: Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management

• Sasha was first admitted to a college with the major Culinary Science, along with her boyfriend, Niccolo, but left the course after a month

• I want to eat food not study it was what she retorted to everyone, but in reality, she just felt she would not be contributing enough to the community

• As the major took out for a lot of field work, she signs up for all, and even joined internships from the first year itself, regarding the same

• A procrastinator; crams on the night of the exam, while Niccolo is cooking her assortment of dishes and gets super groggy on examination mornings :')

12. Connie: Graphic Design

• His mother was extremely proud of her son getting into the college; so much that she had told every other person passing on the streets how Connie will be a genius, in whatever tech stuff he is doing

• Opted for a college far away from home, because he wanted to experience life to the fullest by living alone, and learning to fend for himself

• Teaches basic computer science to two kids, and works as a freelancer digital artist, along with juggling his classes

• Loves his subject and puts effort behind it quite regularly, but call him for a party he'd be there with two extra beer bottles, ridiculously shimmery clothes and a party popper!

13. Jean: Architecture

• Look me in the eye and tell me that Jean doesn't look like a dreamy arch student, always carrying his sketchbook along with him and sitting down to draw the building or monument designs that seem to intrigue him

• Was in eighth grade, when Mikasa told him that the way he draws the buildings are very clean. Boom, and he wants to draw them for the rest of his life

• For some reason, his mother did not approve of his subject choice, until one day she found a few building designs doodled in placards sprawled over his desk and reconsidered her opinion

• Loves a good party once in a while, but really wants to work behind the subject so sometimes, calls a rain check

14. Erwin: Intelligence

• Ever since Erwin can remember, he wanted to be in the army, fighting for his motherland. That was what he had wanted all his life, and he had every quality to enlist himself for it until he sustained incurable injuries on his right arm trying to save an elderly couple from an accident

• Intelligence major was a piece of cake for Erwin, for he was a natural leader, acing all his classes with ease. He loves spending time in the library a lot, and his favourite book is rumoured to be 'Crime and Punishment' by Fyodor Dostoevsky

• He is equally loved and lusted by the women in his university, but apart from occasional casual flings, he does not want to engage in a relationship because it 'fuddles his mind'

• His room is speck clean and he likes working out regularly and eating healthy (cooks his own food and is distrustful of the canteen meals)

15. Zeke: Law

• In school, Zeke was reprimanded a lot because according to his teachers, he was 'always quipped with a brash follow-up question, with no regards to authority'. In college, he encashed it by enrolling himself in a law major programme

• He is a big believer in practical knowledge and quickly networked to find internship opportunities to practice and observe lawyers alongside his regular studies

• With an absentee father, he worked two side jobs as a cashier at Starbucks and a private tutor

• He participated a lot in debate competitions and moot courts to enhance his critical thinking and analytical skills

16. Marco: Film Studies

• Always a sweet and dreamy guy, Marco chose film studies because he passionately believes films influence people a lot

• Ask him, and he will name the most obscure movies just to seem like a film student with a mysterious air, while in reality, his favourite movie is Mean Girls

• Likes people watching and tries to do all his college work sitting in a cafe, with 'coffee, coffee, coffee!'

• Has tried making short films, and although the themes and plots have been pretty good, he is yet to get real recognition for them

17. Porco: Aviation

• Ever the cocky guy, Porco took aviation because it made him feel like he was on top of the world

• Scored average in theory but was very skilled in practical knowledge

• His professors have often recommended he enlist for the air force, but he doesn't want to; he wants a low-key life without stress (staning a king who knows the importance of mental health!)

• Flirts A LOT with his fellow classmates, and 10/10 uses his charm to get his homework and assignments done

18. Pieck: Inorganic Chemistry

• Pieck's main goal in life is to see more women in STEM, and thus, her major

• Has excellent mathematical and statistical skills and uses them efficiently to excel

• Straight A student, has the special lucky glasses that she wears while taking her exams

• Very humble and soft-spoken, she is often forced to help others even when she doesn't really want to

19. Gabi: Marketing Research

• Gabi originally wanted to become a footballer and had once run away from home because she felt her parents did not approve of her career choice

• While football is still her passion, she has a newfound love for marketing

• Immense persuasive skills and great essays make her one of the toppers of her batch

• Feels stressed trying to juggle studies and football, but she loves both and can't live life with one without the other

20. Falco: Art History Criticism and Conservation

• Falco loved visiting art museums as a kid, and this love of his followed well into adulthood

• His favourite artist is Monet, and his core memory of college is their field trip to the Sistine Chapel

• Loves art, any art in any form, and appreciates every art he sees; is passionate about learning more and has inculcated the skill of finding beauty in everything

• His dorm room is filled with paintings from roadside artisans that he fell in love with, and on Sundays, he tries painting himself (and fails miserably, but is the happiest)

Oh well xD I have some strong opinions on this one.

For Armin, his fascination with books will not cease, obviously, and good for him if he finds a library he can spend all day cooped up in, reading about wonderful new things. But also, I like thinking that he's gonna enjoy music a lot. Once he gets his hands on some records, and the Alliance hauls a gramophone into their house, he's going to really become a music enthusiast. I see him bonding with Pieck over their mutual love for good music.

(also. Once he discovers a new machine or contraption or invention, it's over for everyone.)

Annie - well @aquietjune introduced the image of Annie being a movies lover, and it's been stuck in my head ever since xD It's just adorable to think she enjoys going to watch the moving pictures and can spend any amount of time there. But aside from this, while I think she's not much of a book person, I like the idea of her enjoying crossword puzzles a lot. She'd like to have something to keep her mind busy and they're good for that. Ofc, this means Armin and her can have dining table dates where he's reading a book and she's doing a puzzle and he helps her with words when they're being particularly difficult.

Jean - XD oh god. I imagine this guy likes activities that exude an air of elegance and class. This could be painting, or an interest in fine art, and poetry, museums, art galleries, the like. I think he'd also enjoy the movies and maybe he and Annie could go together for a few (tho she's not having any of his intellectual put-on opinions on them).

Pieck - she's gonna be a plant lady 100%. There will be so many plants in her room and in the house that a giant leaf is smacking everyone in the face wherever they go. I just think she's going to find some comfort raising baby plants especially if we consider that she's the only real "odd one out" in the Alliance. She's lost everyone she knew and loved and is a newcomer among the others. But! There's also the music! She's got good taste in music and I imagine she's going to find some closeness with Armin in this interest.

As for Connie and Reiner. See, I really think they'd enjoy festivals and carnivals and board games and shooting games haha xD Not that any of the others would enjoy them less, but they're the first to make a beeline if there's something going on somewhere. Reiner canonically enjoys playing chess too (if I'm remembering right, he used to play a lot with Armin during their cadet years). Connie would enjoy mimicry and jesting shows(?) a lot (plenty to laugh at) and I think Reiner would also enjoy romance novels a lot and get too involved in the drama. I just like making fun of him a lot sorry

Not related to media but I think taking care of pets would help them all, but Reiner in specific. Not going into details here cuz that is another tangent, but for someone with so many suicidal thoughts and ideations, finding joy in bonding with a dog or cat or any animal really, would be good for him.
