Ingredients: 1 pizza dough ball store-bought or homemade. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 1/2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough into a circle on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Layer the fresh mozzarella cheese slices on top of the sauce. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the cheese. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two. Top the hot pizza with fresh basil leaves. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Tonight's dinner: (Not my recipe) Tomato & Prosciutto Tartines. Toasted sourdough garlic bread with homemade walnut and arugula pesto topped with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, more arugula and olive oil! It was great, but i really charred the bread. I served it with a simple salad of romaine, green onions and tomato dressed with my apple cider vinaigrette that I've been adding tumeric and ginger to. New Term Rules
Hello!!
I am not active in here for a while :(. I want this to change this semester.
I am a 1st year at Chemistry major. Unfortunately my first term GPA is really low.. I needed time to get adapted to Uni studying system and the classes etc. But this term i need to do my best, it starts this Monday. I really want high grades bc i have high goals. I also want to be active at school projects, make some new friends, and party. Because this day are not coming back..
Sooo here some rules (more like decisions)
1- Practice ukulele 4-5 times a week at least
2-Read books more. Finish min 1 book per week.
3- Watch movies that have different directors, actors, languages, topics etc.
4-Write songs or lyrics or poems and develop my capability
5-I know i can’t study everyday. Its not me so i am not going to push buttt study weekly, practise all classes weekly and than i can study more efficiently in exam week.
6-Take notes dont be LAZY. Take notes every class.
7- Make more friends in my class.
8- Don’t miss-skip lectures
9-Have a sleep cycle. Sleep min 6 hours preferably 7+
10- Go out. Explore the city that you choose to study in. Go everywhere not just popular. Notice beauty and love in everything and everyone.
