I'm the first one to say that I dislike white and gray homes, but I just fell in love with this 1886 boutique home in the storybook town of Kingsville, Ontario, Canada. The 5bd, 3ba home comes FULLY FURNISHED, C$849,900.

I love the baby blue double doors and wreaths.

The interior side of the doors are painted gray and white stripes to match the ceiling. The whole home is painted white, but the wood on the original railing give it a nice contrast. Put on your sunglasses b/c it's blindingly white in here. The new buyer can always add color, though.

We get to look at the furniture b/c it's included in the sale. The oversized loveseat is a beautiful piece, but it may overwhelm this space. The runner on the stairs is lovely and usually I don't like runners.

Twin sofas and chairs in the sitting room face each other. I love the chandelier and the painted flowers around the ceiling medallion.

This sitting room is a TV room. It has a fireplace, nice wallpaper and a pretty basket weave lampshade. It's hard to see, but it looks like there are whimsical flamingos on the wallpaper. That wood piece in the corner sticks out like a sore thumb. If there were other wood pieces it would tie in better.

The kitchen has a double Viking stove, lovely backsplash tile, and I like the windows in the upper cabinets. Most of all, I love the blue antique island and wicker stools.

Look at the large pantry.

The porch, with beautiful brick walls, makes a light, breezy dining room. Love the blue wicker chairs to complete the look, plus the window shelves with plants.

Windows let in lots of natural light.

Very nice laundry room.

Lovely vintage half bath.

Set up as a home office, this room has lots of shelving, so it can be whatever the new owner likes- a library, craft room, or even a place to display a collection.

The primary bedroom is beautifully furnished. Love the large bedside tables and antique vanity.

Brand new shower room. It's small, but nicely done. They made the most of the space.

Okay guys so I did some rough math and even though I already knew it was big

MAXIM’S SANCTUM IS VERY BIG

So, going off this map, if I am to assume on the smaller side it seems to be about 80 by 55ft (so about 24 by 16.8 metres)

It was said way back when that this workshop was in one of the towers that is around maxims home Now, his home is apparently based off this place (Castel del monte) in shape

This tower is about 317 metres squared, we could assume there is about eight of them (I’m pretty sure this was confirmed but I’m not going back to check rn)

So not including the inner ring and courtyard, that's 2533 metres squared

BUT, it's 3 to 4 levels as well, so change that to 7600-10133 metres squared… My guy, what the hell are doing with all that space

Also, it was said in 5.3 that he built it, like he said the telstang (or whatever it’s called) in them is because he put it there when he built them. Now, whether he built the whole thing or not is unclear but still, respect, man knows how to build one hell of a house.

Adorable, colorful 1930 home in Bluffton, SC has 2bds, 1ba, $549K. And, it's being sold fully furnished!

Look at the lovely street it's on. It's actually a beach house, b/c it's near Bluffton Beach, and you can use a golf cart to get around.

Enter thru the huge front porch. This is like a studio apt. itself.

It's so cheery and bright. I love the peach couch!

The kitchen is adorable. It has blue appliances!

Bedroom #1- the original door is painted peach.

There's an armoire and a pretty, mint green night stand. I love when nice furniture is included.

Big beachy bath has a beautiful sink and blue tile. This is so nice.

The 2nd bedroom features a cute trundle bed and a blue dresser.

I think that's a driveway behind the house, with a place to park the cars, but the yard is big enough to have potential for a patio.

The house is very close to the May River. 3,802 sq ft lot

I can't believe there's no HOA fee. There' a lovely park by the river.
