Love the idea of the Batfamily showing a serious, united front whenever they’re working with the Justice League (i.e., obeying Bruce’s orders without question or defaulting to Dick’s authority, following Bruce’s comm protocol, upholding expected field etiquette, coordinating with one another with terrifying efficiency, and generally just not fucking around), but then the minute they get back to the Cave they immediately start to throw hands over who gets to use the PS5.

The funniest thing Stranger Things could do is reveal that Steve’s parents are like, really liberal. They donate to AIDs research. They were arrested protesting the Vietnam War. #shes cool as fuck to me bc when I first played jfa I found her really frustrating to deal with #not just as Phoenix but I mean like on a personal level she is challenging because she’s so thorough #and yet I also find it fascinating that she breaks the character she’s built for herself once in a while #i 100% believe that I don’t think she would have caught on to what Phoenix was trying to do while stalling for time with engardes trial #so it’s probably a good thing edgeworth subbed in but she literally busts her ass to bring evidence to court #almost right after having a bullet extracted from her WHICH SHE ALSO PRESENTS AS EVIDENCE. thats metal as fuck ok #especially since she would technically have nothing to do with the case after edgeworth fills in and she still decided to do that anyway #maybe it was blind faith to use that evidence to win since she wasn’t there for most of the trial but still #and even if canon doesn’t give it to me I still firmly believe there’s be at least some chemistry between her and Maya #like especially if you hold it next to wrightworth that works bc there’s already a history there and majority of Phoenix and miles trying #to relearn their relationship is Phoenix coaxing out that side of Miles that he remembers from fourth grade #but with Franmaya it’s something new and they’re basically strangers to each other and one of them almost got the other convicted #and I still think that’s fascinating and it’s a damn shame thay half of the fics I find for them on ao3 is background in wrightworth fic #i did find a good one that touched on Franziska trying to win pearls approval because Pearl does hold a grudge against her #and seeing that trying to live up to perfecting even her personal relationships without getting to know Pearl to even know #why it wasn’t working feels believable when I think abt her as a character yk #myart #my art #doodles #aa #ace attorney #franziska von karma

They’re a head taller than normal skeletons. They’re burned black. Unlike normal skeletons they wield a sword and it’s not a high level sword it’s specifically a stone sword. They don’t need a high level sword because they deal a type of damage that no other normal enemy or weapon deals. The sword is like twice as big as the player swords THEY WERE SUCHHHHH A CRAZY THING FOR ME TO FIND OUT ABOUT AS A KID

Was anyone else like obsessed with wither skeletons from minecraft as a kid or was it just me

#i suppose it’s just a classic video game example of a low level enemy appearing later as a more powerful version #but there aren’t a lot of those in minecraft. or at least there weren’t a lot at the time I played as a kid #just finding out about that. it’s crazy. they’re so ridiculously cool. they’re the only enemy apart from endermen that are 3 blocks tall #maybe that’s where their mysticism comes from. because they’re a skeleton but they’re a BIG skeleton. so they can’t be human. so what the #fuck are they. they’re so cool #also they’re the only enemy that wields a big version of a weapon. really it’s just because the enemy model is big but still. it’s so cool

i’ve only been into dragon age for like. checks calendar. two and a half months. and the amount that my opinion on veilguard has changed after playing the other games is crazy

#the dialogue is sooooo baaaad it’s SO bad. i think of the bellara recruitment mission first mostly bc it’s so early but #‘we’re looking for an ancient elven artifact!’ cool what is it. ‘this building… no… it can’t be here!’ why. ‘if that’s here… that means…’#GIRL WHAT DOES IT MEAN. ‘the artifact… it can’t be here!’ YOU JUST SAID IT HAS TO BE. ‘it must be that artifact!’ WHAT IS THE ARTIFACT.#‘it’s an archive spirit!’ WHAT DOES IT DO. ‘you’ll see!’ girl if it’s so important that means you know what it does. why won’t you tell me #it feels like i’m watching an episode of naruto where they spend half the episode explaining things you already know like you’re 8 years old #but also at the same time they explain literally fucking nothing #and that is media made for children. this is allegedly a game for adults. with sex in it. apparently #obviously i’m paraphrasing that scene but. there’s a complete lack of specificity in a way that doesn’t feel intriguing it just feels like #they didn’t care. ‘elven artifact’ ‘red lyrium relic’ ‘blood magic ritual’ ‘antaam and venatori bad’ can you explain any of it to me please #almost no codex entries from scholarly sources actually examining any of these things. i’m so curious about the veil jumpers’ work #but no dice there. just ‘ancient elven ruins.’ i found the logs of venatori notes in the western approach and hissing wastes in inquisition #fascinating. reading about their practices and motivations was really interesting. in veilguard? where you are in minrathous? nothing #<- also that about the veil jumpers is based on memory but i don’t remember much from the codex being particularly interesting. i’ll look at #it again though i might be wrong. but anyway #like 80% of the game is a macguffin #and if i get into the shadow dragons and how literally nothing about them makes any sense #i need to play further into v’s run. i don’t really want to. but it’s for research #i should put ash and fel on the backburner for now since v is my research run. but they’re both past the dragons. and v isn’t #ragghfgfhghhgffggghHgGGHFGDHHGH #eliasposts #veilguard critical #but really only in the tags lol
