#one piece #sanji #black leg sanji #everysanji #summit war saga #ch553 #ft. luffy #ft. zoro #ft. nami #ft. usopp #ft. chopper #ft. robin #ft. franky #ft. brook #thinking abt that one blog that is kinda going around rn does it hate/love women or whatever #and even tho as of queueing this i havent seen op on there i dont think you could do a hard and fast yes or no for op #since i think there are a number of women that are loved by the series and oda does actually give women diverse body types #and not all of the good women are stereotypically attractive (lola and charlotte come to mind whenever i think about this)#and a lot of the women do have established goals and wants and needs that are validated through the narrative #even pudding is a well written character tbh <- needs to reread wci dont ask me to go into details quite yet #but then you look at some of the other character designs. and how some characters do just fall flat #or arent well written. given that its such a long series though that is so expected and it holds up a lot better than say...#naruto. or bleach. in this regard but i wish we did get more fights with nami and robin sometimes u know.#i do really enjoy the ones we get and i'm excited to get back to wano for robin's fight with black maria #bc i did see some screencaps from that and ik fights arent the only thing to showcase a character's worth #but this is a shounen series so to some extent fights are a staple of the genre.#idk where im going with this its 10pm for me and i'm very tired t-t #i'm so lighthoused out. and they're redoing the roof on my house this week which is so augh

There's a herring gull flegelig quite literally living on my door step rn. Little Hugo (that's what we decided to call it ^^) plopped down from the roof a couple of days ago and since then the whole neighborhood came together to give him food and water. The parents are still around though, so it's not like Hugo got abandoned and they still feed him as well. Hugo has grown big and fat lol Only downside is that I now have to be super careful when I open the door or I might accidentally knock the little guy over (almost happened today and Hugo was not amused 😔).

#also damn hugo and his parents are LOUD #at least they stopped complaining about me now #at first i couldn't even go past the window without them throwing a tantrum lol #i get baby herring gulls every year here #but usually they go down the other side of the building #cause there's a flat roof two floors further down #and they stay there for a couple more weeks before they start searching for their own food #but sometimes they go down the other way and end up on the parking lot in front of my house #but as long as they didn't get hurt and the parents are still around it's ok #midnight thoughts #birb

there was one time I was chillin' on the roof at work, waiting for the person I was helping to return with tools, and I noticed that right along the edge of the roof where I was sitting... were cat footprints! not entirely sure how the cat had gotten UP there, but we had similar ideas of a good place to sit for a minute. nice.

#there's not a lot of flat roof what with the greenhouses and office building. just that one weird little area.#we have to access it by climbing out a window lmao #at my parents' house there's an angled/shingle roof my brother and I used to climb out a window to sit on and stargaze #before the town put up that darn street light. :I #anyway! sitting on the roof is fun. 👍
