it feels crazy to say this but tayzzyronth makes me horribly angsty and it might be because if i was a person chilling around and they randomly descended i'd piss myself and twist in horror but also because every other Occurrence in swarm disaster lowkey makes them sound like they were forced to ascend? (All aeons are technically-)
the description "an aeon that ascends amidst hatred and loneliness" WHY AM I FEELING BAD FOR THIS BUG IT LITERALLY DESTROYED HALF THE UNIVERSE
Edit : okay so only now did I discover that tayzzyronth was NEVER killed. They were merely locked away in amber. 5 AEONS GANGED UP ON IT AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN KILL IT ???
If I was a hsr citizen I'd try to die asap
#did i mention how much i hate terminus?#i hate your cryptic hard to understand words AAAAA#enemies to enemies fr#also the fact that oroboros helped the universe by accident lol#and then went mia lol#honkai star rail#hsr#also one of the things that never made sense is how propagation is a result of permanence ??? abundance fits better..?

Swarm Disaster lore speculation
I'm sure people have their theories, but i haven't read enough so i'm gonna dump some of my own
So this right here is definitely referring to Terminus. He's the only one whose words would "play in reverse". From the context of the story, the conqueror or Lepismat took that prophecy as one about himself, and saw it as a sign to "establish civilization" on worlds he conquers. Enter the Lepismat system.
We're told in other lore snippets that it's a lively world with a flourishing ecosystem and a target for many bounty hunters. Supposedly, it's also home to the Coleoptera, one of the world's many insect species. The "leader" (conqueror of Lepismat) is confirmed to have interpreted Terminus's prophecy as something he must fulfill, which we see described as "nightmarish visions".
We also then learn that he fails, and blames the prophecy as fake.
Now this is gonna sound wild, but what if the prophecy wasn't about him at all? Terminus's prophecies must be fulfilled because Terminus travels backwards in time. They only "fail" under the condition that they're misinterpreted, which I think the conqueror of Lepismat did. The prophecy, from what we see, only has three criteria: establishing civilization, conquering planets (yes, multiple!), and "finding a lost self". Regarding that third part, what if...
What if the prophecy was referring to Tayzzyronth? He (it?) meets all those criteria. Conquering planets and establishing "civilization" was what the Swarm did, according to itself. Herta calls Tayzzyronth stupid and mindless in her archives, but it definitely has some intelligence to it (ex. the Mind of the Domain events in Swarm Disaster). Just because Tayzzyronth didn't make complex plans to propagate doesn't mean it wasn't capable of doing so. The Swarm seems to have some structure to it, and depending on the interpretation, could certainly be applied to Terminus's prophecy of "civilization". More importantly, finding the "lost self" seems to be what ultimately drove Tayzzyronth to Aeonhood, as its motivations were to never be lonely again (and hatred against the universe that had taken away its species)
There also seems to be further evidence of Terminus's involvement with Tayzzyronth's ascension:
Finality is Terminus. Order is Ena, one of the Aeons who fought against Tayzzyronth along with Qlipoth, Akivili, and a few others. More importantly, Ena is assimilated by Xipe the Harmony not too long after Tayzzyronth's fall (because we meet Xipe in some chapters of Swarm Disaster). This leaves a fairly small window for Terminus (Finality) and Ena (Order) to "brush past each other".
The "suns" being associated with Order vanishing during the Swarm Disaster and returning after Tayzzyronth's fall also hint towards the two of them being related (eventwise), which is where Terminus would've been involved.
TL;DR Terminus's prophecies must be fulfilled in some form. Lepismat system conqueror learns of a prophecy and misinterprets it, which is fated to happen because it must be misinterpreted to be fulfilled. His misinterpretation leads him to conquer the Lepismat system and destroy the Coleoptera, which in turn leads to Tayzzyronth's ascension (and thus fulfilling the prophecy).
P.S. if you made it here, congrats! I have no clue how many people will actually read this long textwall with images of more textwalls lmao

okay okay but like could you do hcs about Jason grace x shy/cutesy fem!reader?? It would be so cute omgg everyone looks up to Jason as this intimidating badass leader but his gf is just the cutest, softest, most adorable lil thing ever??
*ੈ✎ he don't bite! (yes he do!)
content: jason grace x reader; hcs
warnings: none?? i made this more camp jupiter based tho sorry
note: THIS REQUEST WAS SOO CUTSEY OMGGG jason is a doberman bf fr
so like yk how everyone in camp jupiter sees him as this super tough guy???
who wouldnt; he was the former praetor, son of jupiter himself, literally trained for war since he was a toddler
why is a guy like that walking around with YOU??
the most sweetest girl to ever grace the earth
how does that even happen?
jason is quite literally marching around with perfect posture, glaring at everyone (he's really just squinting cause he forgot his glasses... again)
and then he sees you!!
even with shit eyesight he knows the shape of you by heart
and his whole demeanor just?? softens? lights up? relaxes? all of the above
it was just such a rough day for him; he forgets everybody around him and just scoops you into his arms, burying his face into the crook of your neck
a bit of an awkward position with him having to bend down at a weird angle but he doesnt care!!
he just wants to hold you and have you hold him and cuddle :((
meanwhile everyones like WTF WHO ARE YOU AND IS THIS REALLY JASON
literally melts in your arms the second you hug him back
"you wanna go rest?" you whisper into the crook of his neck, to which he nodded against your shoulder. you laughed lightly and pulled away, or at least tried to. "let's go then."
he begrudgingly let you out of his arms, following behind you
everybody else is still reeling in shock btw
you guys were the TALK OF THE TOWN for WEEKS after
one of those things where youd never guess but when you know abt it, it just makes SO much sense
you guys are polar opposites in such a good way (to everybody else at least)
cuddling with you is his best relaxing thing to do
you literally had to get him a life cause the only things he knew to do were work and fight
bro has never had a day off like ever
once you two started dating, he was introduced to the most addicting drug: physical touch
he was probably really shy at first; really really likes it but feels like he doesnt deserve it cause all hes been treated with is harshness
and hes unused to being so gently handled
(someone give him a hug fr)
which is what YOU did!
now he love loves it, especially on days like these when everythings just too much and all he wants to do is unwind
runs to you like a puppy
LOVE LOVES being the little spoon even though hes shy abt it
he can do both but smth abt being held instead of doing the holding for once makes his heart heavy in a bittersweet way
would spend all day in your arms if he could just get out of his workaholic attitude (which is never, but hes doing better with you)
okay, we can all agree jason is scary when hes mad
which is USUALLY unlikely unless someone hurts his friends or smth like that
but sometimes he just looks mad and if you werent close to him, you wouldnt be able to tell the difference
but back to him being MAD mad
like, abt to beat the living (dead?) shit out of a monster mad because there is one RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU EW GET IT OFF
he just, did NOT NEED THAT TODAY HES TIRED AND SAD AND that was his breaking point
unleashes HELL on that poor monster, literally calls down a whole storm
the skies turn dark, clouds heavy with rain and the whole camp just looks up like ??? was this on the weather forecast
then it starts raining LIGHTNING and they all know who it is
and go inside and hide
was it a bit overdramatic? yes, but jason deserves to be dramatic sometimes
once he FINALLY finishes the job, he stomps back into the camp, terminus even taking note and doesnt say anything quippy
youd think he has the plague by the way people make room for him to walk
but then you poke through the crowd and spot him. "jason?"
hed know your voice anywhere, his head immediately turning to the direction he heard it
you were already right next to him, rubbing his arm and giving him your signature sweet smile
the stormy air around him seemed to part for you, like you were sun seeping through the cracks in the clouds
"y/n," he greeted you warmly, linking your arms together
what an odd sight the two of you made, but a cute one nonetheless!

I think overall there’s one of two „big“ problems happening for people who have a problem with TOWL (racists and the likes aside… 🙄).
1- The misunderstanding that this was truly much more a Rick and Michonne story than a TWD one. This was not TWD S12. It was about telling the story of these 2 characters and being able to put a dot at the end (or a dot dot dot). And you’ve laid all of that out perfectly. Like yes, in TWD, Beale (& the CRM) would have been draaaaagged out. But this was much more of a Terminus approach than a Saviors one if we will…
2- TWD was never the most ..subtle show. They tended to hit the audience over the head with stuff. And I’m not sure I would go as far as calling TOWL subtle outright either (idk, didn’t think about this until right this moment lol -obviously elements of it are, sure -just as elements on TWD could be on the subtler side) but compared to TWD, it certainly is lol. And there has been a very big „media literacy“ and „basic comprehension skills“ problem happening for a minute now. And I really don’t say this to be mean or make fun of people or anything but these are just facts. Some people really struggle with getting the information when they are not being hit over the head with it, over and over and over again. After the finale I saw several posts on my tl of people wondering why this, that or the other was not addressed or how/why this, that or the other did happen… and I was utterly confused because those things they claimed were missing were very much shown? I was like, there was literally a scene dealing with all of this? And it didn’t require any reading between the lines to be honest, no subtext, it was very much the text of the scene?! So it seems like some people just didn’t get a lot of things that were happening 🫤
(BTW I don’t mean that even if someone didn’t have these specific problems with the show, they MUST love it then. Likes and dislikes etc etc. As much as I really loved the show as a whole, if I decided to put down the Richonne-colored glasses I wanted to and did watch to the show with.. I’d definitely have a few complaints lol, though still very much enjoyed the show even then)
That's definitely what happened. And to some extent, I get why, considering Rick and Michonne are 2/3 of the main show's Big Three. But when the press and promos started, and people were still talking about some Marvel-style meet-up, I was like...oh they're definitely not listening to what's being said, because it's six damn episodes, and also The Richonne story, not the Team Family jamboree. And then acting as if it's somehow 'insulting' to the rest of the characters if Rick and Michonne didn't talk about them. The man had PTSD so bad, he couldn't remember his own son's face. Why would you think it would be good time for him to pause in the middle of his wife telling him about a traumatic moment during her pregnancy to ask about anyone else? Please be fr.
I feel you on the comprehension thing, which is nothing new for this fandom. The fact that so many people legit thought Rick didn't know how to drive stick and questioned the 'realism' of it but never stopped to think that it was because he only has one damn hand. Y'all were fine with every silly ass moment that happened in the main show, that was either sheer dumb luck or handwaved away, but now we need a complete breakdown from experts on how Rick managed to fight off walkers one-handed. Now y'all want the realism, when you've been so giddy for weeks because you need one of them to die for the show to be 'interesting'.
I'm really not listening to people who need the narrative to hold their hand through everything, or need to see every piece of the plot onscreen for it to be considered 'legitimate'. (I'm officially banning the phrase 'plot armor' for the foreseeable future).
People didn't get things, because they don't take a minute to sit with the damn material anymore. From live reactions videos to live tweeting/blogging, people are just watching TV to make content and have an online moment, not for what's actually being shown. And yeah, TOWL isn't perfect, but the minor criticisms I have for it doesn't take away from the fact that it is very enjoyable and easily the best material from the TWD landscape in a long time.
(sidenote: I will say one of my favorite things from these past six weeks is everyone struggling to figure out the overall TWD timeline, lmao.)
#.answered#towl spoilers#twd: the ones who live#richonne#I am once again rambling#but I appreciate the message!

No but R imagines M in a purple outfit, the same color she wore when he met her, while he himself is wearing a jacket similar to the one he was wearing around that time (and a jeans shirt which..hello!) and then when he imagines her again she is in white which is giving wedding, which is giving that dream sequence he had back on twd (team family eating together), which is giving the last time we really saw M wearing white on the show fr which was when they were on the way to terminus while he himself is wearing a jacket reminiscent to the murder jacket ..which he got on the way to terminus!!!! And not that *we* needed that info, we richonners definitely clocked that tea lol but with andy and danai pretty much saying this is when they (unbeknowst to them) fell in love wirh each other… CAN NOT with this show! First watch and there‘s already so much to notice and unpack!!! I cant even imagine how it will be after a few more and more time to think, when we start to notice the less „obvious“ things. They said we made you wait 6 years for this so we made sure you are getting fed!!!
Last ask I can get to tonight, and I have nothing to add, except yes to all of this. I mean, the purple. The purple. Rick imagining her in this queenly outfit in flawless makeup was actually enough for me, and it mirroring their real and true meet-cute is actually too much. I can’t. I can’t believe we get to witness this. 😭

thinking about how the aeons in hsr really feel similar to the entities from tma... like just the vibes of them being so mysterious, powerful, and untouchable with a dash of them being Utterly Eldritch is a+ for me
like. and some of them correspond really well to certain entities
nanook - the slaughter (also could work as desolation or extinction but i feel like the legion makes them more slaughter adjacent)
lan - the hunt (fucking duh)
yaoshi - the flesh (yaoshi's deal just reminds me of jared's gym tbh)
aha - the spiral (something about aha's origin as witnessing the empty horror of existence and then just laughing about it feels SO spiral to me. could also be stranger with the whole mask motif tho)
oroboros - the hunt (shared with lan because while lan's definitely the kind of hunt that daisy and the vampire hunters had, with the sense of misplaced justice fueling bloodshed, oroboros is the more animalistic fear of being eaten)
tayzzyronth - the corruption (bc the corruption has two major themes - filth + toxic love. a creature that created a plague of insect monsters out of sheer loneliness rly fits this. could also be the lonely but im feeling more corruption tbh)
terminus - the end (It's Literally Fucking Named Terminus)
IX - the extinction (yeah. could also be the lonely but mostly extinction)
fuli - the eye (their followers literally just spend all their existences gathering memories from people like. fr)
nous - the eye (they're both equally eye-aligned tbh)
mythus - the dark (literally came into existence in order to prevent nous from knowing everything which works very well with the whole thing the dark and the eye have going on)
akivili - the vast (funnily enough as much as akivili gives me vast vibes i feel like their existence sort of counteracts the vast lol)
thats all ive got so far but like. im so tmabrained about everything

Regarding the stations on the Mid Sodor Railway, the illustrations in Duke the Lost Engine show us what Marthwaite, Arlesdale Green, Arlesdale and Ulfstead Road look like, while Awdry's Mid Sodor model layout shows what Cas-ny-Hawin looks like and we see Ffarquhar Road in it's Arlesdale Railway form in Jock the New Engine. That leaves us with the two Arlesburgh stations, Ballamoddey and King 'Orry's Bridge. I've been doing some thinking and I've devised some suitable prototypes for those stations.
For Arlesburgh Harbour, I was thinking it could be based on Porthmadog Harbour station on the Ffestiniog Railway in it's original form, prior to it's 1888 rebuild.
For Arlesburgh Bridge Street, I was thinking it could be based on Corris station on the Corris Railway. According to lore, Bridge Street was the main southern passenger terminus for the MSR, with only a handful of passenger trains continuing on to the harbour, so Bridge Street would have to be a fairly substantial station, and I think Corris makes a suitable prototype.
For Ballamoddey, I was thinking it could be based on Beddgelert station on the Welsh Highland Station.
For King 'Orry's Bridge, I was thinking it could be based on Duffws, the Ffestiniog Railway's original station in Blaenau Ffestiniog. Incidentally, although the preserved FR now has a new station in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Blaenau Ffestiniog Central, the main building at Duffws survives today as a public toliet. If this fate also befell King 'Orry's Bridge, I wonder what Duke would have to say about it. I doubt it would suit his Grace!

Memorial of Saints Timothy and Titus, bishops
Reflection: From Good to Great
Years ago, a business guru wrote wrote a book entitled From Good to Great. That makes sense, actually. Nature does not take giant leaps and bounds, but grows gradually in incremental, oftentimes almost invisible, stages. One does not start from being forgettable to becoming unbeatable overnight. The key word is “GROW.” It does not matter if it takes long, for as long as the growth process takes place. But you’ve got to have a starting point; in Latin, a terminus a quo onwards to a terminus ad quem.
Today’s Gospel passage trumps all this worldly wisdom. Not that it is wrong, but that God’s ways are simply not man’s ways, and the Author of the law of nature can suspend that very law and effect change that does not follow that same law. This is called a miracle, and a miracle is not something done by man but effected by God, albeit through the mediation of mortal man.
“This is how it is with the kingdom of God . . .” Let us be clear about it. It is “of God,” not “of men.” In God’s reign, it is He who makes the rules. It is God who effects change, and it is He who defines the outcome. (I have bad news for despots like Putin and other autocratic rule makers. Sorry, the final victory and goal of history are not theirs to dictate, but God’s!)
There is this popular saying: “Big things come in small packages.” Thanks, but no thanks. It really means nothing. Let me change it a bit: “Good things come in small packages.” Now, that is better and truer in relation to today’s Gospel passage. The Kingdom of God “is like a mustard seed that when it is sown in the ground, is the smallest of seeds [. . .] but once sown, springs up and becomes the largest of plants and puts forth large branches, so that the birds of the sky can dwell in its shade.”
Next time you are tempted to lose courage and hope, think about that lowly mustard seed. In God’s hands, that small good is destined to be great.
~Fr. Chito Dimaranan, SDB
Reflection Question:
What “small good” in your life do you want to offer to God for Him to make great?
You are the God of the impossible, Lord. I offer to You my small deeds of love. Amen.
Prayer
… for a deep and profound respect for life, especially for the unborn.
… for the strength and healing of the sick.
… for the healing and peace of all families.
Finally, we pray for one another, for those who have asked our prayers and for those who need our prayers the most.
GOD BLESS!

Echoes of our Past | January 20th 1923
Librarian Richard Forrest takes a look at news highlights published in The Echo 100 years ago this week.
Examiner Manager Shot
Denis McGrath, Manager of the Cork Examiner, was shot at and wounded when entering his house at the junction of Victoria Road and Blackrock Road at about 7 o’clock yesterday evening. Mr. McGrath left the Examiner Office at 6.30pm to take the Blackcock tram home. On opening the garden gate, he was immediately rushed from behind by four men who had apparently been lying in wait. They drew revolvers and fired three shots at close range before decamping. One of the bullets shattered the bone above his right elbow and another penetrated deep into the side of his back. A military officer who had been on board the tram gave chase, but the assailants made their escape along Victoria Avenue. On hearing the shots, Mr. McGrath’s daughter quickly came to his aid and, despite his injuries, he was able to walk into the house unaided and without commotion. Miss Crean, an experienced nurse, and daughter of the ex-M.P. Eugene Crean, hurried from an adjacent house to render assistance. Shortly afterwards Drs. Dundon and Shanahan were on the scene, as well as Frs. Moylan and McCafferey, Blackrock Road, and Fr. McSwiney, St. Finbarr’s South. Mr. McGrath was conveyed to the South Infirmary and operated upon. The operation was successful, and he is progressing well under the circumstances. A second operation will be performed today to remove the bullet from his back. The Rev. Dr. Thomas called to the Examiner Offices this morning to express his concern for Mr. McGrath before attending the Cork dockers meeting and departing for America this evening.
Cork Dockers Strike
The Rev. Dr. Thomas, honorary president of the Cork Workers Council, opened an important meeting today in relation to the dockers strike. Deliberations paused at noon in order for the strikers to have time to consider proposals. The nature of those proposals is not yet public but the atmosphere around the matters in dispute appears amicable and there are grounds for hope of a settlement. The dispute has brought great hardship and paralysed trade in the south of Ireland. The Clyde Company’s Eddystone left Penrose Quay in the early hours this morning to return to Glasgow with her cargo undischarged.
Incendiary Attack on Capwell
Just before 10 o’clock last night a desperate attempt was made to destroy Capwell Station, the terminus of the Cork-Macroom Railway. Armed men broke into the station and sprinkled petrol all about the offices and goods stores. The entire premises would have been destroyed but the Fire Brigade was quickly on the scene and immediately proceeded to quell the flames. By 11 o’clock all was extinguished and comparatively little damage was done. A military guard remained at the station.
Neutral I.R.A. at Youghal
Neutral members of the I.R.A. met at the Town Hall, Youghal last night to formally organise and passed the following resolution: “We express our approval of all steps being taken to bring the present deplorable state of affairs in the country to an end. We pledge our support to any agreed policy which will be directed towards the attainment of an honourable peace”.
Gramophones Stolen
Yesterday evening a number of gramophones and gramophone records stated to have been stolen from Piggott & Co., Limerick were discovered concealed in a stack of hay at Rossbrien by some youths. The matter was reported to the Civic Guard who are conducting inquiries.
Volunteer Smith Succumbs
Volunteer Christopher Smith (not O’Gorman), National Army, seriously wounded in a fight with Irregulars at Dromina, near Charleville on Wednesday, died in in St. John’s Hospital this evening. Deceased received a bullet through the left lung. He was a married man with three children and a native of Limerick.
Body Recovered
The body of John Shea, one of the four young men drowned on St. Stephen’s Day at Kilsheelan, has been taken from the river at Carrick-on-Suir.
Ordinary Man Seeks Less Work
A staggering, amazing thing has happened! A man – he may well have escaped from King Tut…, (whatever-ya-call-‘im’s) tomb over beyond at Luxor – has advertised in a newspaper thus, “An honest man seeks work”. Paralysing phrase this. I was unable to finish reading the advert. The identity was not revealed but what multitudes would flock to see such a specimen! There is a story told about a well-known Cork street corner. One day a man drove up, stopped at it, and exclaimed in a loud voice “Work”. Only for the ambulance to fly back and forwards to bring half the men there to the nearest hospital. The other half managed to crawl home and said it wasn’t just a bomb that had exploded but a whole cargo of German mines. The mockery! the daring! of that phrase. At once an archaicism and an anachronism. Of course, the advert should read, “An ordinary man seeks work”, or “An honest man seeks less work”.
Handball Championships at Cork
The Cork Handball Association is planning a tournament for the Murphy Cup next season. The tournament will be open to entries from all of Ireland and the winner will be proclaimed Handball Champion of Ireland. It will be played in the Ball Court, Old Market Place, Cork. It is probable that the successful competitor will have the opportunity to advance to meet J.J. Kelly, New York, the World Champion.
Shandon vs. Clifton
An interesting association football tie is listed for decision to-morrow when Shandon meet Clifton in the first round of the senior challenge cup. Clifton’s cup record is better but Shandon’s current league performance is superior being just one point offf the leaders. A well contended match is anticipated. Mr. N. Wolffe to have charge of the whistle. Kick-off at Victoria Cross 3 p.m. sharp.

Saturday 16 November 2002 - afternoon in Fürth and Nürnberg - window shopping - supper at the Spießgesellen
16 November 2002
EN Hi everyone. Twenty years ago today I explored Nuremberg in much greater detail than I did the previous day. I also explored Fürth, the neighboring city to the west. Then I enjoyed myself at the M>1 once more, even took a cab back to the hotel, was not too expensive.
DK Hej allesammen.
Guten Morgen! Good morning! I slept a little late as I was out until 2 AM the previous night. It might have been 8:30 AM when I woke up and took a shower, before going downstairs for breakfast at 9 AM. Usually I do not eat breakfast so late, but it was okay as I was on vacation. Breakfast was very good. The bread rolls were very fresh, so was the cheese, butter and cold cuts.
I walked to the Lenkersheimerstraße bus stop, and caught the line 38 bus to Maximilianstraße. Instead of going into downtown, I took the U1 west to Fürth Stadthalle. This would not be my first visit to Fürth. I had been there on my 26th birthday, while I was living in Munich's Englschalking district. Back then, the western terminus was Fürth Hbf. It had since been extended two stations. One was Fürth Rathaus and the other was Fürth Stadthalle. I alighted at Stadthalle and looked at the building. I also went one station back to Rathaus to see the city hall. Then I took the U1 to Weißer Stein and walked around, to Lorenzkirche, and then to the Christkindmarkt. The Christkindmarkt had not opened yet, but there were other stands that were selling chestnuts and Lebkuchen. Also there were many stands selling Nurembergers. Those are the little finger sized sausages served almost always in a sourdough slider with mustard. At the time, I did not know of the Altstadt Hofbräuerei towards the top of the hill, a little north of the Christkindmarkt. That would have been a really good place to eat, though I did eat there several times since February 2009, and as recently as 22nd July 2021.
I did notice some stores along Adlerstraße and Josephsplatz. Those are the higher end stores, those sell the higher end clothes. There are some also between Lorenzkirche and the Marientor tram stop. Peter Hahn is also one such store on the Königstraße. I also saw a gothic style store along Königstraße called Central Station. It sold interesting clothing and shoes, some a bit conventional, others a bit strange.
The next day, I wanted to visit Frankfurt am Main, and I would have to travel two hours per direction. I needed to check the schedule at the Hbf because the schedule I had was not up to date. I found a couple of ICE train schedules to Frankfurt. I would try to leave before 11 AM to arrive by 1 PM.
About 5 PM I took the U1 back to Maximilianstraße, then a bus 38 to Lenkersheimerstraße to the hotel, changed clothes and went out to eat. I ate supper at the Zum Spießgesellen. It was located inside the historic medieval prison next to the city center. The Zum Spießgesellen serves Franconian food. It is similar to Bavarian food, the only difference - that I know of - is the addition of the Nürnberger sausages. I ordered the Spießbraten. I had the Krautsalat, cabbage with vinagrette, and Kartoffelkloß, or potato dumpling, about baseball size. I had a half liter or two of Tucher beer. That was a really good supper. I think it cost € 22,00, including tax.
I walked back to the M>1 club to enjoy myself. That night it cost € 20, and I received a page of coupons for drinks. The music was a bit different, and most of the people there were in their 30s or so, not as many people in their 20s. I was exactly 30 years old at the time.
About 12 AM I left, but in time to catch a U1 from Lorenzkirche to Maximilianstraße. Then I tried to walk to Leyh and Höfen. Eventually I wore out. I stood at the corner of Leyher Straße and Von der Tann Straße for about twenty minutes, until I waved my arm just once, and a taxi stopped. I boarded and told them the address of the hotel. He agreed to take me there. The ride cost about € 8,50, not too bad. I went to my room and went to sleep.
Please join me tomorrow, when I take the train to Frankfurt am Main by InterCity, and an InterCity Express back.
Gute Nacht! Good night!

Could you tell me a bit about your lore? :o
Totally! So to start I’ve got three clans who all have lore. Terminus, The Lammergeier Kingdom, and The Order Of The Sun. Right now there isn’t a lot going on in Terminus since I am thinking up more lore for them, The Lammergeier Kingdom doesn’t really have any published lore as I come up with stuff for them. I’ve mainly been focusing on The Order. Here’s some little run downs for each though!
Terminus: right now Terminus is in a calm spot. There’s not a lot going on as they are recouvering after an attack by Fierce’s brother. During the attack Fierce’s mate Exalted was killed and boy did it hurt her. She got to the point she would do anything to get him back. Trying many times to bribe Valeth, the clan’s own necromancer, to bring him back. She wouldn’t outright bring him back but offered sessions for Fierce to speak to Exalted.
While Valeth was willing to help in some way it wasn’t enough for Fierce. Fierce needed him back with her. She needed him by her side again. She put a call out for someone to come and help her. It was Nafisa that answered her call. She arrived into Terminus with her hound Urthadar and plopped herself down at the edge of the lake. She had Fierce bring Exalted’s body to her, and with a bit of magic that no one was allowed to watch Exalted was up again. Fierce was ecstatic!
But something wasn’t right. Exalted was’t himself. He didn’t speak and he only looked at Fierce with empty eyes. This was what really broke Fierce. To see him back but still gone.
Fierce was removed from the leadership position currently to let her mourn. Unfortunately her son is still too young to lead so a council was set up to make decisions for the clan currently.
Lammergeier Kingdom: There’s not a lot for them yet. A lot of them are jerks though.
The Order Of The Sun: The Order has been around for a few hundred years, and the current leader is a decedent of the original founder. In the past The Order was simply a religious clan with a deep devotion to the Lightweaver, but in recent years things have changed up a bit. Neocalli has started to take things a little too far.
The mantra for the Order has always been “All children of the Lightweaver deserve to be loved”. Originally this was to be a safe haven for imperials who were believed to lost to their creator deity. While this is still true Neocalli has seemingly included a new child into this. Emperors. He worships them as much as he does the Lightweaver. Some dragons are weary of him, but he has gotten others to fully believe in what he speaks.
