“Hello, Jenny,” the man said. There was a strange emphasis to how he spoke such simple words – and, hang on –
Jenny sat up. “How do you know my name?” she asked suspiciously. The harmonies of the hum deepened as Laser Grid Girl also looked at the man askance.
“Oh, you might say I know your dad,” he laughed…

Ruby’s in the middle of saving the inhabitants of the Moon of Praxis – just a typical adventure with the Doctor – when a mysterious stranger swoops in to help. When the Doctor learns who she is, he’s determined to get her back where she belongs.
hello I'm alive I think???? and my interest in Doctor Who has been roused from its slumber?????? Russell absolutely got me by bringing Tate and Tennant back (and has been killing it ever since)

Donna: I can’t find the Doctor, has anyone seen them?
Rose: He’s in the living room listening to music and staring dramatically out the window
Donna: Again? It’s not even raining
Rose: I turned the sprinkler toward the house to see what they’d do

Since Fifteen is Fourteen healed (“healed”) he’s got to have Fourteens memories to an extent (it’s been well established that they don’t really remember the past events that involve two doctors of different times until it’s happened already)
That being said, do you think Fifteen ever calls up Fourteen and is like “hey babes, don’t go to the store today” and Fourteen is freaking out trying to figure out why but Fifteen doesn’t really remember why cause it hasn’t happened yet. It’s just a hunch Fifteen has
Turns out it’s cause Fourteen needs to buy milk for Rose but the milk she drinks is out of stock and it’s a wasted trip to the store
Fourteen phones Fifteen to be like “bruh” and Fifteen is just like “oh yaaaaaa, I remember now. Nothing to worry about tho!”

You're gonna be someone else. It doesn't matter who. 'Cause every single one of you is fantastic.

You know what I did? When you went flying off in your blue box, spaceman. I stayed in one place, and I lived, day after day after day. It would drive me mad. Yeah. It does. But you keep on going. And that's the adventure. The one adventure you've never had.

the appeal for nine and rose for me, is that nine gets to reconnect with the wonders of the universe by seeing it through this young woman's eyes and rose gets to have a fantasy of being taken out of everyday life and see the wonders of the universe, as a simple fairytale/(re)introduction to the world for the audience
the appeal for ten and rose for me, is that they double-down on this premise because it's inevitably going to end and is constantly ticking down to that end throughout this story, and the only way for them to move through life now is to pretend that nothing ever ends which makes them increasingly detached from reality, and is in and of itself a tragedy
the appeal for ten and martha for me, is that ten is spiralling and martha is a doctor to her core, and both of them want to fix everything for everyone else except themselves and so they're mirrors of a similar self-destructive sacrificial drive that makes them orient around each other in an unhealthy coping-mechanism kind of way that martha eventually has to detach herself from, even though there were the wonders...
the appeal for ten and donna for me, is that donna is actually very level-headed, and in many ways very capable, even though she doesn't believe in herself she can make decisions that are healthier than either rose or martha could, and the doctor initially through wanting her to believe in herself forces themself outside of their bubble of despair, which somewhat breaks the cycle of the previous companions (although, not properly until a very long time later)

The Doctor eventually stops correcting people when they call him Dr. Noble. He doesn't encourage it and he certainly doesn't intentionally introduce himself that way, but he does grin and rock on his heels and needle Donna about it a little.
And Shaun is very Shaun about it. Unthreatened and chill and rolling with the nebulous limits of this queer alien's friendship with his wife. Dryly joking that if they weren't going to exchange names, it's fitting someone take Donna's. But something about it does prickle a tiny bit, after a while. He's not sure why and he's not sure how to approach it.
And then the fam is out one day and someone happens to call Fourteen Dr. Temple. And the Doctor still doesn't correct the person but when the interaction is over the three of them laugh so hard it brings him to tears. It loosens something, and later Shaun can mention the feeling to Donna, even as he realizes it doesn't bother him anymore.
He throws an "excuse you, Dr. Noble" in Fourteen's direction the next time he's put an empty box of cereal back in the cabinet for Shaun to find and gleefully watches them both sputter.
