I hope the SAG AFTRA strike gets resolved, of course. But this whole thing has taught me that directors and writers should probably be doing more PR work than they do.

I could listen to Martin Scorsese talk forever.

Insert *X famous Actor* they usually just get asked basically small talk questions. (Not their fault at all.)

But when the interviewer is talking to directors or writers they have to ask real questions beyond: “What is your fitness regime?”

Then they actually talk about the film and its themes.

Susanna Fogel actually making Cat Person sound interesting, even though, by all accounts, it’s a bit of a mess of a film.
