guys, was loris an enforcer from the undercity??

bcuz why was he was getting blackout drunk on the street in broad daylight after the council got blown up by jinx, meaning an armed conflict betw zaun and piltover enforcers was brewing??

was him being on the hellfire squad w/ caitlyn, vi and two rookie officers just a coincidence (we know caitlyn wanted the least damage done) bcuz if he's from zaun, he would know the lay of the land??

when ambessa declared martial law and caitlyn became commander to invade zaun, he was the first and only enforcer to fully up and leave the force, and the next time we see him he's in an undercity fight ring w/ pitfighter vi

then he's back in piltover, in caitlyn's house, taking care of injured vi but this only after caitlyn has officially severed ties w/ ambessa and called the enforcer invasion back from zaun, and later he's back on the force in the fight against ambessa
