Noida News: (चेतना मंच)। साइबर ठग लोगों को नित नए तरीकों से अपना शिकार बनाकर ठगी की वारदातों को अंजाम दे रहे हैं। मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग में दस्तावेजों का प्रयोग करने का भय दिखाकर साइबर ठग ने एक मीडिया कर्मी से एक लाख हड़प लिए। साइबर ठग ने वीडियो कॉल पर क्राइम ब्रांच अधिकारी बनकर बाकायदा पीडि़त से बात की और उसे जेल भेजने का भय दिखाया। पीडि़त ने थाना सेक्टर 39 में अज्ञात ठग के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है।

क्राइम ब्रांच अधिकारी बन कर डराया 

नोएडा के सेक्टर 37 स्थित अरुण विहार में रहने वाले मीडिया कर्मी रूपसा मुखर्जी ने पुलिस से की शिकायत में बताया कि गत 31 जुलाई को उनके पास ब्लू डार्ट पैकेज के संबंध में कॉल आया। कॉल करने वाले ने बताया कि उसके नाम का एक पैकेज मुंबई में अटका हुआ है। उक्त पैकेट में कुछ अवैध वस्तुएं हैं और यह मुंबई सीमा शुल्क कार्यालय में जमा है। फोन करने वाले ने बताया कि उसका आधार कार्ड और फोन नंबर अवैध गतिविधियों के लिए इस्तेमाल किया गया है इसके लिए उसे मुंबई क्राइम ब्रांच से बात करनी होगी। पीडि़त के मुताबिक उसने जब दिए गए स्काइप नंबर पर कॉल की तो उक्त व्यक्ति ने खुद को पुलिस अधिकारी बताया और कहा कि उसके नाम पर गिरफ्तारी वारंट है।
