hmmm so shoyo decides to try tiktok out because of all the hype the jnt receives during the olympics. they're the monster generation after all — atsumu and suna have been gaining quite a lot of traction on their pages, and they ask shoyo to cameo in their videos often, by popular demand. so he decides to give it a go!

of course, as soon as shoyo launches his tiktok and posts a video (just a short one of him sitting on the locker room bench at practice, introducing himself while the rest of the jnt are walking around and chatting in the background) he blows up instantly. @n1njashoyo gains over 30k followers within a day, and his first video gets a 100k likes in a couple of days. his account becomes big news everywhere.

he's one of the most popular members of the team globally, so it makes sense. he's known as the cutest player on the jnt, and in brazil/argentina he's so famous as “ninja shoyo”. people start tagging him in edits and fancams, and he sometimes duets them to praise and thank them.

lots of “hinata senshu notice me please 🥺” comments on his videos, and he replies to some of them with “hi !! 👋🏻” because he's just the cutest ever fr <33 he also responds to most japanese commenters and people that comment in portuguese because he understands them better.

his posts are mostly workout routine videos, different kinds of warm-up/cool-down stretches, high protein meal plan discussions—and he also films (and ocassionally goes live during) his evening runs and practise sessions. he has a series of form correction videos on volleyball, and a series of videos on resistance workouts that target specific muscles.

and every time he posts a clip where he's shirtless, doing curls or just anything with the weights, the videos are so clean and zoom in on his muscles so nicely<3 people start commenting things like “hinata sen do you have a camera man?” and he replies to one of them like “yes i do! :)” and they start telling him “senshu i think your cameraman has a crush on you...” little do they know v_v.

and it builds up until about six months after shoyo launches his tiktok, one night he posts a thirst trap. low exposure filter, dim blue lighting, he's shirtless and standing infront of the mirror in just a pair of sweats — and behind him, someone is wrapping their arms around his waist. the video ends as soon as you fully lock your arms around his waist, and it drives his fans crazy.

there are many things that scaramouche isn’t great at.

and one of those many things is flirting.

despite being your lover, scaramouche could never bring himself to make the first move. not that it was a bad thing; after all, there’s a first for everything in life. so him not being the one who takes the initiative of asking the other one out on a date was normal.

but he wanted a change for once.

so he started bit by bit. from small questions like “what do you plan on eating today?” or “are you going anywhere?” and him accompanying you for these things, it was all scaramouche’s small ways of flirting with you (even if it isn’t that obvious).

until he started to do some random pick-up lines.

there was a time when you were both sitting comfortably in silence, and he suddenly said, “you know, i think destiny wants us to be together.” your attention was long gone from the book you were reading and now focused on him (if this was his goal all along, then he succeeded very well). “kuni, since when did you believe in destiny?”

“since now.”

“huh?”

“oh right, did it hurt?”

It might have been harder to say goodbye if it was a nicer day. If the sun was shining, and the leaves were changing, and a cool autumn breeze blew all around them. Instead Hawkins chewed them up and spit them out the other side like it had so many times before. The sky above them opened up just as they loaded the last of the boxes in the back of the small uhaul, leaving them soaked to the skin as they threw the last of their essentials and themselves into the cab. They left town shivering and laughing uncontrollably, middle fingers out the window. Ecstatic to finally get out of that hometown hell. 

It’s all worth it, driving thousands of miles across the country, towing the beamer behind them. It’s worth it trying to navigate the narrow streets of San Francisco and getting lost at least three times before they find their new apartment. It’s worth the hike uphill from the closest parking spot big enough for the truck, and up another three flights of stairs, when Eddie unlocks the door and gallantly bows him inside. Steve wanders from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom, imaging the bed here, a bookshelf there, the desk under this window. Eddie’s amps and instruments in that corner, Steve’s sport’s equipment in the hall closet near the door, easy to grab. Before coming back to the living room with its big bright windows and view of the bay. 

Tomorrow, their friends will come by to help them unload the truck and unpack, get paid in pizza and beer and belly laughs. In a few days, a few weeks, they’ll settle in, find the grocery store, find jobs. Learn the city and meet their neighbors. In six months, a year, two years, theirs will be the place to crash for anyone visiting, anyone who needs somewhere to stay, somewhere to go.

They’ll argue and make up and struggle, lose friends and jobs and find so much better. They’ll get bad haircuts and grow weird facial hair and make questionable fashion choices. They’ll stay up late crying over things they can’t change and things they can. They’ll celebrate the new year and birthdays and lives cut too short and new ones beginning. They’ll grow and change into people they wouldn’t recognize when they were younger. 

Tonight though, it’s just Steve and Eddie, finally someplace where the ground beneath them won’t open up and try to swallow them whole. Somewhere they can be together and not have to look over their shoulders all the time. Somewhere they can be themselves, be just Steve and just Eddie, and figure all the rest out without a world-ending apocalypse every year. Together.

All the frustration and stress and hoping and wishing and scraping by of the past three years, it’s all worth it when Eddie comes up behind him, wraps his arms around Steve’s waist and hooks his chin over his shoulder. Pulls him close and whispers, “welcome home, sweetheart.”

So, starting off with on my blog, I have 2 OCs! I have Demon Prist, my special boy. His story is that he is a fallen angel who is desperately trying to get back into Heaven and God’s good graces when you come into his life. He’s convinced you’re a gift from God for his devotion all these millennia as you take his pain away.

I also have Ghost bf whose name is yet to be revealed although I do have one! His story (lore drop!) is that when moving to a new city, you’re looking for an apartment and you find him! The two of you talk for weeks before agreeing to a sort of trial run. But before you can get there, Ghost bf dies and you show up to an empty apartment and you expect him to be back soon. When he reveals himself to you the two of you contact each other in weird ways and fall in love along the way.

Book OCs

Then I also have Monster OCs that I would like to introduce here and later possibly turn into books! The first being Wren and Emery. Wren is a bigender Eldritch monster whose favorite show is a monster hunter show where they find monsters and study them. Not actual hunting. Emery was the host of this show with her bf Jonah when a bad werewolf accident happens and Jonah kind of takes over the show. Wren decides to invite the show to his manor to essentially… catch him. All in order to help Emery. It’s very rom-com vibes. Wren and Emery are the main couple (Jonah is bad)

I have Delilah and Augustine with their friends Ivory and Sivan. I want to write their story through an anthology. It’s basically flustered vampire x bimbo human. Delilah is insanely smart, she’s a mortician ironically. But she misses a lot of things right in front of her, hence the bimbo type personality. So it’s a collection of like Augustine constantly getting caught being a vampire bc he’s not smooth or sneaky (anymore) and it just doesn’t click for Delilah. Which makes Ivory, her best friend that’s also a secret vampire, insane. She’s a hypocrite but her and Auggie have a fun dynamic.

Thirdly, I also have Zella and Senén. Sen is a hybrid wolf who ran his own mafia when his men thinks he betrayed them and the cops are on his tail. So hides as a puppy hybrid in England with an American woman named Zella who’s there looking after her sick grandmother. He has to maintain his facade even as he finds it all super demeaning. But he falls for Zella and starts getting comfortable in this new life when trouble turns its head back around on him.

Next I also have this idea for a futuristic serial fiction that would span over at least 100 chapters. It’s sci-fi fantasy. Think Nimona-ish but darker. It’s ultimately kinda cyberpunk but from the opposite perspective of it for the most part. It follows Nora or Noor and she’s in the II (Iridium Imperium) also known as the eyes. It’s a guild that protects the city like law enforcement and they’re all cyborgs with special magical gifts. Their whole city runs on guilds it’s a requirement to be in one within city limits. Only those with magical gifts can join The II. The story covers the climatic and intense downfall of The II and ultimately Nora herself as everything she’s ever known is destroyed and she’s the last to accept it if she ever really does. She has at least 3 romantic partners over the course of the series but I’m unsure if I want her to end up Ren, her enemies to lovers man from outside the city limits who understands her far too well, her ex Gio who abandoned her in order to join the resistance but always comes back for her whenever she needs him, end up with them both in a throuple, or if she should end up alone! It’s a huge world and many OCs within this world.

The working title of this next one is called Grimoire Gargoyles! It features Giselle who’s a librarian working in France at a super old library. She finds herself in the restricted section and reads out loud from a book. Accidentally releasing two French Revolution Gargoyles from their prison stuck on top of the library. Now that Francois and Bastien are free they try and leave but find themselves drawn back to Giselle. Revealing themselves to her she isn’t afraid given that monsters are a normal sight in their world. Though Gargoyles have been extinct since the Revolution. Together they work together to try and finish the spell to release them from their curse and fall in love along the way.

More include a heist trilogy with a Dragon jeweler for the King and a thief, a dryad who accidentally performs a mating ritual with an ancient dragon at a festival celebrating his supposed vanquishing, a vampire stalker who stalks a human after tasting her blood for the first time but then stops and she starts stalking him bc she’s upset he stopped stalking her, a dragon hybrid and a griffin hybrid who exchange mating symbols as kids and basically betroth themselves to each other but he’s meant to marry her sister and years later they go through the marriage trials together not knowing it’s impossible for him to marry someone else.

Other Book OCs

My oldest OCs are from last November and it’s called Crafting Constellations. It’s an elf world and all high fantasy. The first book follows Soleil and Peracles. Peracles is the heir to a Kingdom that’s only ever had female rulers and Soleil is his general. They have a forbidden romance going on and have to work together to figure out the evil plot against the crown by an unknown force. See art of them here. Its sequel features Cane, Peracles’ royal advisor and Soleil’s ex, in his heartbreak when he saves Pera from being poisoned. He gets into an enemies to lovers with Pera’s assassin named Astraea. Then the third book features the antagonist as the main character Nova and she kidnaps Viyan, a co-worker of sorts with Astraea in order to get revenge. Then I have a secondary series featuring all 4 of Peracles’ brothers with love interests. Also a prequel that’s a sapphic tragedy with Peracles mother and her own general.

Then my second oldest OCs named Prudence and Narada. It’s another sci-fi fantasy series. Prudence is a part of a faction that has the power to get into another persons mind and read it and control it. A long time ago her faction was deemed too dangerous to stay alive so they made them extinct. And for over 100 years they’ve been living in secret and pulling the strings of their entire world Janeus. Her coven sees into the future and ensures fate stays on course. So they kill the emperor of one of the empires so that his son takes over: Narada. Prue goes there, hiding her eyes as their powers are revealed through eye color. And she successfully manipulates him but they fall for each other along the way and she ends up betraying her coven and revealing herself and their plan for the young emperor. Prue is convinced that she can fix things and manipulate fate all on her own but their world slowly begins to perish and she realizes her mistake. When she gets a “chosen one” prophecy with herself as the one to defeat, she learns to accept fate and that you can’t control it as she thought.

More include a fae hunter x fae lord that’s kinda similar to Lion King 2: Simba’s Pride lol, two demons and a human working at a casino and underground fighting ring that helps them hide from the world when their pasts catch up to them, and a biblical apocalypse where the world is split into the seven deadly sins and the Lord of Greed and a man working for the Lord of Lust inadvertently work to bring the second coming of Christ.

And I’m sure there’s even more that I’ve forgotten or that have slipped my mind!! I have so many plots in my head that it’s hard to focus on any of them lol.

LINCOLN — Nebraska appears unlikely to adopt a winner-take-all model of awarding Electoral College votes, despite renewed pressure from prominent Republicans, according to a key state senator. That pressure included a visit to the state by U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham and a letter supporting the change signed by all five members of Nebraska's congressional delegation Wednesday. 

The South Carolina Republican met with Gov. Jim Pillen and several Republican state senators to call for Nebraska to ditch its system of awarding three of its five electoral votes based on the winner in each of the three congressional districts. State Sen. Loren Lippincott of Central City said Graham gave an impassioned speech about the potential consequences of Nebraska's current system, namely the possibility that the state could provide the vote needed for a Democratic victory in the presidential race.  [...]

The letter from the congressional delegation, all of whom are Republican, did not change any minds either, he said. The letter was sent to Gov. Jim Pillen and Speaker of the Legislature John Arch of La Vista. It said Nebraska should join 48 other states in using the winner-take-all allocation system, arguing that the state should speak with a united voice in presidential elections. [...]

"At this time, I have not yet received the concrete and public indication that 33 senators would vote for WTA (winner-take-all)," he said. "If that changes, I will enthusiastically call a special session.”

Any changes would have to occur before the Nov. 5 election, according to the Secretary of State's Office. Federal law prohibits any changes in law affecting an election after it occurs.  Nebraska and Maine are the only states that allow their electoral votes to be split. In every other state, all electoral votes are awarded based on the statewide winner. Nebraska has divided its electoral votes twice, leading some to dub Omaha the "Blue Dot" on the electoral map. The first time was in 2008, when the Omaha-area 2nd District's electoral vote went to Democrat Barack Obama and the rest of the state's went to Republican John McCain.

In 2020, the 2nd District vote went to Joe Biden, the Democratic candidate who went on to win the national election, and the others to Donald Trump, the GOP candidate.

Republicans in Nebraska are seeking to rig the Electoral College by changing Nebraska back to winner-take-all like the other 48 states and by weakening Omaha’s voice in the process. As of now, they are set to be short in their quest to upend election rules.

Naomi Senju is the only daughter of Lady Tsunade and The Toad Sage Jiraiya— a result of a one-night stand between the two legendary sannins who shared a complex relationship. She was raised by her mother, unaware of who her father was until she was 4 years old due to her mother’s wariness on Jiraiya’s stance on fatherhood or his ability to commit to such a life. But he adored his daughter once finding out about her, despite still being gone most of the time to ‘research’ for his novels or on actual missions. When he would visit the village, he’d spend days with both his daughter and Tsunade. Bonding with both of them and even training Naomi little by little— and she was a little prodigy. Her chakra control and output being her strong suit even when just enrolling in the academy– which she did early at just age 4.

As Naomi aged, her mother’s gambling addiction grew ‘worse’ and she too was often gone— Leaving a young Naomi to become self-sufficient early on. She studied on her own, and with the sensei’s from the academy more often than she’d do anything else. However, her years in the ninja academy were vital for her— making a select few friendships that would last a lifetime with her fellow classmates. The young Senju struggled with making friends, though mostly due to how hot-headed she came off at that age. Not tolerating bullying around her, and not hesitating to fight others that tried to push her too far. She would have gotten in trouble if it wasn’t for how the adults seemed to favor her, be it for her young talent or sannin parentage. 

The competitive prodigy she was, once Naomi heard wind of her friend Kakashi taking the graduation exam early, she couldn’t bear falling behind. Frustrated, the young girl stormed off in a fury without thinking— not paying attention to if anyone was watching her or where she was going. She found herself lost in the forest outside of the village before several large, ferocious animals approached her. Snarling and sniffing at her before relaxing, rubbing against her extended hand for them to smell. It was confusing and odd, both for Naomi and Orochimaru who watched from a distance. The scene before the sannin taught him not to move any closer, expecting the animals to be sensitive to who could get to whatever they were guarding. But for some reason, Naomi was allowed— in fact, one of the oversized hounds began to lead her further into the woods. It was in this forest she’d find the Senju Clan’s hideout for the first time, reading a small inscription that guided her on entry before making her way inside. Curiously and anxiously looking around before spotting scroll after scroll, and book after book. She stayed in the hidden temple for hours, reading and attempting to replicate what she’d learned. When she finally left the building, Naomi knew she had learned something that would for sure convince the academy to allow her to graduate early too. 

When she returned to the village, being guided out of the thick of the forest by the oversized puppies(in her eyes), Naomi went straight to her sensei and insisted he’d watch her perform a jutsu for graduation. Once given permission, she led the teachers outdoors and began to form hand signs in quick succession before a beam of wood protruded from the palm of her hand. Extending towards a tree only 3 yards away from the young girl, before falling onto the ground. With an annoyed huff, she stomped and released the jutsu- allowing the wood to fall from her hand before she crossed her arms over her chest in a pout as she complained she didn’t do it correctly. Despite this little tantrum for not being ‘perfect,’ both the teachers and Orochimaru in the distance were astonished to see the young girl performing wood-style release even if unpolished. She was instantly granted the right to graduate alongside Kakashi. Although neither of them would be placed on teams of 3 until later, they instead did small solo assignments within the village until the rest of their class graduated. 

It was due to her unexpected ability to hone wood-style jutsu that Orochimaru would take an initial interest in her- her potential rather, especially considering the experiments he was actively working on at the time in secret. He’d start to come by more often, offering her guidance in her training until she would eventually be placed on a team of 3 alongside her friend Anko under the sannin’s tutelage. Like Anko, Orochimaru would bring Naomi to his laboratory and teach her. Both the young girls looked up to him, and Naomi even felt pride at how well she retained information or would actually assist in his work- even if she didn’t understand what was going on with it, or any of the real details. Years would pass of Naomi growing close to her sensei, attached to both him and the lab itself– almost seeing it as a safe place to do and say as she pleases. And yet, it was one fateful day when Orochimaru would bring Naomi to his lab that would change her life, and how she’d view those ‘happy’ memories of training with him for years to come. The day he would place the curse mark on her before doing the same to Anko days later, the original version of it— with Hashirama cells, curious to see how she’d react compared to the Senju children like Tenzo he was experimenting on. It was painful, confusing, and horrifying for the young girl— but she survived, and that was a positive. Soon after both she and Anko return to the village, the third coincidentally finds out about Orochimaru’s experiments on the different children and humans. Leading the girl’s sensei to abandon both them and the village altogether. 

Following Orochimaru’s disappearance, Naomi struggled to manage her curse mark while still training for the chunin exams– Seeing as when Orochimaru was still both her and Anko’s sensei he recommended the team for promotion. All three of his previous students would pass the exams and become chunin. 

For 4 years, Naomi went on missions with other chunin or assisted Jonin on any assignments she could get in between her solo training– trying to make up for the loss of a teacher on her own. Although, she finally got some solid one-on-one training with her father, Jiraiya, in this period of ‘peace.’ He’d finally teach her about his hair manipulation technique or more specifically the Needle Jizō technique. 

When the nine tails attacked, Naomi was 14. Despite all she’d seen and gone through up to this point, the destruction left on her home by the nine-tails was unlike anything she’d ever seen before. The horrors she saw from the attack caused her to put her studies and training into overdrive as if she wasn’t already overworking herself. In just two years after the nine-tails attack, Naomi had successfully passed the exam and additional requirements to be promoted to Jonin at age 16.  (I will make posts with art of her I get commissioned over time to describe and talk about her life during the series !! and potentially write more about her as a whole.)

I know you said, about their thoughts on Cindy and Ankoku, but since Theo's birthday is coming around, I'm adding him in here (along with Brandon) — I'll only be doing Sebastian and Yume's thoughts, since they are in the same season as the critters in your ask

Sebastian -> Cindy: ... My thoughts on her? Well.. first. Shes- kinder and much more better than anyone I have ever met in this garden (he says, honestly seemingly so relieved as if he ran the fastest he ever can but times 3, along with the fact that he's seemingly blushing while looking everywhere but the interviewer. Moreso a blush of embarrassment). It's ..nice. (he looks away, the blush slightly cooling away) Thought I just know. It won't.... It won't last. Nothing ever lasts. But-!! (hes trying to stay positive..) At . At least she's nice. She listens to me, and that's ... “-the righteousness surging! Hey, do you want to have a rousing discussion about truth? Honor? Patriotism? God bless Amer–hmpf!”

Loki lets the Captain’s Glamour drop as he gets knocked back against a pillar, Thor's massive hand pressing against his mouth to shut him up. He thrashes a little at the sudden manhandling but it's mostly for show. Loki knows this. Thor also knows this, because as soon as Loki grabs his hand Thor retracts it.

“What?” snarls Loki, more irritated by the fact Thor gave up so easily than being handled in that way by him.

Thor takes away his hand resting on the side of Loki’s neck and along with it his warmth, and steps back, silent and somber like a stone statue. He isn't even looking at him and that stokes the fires of Loki's ire. He keeps quiet, though, when he notices the guards passing by them some feet down the hall, subconsciously moving closer to Thor. The last thing he'd want right now would be to be thrown back in his cell before getting to have some fun, so he waits until the guards have vanished down another corridor, before he speaks.

“You could at least furnish me with a weapon. My daggers–something.”

Thor finally looks at him, scowling—Loki doesn't care, elation fluttering in his gut—and pulls something metallic from inside his drab cape.

“At last,” Loki smiles widely, offering his hands for the weapon to be placed inside them, “a little common sens-...”

A pair of seidr-dampening handcuffs locks around his wrists and it's Loki's turn to scowl now, raising his hands between them, glaring at Thor.

“I thought you liked tricks.” Thor chuckles and is about to walk away when, in a motion quick as lightning, Loki throws his arms above and over his brother's head and pulls him close by the neck, bringing their mouths together in a forceful kiss that doesn't last more than a few seconds. Thor’s hand slaps against his lean chest in reflex, pushing him back against the wall again, growling. “Loki–”

“I do like tricks. Especially ones played at your expense.” Loki purrs and locks his hands firmly behind Thor's neck, tangling his fingers in long, blond strands of hair. Thor doesn't come easier when Loki pulls him close this time but their lips come together in another kiss that doesn't last longer than the last. The third, though, this one does last longer and the flutter in Loki's belly turns into a blizzard as Thor loses himself into the silky side, the familiar taste for a few moments more.

When he speaks, his voice has lowered, got raspier, sending sparks down Loki's spine to his toes for hearing it like that again after all this time, filled with want. “There's no time for your games, brother.”

A long leg wraps around Thor's hip, keeping him firmly pressed against Loki, their manhoods rubbing together through layers of clothing.

“This is where you are mistaken, dear Thor, there's always time for a little fun to be had.”

Those massive hands finally return to Loki's body, one pressing bruises above his hipbone and the other cradling his neck. So fiercely. So tenderly.

“This doesn't change anything, I'm still angry at you,” Thor whispers before Loki seals their mouths together in a biting, unforgiving kiss that leaves them seeking more and more when it's over.

They don't pull apart until a commotion from down the hall compels them to do so, Loki already thinking of how he's going to tease his brother into ravishing his mouth again at the first possible moment when a hard slap makes his head turn. With his lips still tingling and bruised from their kisses, it takes every little ounce of self-control in him not to start laughing at Thor's new amore’s face.
