Because so far for the last one year, there is no trolls, no troublemakers harassing and arguing on my post with ignorant comment, I gave this functional PC as followers gift. Thank you to my real followers for supporting me.

The PC is cloned from Base Game ComputerFlatScreen. The monitor is based on ASUS VY279HGR Eye Care Gaming Monitor – 27 inch FHD (1920 x 1080). Mouse is Razer Basilisk V3 35K. Keyboard is Logitech G512 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard.

I do not show the brand for more generic use.

Fully functional. The only known issue is the blinking lamp on bottom of the monitor that I cannot erase. Please ignore it.

2 Presets, no recolour channels.

2048 x 2048 pixels. You can see the graphic details on the keyboard.

Polycount: HIGH 13279 vertices, 17012 faces. You can see the shape details on the keyboard.

The Gaming CPU is decorative, with Glass material. The texture is mixture from various sources I can find on websites. The front side (RGB fans) from Corsair and the graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070. You can find on category Electronics > Computers

Today you'll get three EA plants trans-plant-ed (pun intended) to different vases.

"Modern Orchid" in Cylindrical Vase

While this base game orchid is already pretty in my eyes, I just can't stand the bulky vase it came with. So I looked for a good cylindrical mesh ingame that would fit as its new vase. And bonus! The vase is also CAStable. One channel, priced §150. Found in Decor > Plants. Polycount: 352 (hLOD)/184 (mLOD).

Re-Potted Orchids Divine

I also find this store orchid vase pretty, only that it sits in the wrong vase imo. And I think the stardust bottle from ITF is the best candidate for its vase. Also with one channel, priced §75, found in Decor > Plants. Polycount: 406 (hLOD)/248 (mLOD).

Un-deluxed Fern Keeper

I was really curious how the fern inside the "Fern Keeper Deluxe" from the basegame looks like without the glass and found out that it could be better if it's in another pot. And I wasn't wrong when I saw the finished product. This one too has a single CAStable channel and is cheaply priced at §5, found in Decor > Plants. Polycount: 236 (hLOD)/45 (mLOD).

2000 Followers Gift - Part 1 Needlecreams Flamenco Top for teens: Download

Hello! I thought it was time to celebrate a recent milestone: I have reached 2000 followers! Thank you so much to everyone who has left a like or comment in the past years. The community feels more alive than ever and I really enjoy interacting with all of you!

Since my blog has recently turned 13 I have prepared 13 gifts! It took quite some time to prepare all of this so I will be releasing the gifts throughout the month of March. You can expect a new part of the gift on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. It will be alternating clothing sets and hair retextures and I hope there will be something for everyone.

The first part is a teen conversion of one of my favorite tops made by @needlecream! This is the Flamenco Top that was part of JacciRockers Treasure Hunt gift on GOS, here. A link to the AF version can be found here.

250 Followers Gift - Build Mode

I somehow managed to get 250 Followers. Time for another followers gifts. This gift is full of build mode stuff. As usual I included previews, swatches, meshs and compressed everything.

First I got 20 recolors of @fracturedmoonlight's Fairytale Romance Redux Set. 10 recolors of the frame, 5 of the window glass and I also recolored the doors in AL wood colors.

The next part are 16 recolors of a wooden plank texture by Kalponic Studios turned into a floor.

I also made 21 rather random recolors of Wood For Sims 2 barn stairs. I used @zerographic's PSD to make them.

The last gift are 20 brick walls made from 9 different textures.

Hello and welcome back to my blog! I planned to post this about two weeks ago, but I got so busy with booking flights and reservations for my trip that I decided to wait until I returned from my vacation.

This project has been my plan for my next #FollowersGift and I’m happy that it's finally complete. It's not much, to be honest; this was just an idea I had for a career and I was unsure if I should create a part-time job again or pursue a full-time career, so I decided to do both!

The SimGuard Security Services is a full-time career based on a security company/firm while SimGuard Security is also part of that but is assigned to different lots. This took a while because aside from creating five part-time careers, I also created a full-time career that includes branches, opportunities and books, which will be fully discussed in this post. A second post will follow for the part-time careers so this one won't get too long.

NRAAS Careers Mod

Branches and wages: This career has two branches that branch out after level 5: the Management branch, which focuses on handling internal agency operations as you progress to higher ranks and the Field Operations branch, which allows for expertise in specific security fields. All the levels represent realistic roles based on the research I did for this career. If you prefer the managerial role, expect to read more reports and increase your logic skills. However, if you prefer roles like a bodyguard or security escort, expect to develop both athletic and logic skills as you take on different roles in the field. Levels 1-5 offer realistic hourly wages based on research. To compensate for the increased days off and decreased work hours as the level increases, I had to raise the hourly wages beyond the normal salary ranges for Levels 6-10 for both branches. Metrics and Books: I made a few changes to this career, specifically regarding the metrics. I originally planned to include "Reports" as part of the required tasks but I realized this was unrealistic since it was based on the Law Enforcement career, where individuals interview people, search through their trash and create reports based on those findings—tasks not typical for a security guard. Instead, I made it a custom tone and changed the "Reports" metric to "Research," which is based on the Medical career, where professionals read reports from their subordinates instead of medical journals. Opportunities: As this is my first time creating opportunities, I focused on developing just two for now, with only one of them being repeatable. This is because security guards need to complete a minimum number of hours of continued firearm training per year. I initially planned to include Martial Arts as part of the metrics but decided to make this base game compatible for now. I might release a different version for World Adventures but to be honest, I don’t have the time at the moment. You are always free to add it on your own for personal use (check my terms of use). Be sure to check out MissyHissy's tutorial under Credits for a step-by-step guide on how to do it. As stated above, you will need NRAAS Careers Mod for these careers to show up in the game and as long as you have the latest version of it, it should work for higher patches. Followers Gift: A Couple of Random Mods

Thanks for the 200 follows! Everyone has been really nice and encouraging and it's been fun to share this hobby with others.

I know it's customary to give gifts when you hit certain milestones but I don't really have anything ready to share.

Soooo I dug through my archive of old mods from yesteryear and tried to find something that someone other than myself would be interested in having. I recognize this is the equivalent of giving someone something you found in the back of your closet as a last-minute birthday gift! 😋

Anyway, here's two older mods I figure people might be interested in.

Combo Washer/Dryer

The first is a combination washer and dryer. Useful for small spaces and apartments. It's pretty simple, you select do laundry and then when it's done washing, you select dry clothing. I made it as a cheap version but then threw in an expensive option as well. Because I hate free stuff in-game, you have to buy detergent pods in order to use it. You'll find all the objects (appliances and detergent bottle) in the laundry section. I edited the mesh for the base version to make it less wide so it didn't stick out so much in my bathroom so you have to turn on moveobjects to adjust it so it's flush against the wall. The light will be a little off as a result. Expensive version (pictured) is exactly the same as EA's.

Credits: Detergent bottle is from @aroundthesims and I squished it down to make it look different? (this was a while ago, I don't remember my rationale for this) The individual pod is a TS4 conversion from littledica. It sticks through the hand a little but the animation is 2 seconds long.

Hang Out

The second is a mod similar to the TS2 feature where teens could hang out with each other and sit on the floor and talk. That's pretty much it. It's only for teens and kids but you can change it in the ITUN to make it for everyone Child+ and download the alternate version to make it Child+.

Aaaand for the last day of the 1k followers special, here are some tweaks made to a couple of store objects.

Coffee Bean Hipster Loft "Hipster Coffee Table" Edits

First of the edits is that this coffee table now has uniformly shaped planks unlike in the original that has angled corners on one side (my OCD self couldn't stand it lol).

Texture wise, nothing has changed (still has four channels and the same four presets untouched). And the number and position of slots should be the same as any standard 2x1 coffee table. Price is still §295, found in Surfaces > Coffee Tables. Polycount: 362 (hLOD)/108 (mLOD).

Plus...there's also a 1x1 version for those of you who prefer playing with smaller spaces!

Still with four CAStable channels, and this time with the stencils removed. Costs §145, with 15 slots. Found in Surfaces > Coffee Tables. Polycount: 290 (hLOD)/84 (mLOD).

Stone's Throw Greenhouse "Workman's Shelf" Emptied + Wall Mounted Version

Ah yes, I may now be nicknamed 'aisquared the great (lol jk) object declutterer' at this rate. Another one in my long list of decluttered stuff. First is a simple decluttering of the bookcase and converting it as a shelf with no bookshelf functionality, and another one being the shelf repurposed to a wall mounted surface.

The emptied version has only has two channels with added 9 slots, while the wall mounted version only has one channel with 5 slots priced §150 and §75 respectively. Both found in Surfaces > Displays/Misc.
