I love watching refurbishing videos, but man... Some people have a hard time making their videos interesting. You never realize how important having a narration to the project is until somebody records the whole process and doesn’t even keep in the wood working sounds. Nothing but silence!

It’s a wonderful piece, ma’am, but I sadly can’t watch your video. Even adding background music would be better than nothing.

A new sculpture! Finally... I feel like I never sculpt anymore since I'm always sick or have some 500 other things going on or projects to finish, but I'm trying to schedule time to do it more often this year hopefully..! Just a generic fantasy creature as usual, but did try making the eyes a little more sparkly this time.. hrmm..

Finally finished the custom OC garage kit my friend and I collaborated on! The paintwork COULD have been a bit cleaner but given I didn't have an airbrush I think it turned out pretty good! This is the 2nd fully custom OC figure I've made which you can see behind Xiias here! (I've done more customised existing figures which you can also see) and I'd love to make more in the future!

Saw a fanart of Crocodile as, well, a crocodile, and was IMMEDIATELY then possessed by the need to create a small air-dry clay figure of crocodile as his namesake in his iconic outfit (nearly put a banana on his head like his beloved bananadiles and then didnt because I'm a coward). The clay I used (DAS air dry, paper based) isn't my favourite compared to other earthen based ones I've used before (critterclay...), but I still got the hang of using it anyhow. There's really something all consuming about sculpting things.

I adore Fodder and IS-OT. Does IS-OT stand for something? And, could you tell us more about Fodder and their mother, I feel like they are talked about less than IS-OT, I’d love to hear more about how they go about navigating love in their situation

IS-OT is indeed an acronym. im not telling you what it stands for so if i decide to tweak in the future it i cant be held accountable <3

fodder's mother doesn't actually appear in-story, just fodder's distorted memory of her! women love haunting the narrative postmortem. she's still one of my favorite characters to write, three cheers for their mommy issues : )

fodder doesn't really "navigate love" so much as they get dragged into it kicking and screaming LOL. their experiences conditioned them to see connection as a tool of control, so they spend most of their time as a drone intentionally isolating themself and lashing out if others try to breach this isolation. (which happens a lot! because they're small and very young compared to the people around them, so nobody really takes fodder seriously until they start hurting people.) (but also humans will pack bond with literally anything, so when the thing that was supposed to kill you turns out to be kind of nice well maybe. maybe you can have a little friendship. as a treat. what could go wrong.)

tl;dr: they're struggling a little (a lot). things get better-ish when they're older though
