Cheesy Beef Stuffed Potato Cakes Ingredients: 4 large russet potatoes 1 pound ground beef 1 onion, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper, to taste Cooking oil, for frying Sour cream, for serving (optional) Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish (optional) Directions: Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Pierce each potato several times with a fork and place them directly on the oven rack. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork. While the potatoes are baking, in a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is soft and translucent. Drain any excess grease. Once the potatoes are cooked and cool enough to handle, cut each one in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin shell intact. Place the potato flesh in a mixing bowl. Mash the potato flesh with a fork or potato masher until smooth. Add the cooked ground beef mixture, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined. Take a scoop of the potato mixture and shape it into a patty. Repeat with the remaining mixture to form potato cakes. In a skillet over medium heat, heat cooking oil. Fry the potato cakes in batches until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. 1. Prepariamo il brodo vegetale classico con 2 carote medie, 1 cipolla bianca piccola, mezza costa di sedano, 1 pomodoro medio e il sale
2. Sminuzziamo il rosmarino
3. Nella padella dove faremo il risotto facciamo soffriggere lo speck per 3/4 minuti
4. Togliamo lo speck e mettiamo a tostare il riso con un poโ€™ di sale
5. Sfumiamo con il vino rosso e cominciamo la cottura aggiungendo poco a poco il brodo vegetale
6. A metร  cottura aggiungiamo i fichi spellati e il rosmarino
7. Alla fine aggiungiamo lo speck, il parmigiano e la noce di burro freddo
8. Copriamo e lasciamo riposare 4 minuti
9. Giriamo e impiattiamo!

1. Preparamos o caldo de legumes clรกssico com 2 cenouras mรฉdias, 1 cebola branca pequena, meio talo de aipo, 1 tomate mรฉdio e sal
2. Pique o alecrim
3. Na frigideira onde faremos o risoto, frite o grรฃo por 3/4 minutos
4. Retire o grรฃo e torre o arroz com um pouco de sal
5. Adicione o vinho tinto e comece a cozinhar adicionando aos poucos o caldo de legumes
6. A meio da cozedura, adicione os figos descascados e o alecrim
7. No final juntamos o grรฃo, o parmesรฃo e a noz de manteiga fria
8. Cubra e deixe descansar por 4 minutos
9. Vamos virar e servir!

Sticky ginger garlic chicken๐Ÿ˜˜โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ’•โœŒ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿค—
Ingredients
3 large chicken breast ( cut into small pieces )
Add
2 cups soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoons salt
1/2 oil (not olive oil)
1 1/2 cups cornstarch
Mix everything really good
Fry chicken pieces until golden crispy
Sauce ingredients๐Ÿ˜โค๏ธโ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜Š
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1/2 cup light or dark brown sugar
1 cup of onions and peppers
Sprinkle some salt & pepper ( 1/2 teaspoons of each ) remember the soy sauce is very high in sodium โค๏ธโ˜€๏ธโ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜Š
To thicken sauce add 3 tablespoons cornstarch slurry ๐Ÿ’•
Serve over rice or noodlesโ˜บ๏ธ

Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Pierce each potato several times with a fork and place them on the prepared baking sheet. 3. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until they are fork-tender. 4. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly. 5. Once the potatoes are cool enough to handle, slice each one in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl, leaving a thin layer of potato inside the skin. 6. 1. Lessiamo il baccalร  in acqua bollente per 10 minuti
2. Scoliamo e lo lasciamo asciugare in un canovaccio
3. Sbucciamo le patate e le facciamo a bastoncini sottili
4. Friggiamo le patate in olio bollente, una volta cotte le mettiamo nella carta assorbente
5. In unโ€™altra padella mettiamo tanto olio e facciamo soffriggere la cipolla tagliata sottile
6. Aggiungiamo baccalร , aglio e patate, poi facciamo insaporire tutto insieme
7. Facciamo la salsa: tritiamo finemente il prezzemolo insieme allโ€™aglio e al pepe, poi schiacciamo in un mortaio insieme a un poโ€™ di olio fino a creare una salsina
8. Aggiungiamo la salsina al baccalร 
9. Sbattiamo le uova e aggiungiamo il sale
10. Incorporiamo le uova, rigiriamo velocemente finchรฉ non sono cotte abbastanza, ma umide
11. E serviamo il nostro baccalร !

2. Escorra e deixe secar em um pano
3. Descasque as batatas e corte-as em palitos finos
4. Fritamos as batatas em รณleo fervente, depois de cozidas colocamos em papel absorvente
5. Em outra panela coloque bastante azeite e frite a cebola picadinha
6. Adicione o bacalhau, o alho e as batatas e deixe tudo temperar junto
7. Vamos fazer o molho: pique finamente a salsa junto com o alho e a pimenta, depois amasse no pilรฃo junto com um pouco de azeite para fazer um molho
8. Adicione o molho ao bacalhau
9. Bata os ovos e acrescente o sal
10. Incorpore os ovos, mexa rapidamente atรฉ que estejam cozidos o suficiente, mas รบmidos
11. E vamos servir o nosso bacalhau!
