Well, that didn't last long...

Yeah, so my stint of working on Behind Starlight did not last long. I've been working on a novel of mine, one that I thought I had abandoned until my brain deciding nope, let's work on that. So:

The main concept is that there's a world that is divided into three lands -- forest, desert, and volcano -- and these three lands get united by long lost triplets.

The triplets are almost 20 at the beginning.

Quillian (she/her) is a cis woman and a storyteller. She has a very good memory, remembering things that she heard at a very young age. She lives with her dad, Harwood (he/him), in the (as of yet unnamed) forest land and helps him with his forge.

Jack (they/them) is non binary and an artist. They have incredible attention to detail, able to pick out differences and minute details easily. When they were younger, they lived with a jeweler named Leeander (he/him, probably) in the desert land (tentatively named Tomesha). Now that they're older, they visit him frequently but don't really quite live with him like they did as a kid. Their job is searching the dunes for lost or unburied items.

Reed (he/him) is a trans man and a musician. He has an amazing sense of rhythm and can recognize patterns easily. He technically lives with his (currently unnamed) mom, but his job as an ice harvester frequently has him living in a camp or dorm with the other ice harvesters. And this is in the volcano land Iseldur, which is also known as the land of fire and ice.

The story is divide into three parts, which might be three books but who knows? Each part focuses on one of the triplets as the three of them visit their home land. Jack's is first, followed by Reed's, and then Quillian's at the end along with the conclusion of the overarching storyline (most likely, haven't completely decided).
