Okay I'm so sleep deprived so pardon whatever this is but something that's got me FUCKED up about ai generated pictures songs writing is that it just fucking kills the ability to analyse for me because there's no fucking INTENTION behind it. Like why was this decision made why were these colours used what does that say about the work NOTHING because a bunch of programming took work that DID have intent and theme and purposeful choices and turned it into SLOP. Like I COULD analyse this but it doesn't MEAN anything it's EMPTY I want to EXPLODEEE

the superbowl ads were insane. you need an ai to plan your flight. you need an ai for your interviews. you need an ai to do your work for you. relying on something else to avoid discomfort, failure, and unpleasant experiences.

an ai cannot do every single fucking thing for you. what kind of life is there in that? are you even a person anymore? avoiding bad emotions isn't a 'cure for humanity', it's a death sentence to your involvement in your own life.

for any of the writers here, there’s a new site that i use for my writing. they have pretty strong stances on ai and say they’ll never weave generative ai into their site and they believe that ai generated content should not overtake human voices

you can connect your ao3 to it and it’ll have a drop down menu with all your existing works, so you can directly add a chapter or make a new work. it copies the html and takes you straight to ao3. it has many other handy features regarding the actual writing portion, formatting, spell check, find and replace, etc

i’ve been using it for a little while and love it but i haven’t seen many people chatting about it so, :)) it’s called ellipsus <3
