Vincent holds your hand a lot, it’s part of the small quiet affections he gives you everyday in place of bold actions or sweet words. He’ll occasionally just slip his hand into your when he thinks you’re not paying attention. And should you actually notice, he’ll bring your intertwined hands up to press the back of your palm to the cool lips of his mask in a chaste kiss.

Rufus won’t go out of his way to hold your hand but also won’t deny you if you initiate the handholding. His grip is loose and gentle, holding your hand like it’s made of fragile glass. Occasionally, if he’s feeling particularly outgoing, he’ll give your hand the occasional soft squeeze to express his feelings.

Thomas isn’t the biggest fan of handholding, he much prefers wrapping you up in his big arms, but he’ll indulge you if that’s more your thing. Amanda isn’t much for physical affection in general, jumpy and untrusting of any signs of care. She’s not used to it at all. That being said, she will try to let you hold her hand, if only because she fears that depriving you of any physical touch that isn’t purely sexual will drive you away from her. Her touch is hesitant, her hands twitching in yours like she’s fighting not to rip herself away, which is pretty likely. To be this close to her, you have to be someone really important to her. Someone who means the world to her, which is pretty had to achieve.

the thing about me is that I will always always always forever like characters based specifically & only on how entertaining & intriguing they are to me personally. this is why my faves are all little shits. it’s also why I live & die by the mantra “the worst crime a fictional character can commit is being boring.” this is also why I tend to gravitate toward controversial & taboo subject matter in media & why horror is my favorite genre btw. the story HAs to be fresh & crazy because my adhd ass is very very easily bored. the very worst thing a story can do is bore me & that’s why I’m always mildly disappointed if not surprised when the spunky little bitchy annoying but entertaining fuckers who suck die first in horror leaving the boring virgins with no character traits beyond “awkward & supposedly endearing” & I’m glad modern horror is sometimes subverting that but also. they should subvert it even more. I need a horror movie where the slutty cunty bitch lives to be the final girl & the annoying nerdy virgin dies violently first as punishment for her prudish ways & a fun subversion of expectations
