One of R's gifts is a big fan in the non-binary pride colors, and they are already an expert in Flicking It Open Dramatically, which fucking kills me every time they do it ("WERK, FAN FAVORITE!"). They said, "FriendC called me fagulous, and I love it."

went to a monthly meetup for queer creatives for the first time!! it was way in the back of a cafe, where some older gays had booked a room for everyone to come and sit together and work on artsy projects - there were people knitting, painting, writing, doing comics, all kinds of things! lots of different skill levels too, which was really nice, brought a very good vibe and good energy.

I had a couple of friends with me, and got to meet so many lovely new people too ... it was so much fun seeing everyone’s projects. it was especially wonderful to see people who had just picked up a new hobby give it their best, I don’t think I would’ve had the guts to try something totally new in a public space like that. so cool to see !! inspiring even !!!!

will definitely try to make a habit of showing up to these meetups. going outside isn’t easy for me, but recently I’ve been feeling the urge to make an effort and I’m going to ride that train as far as it’ll take me.

@spiderman2-99's office is a spacious room that could be incredibly cozy with the right ambiance and decor—but that’s not something The Miguel O’Hara would do. So, of course, others had to intervene.

It was late evening, a handmade banner with "slumber party!!!" was put up, some confetti was here and there. Lyla was hovering at the top, near the banner, she was a little messed with, her communication system just a little lagging, but her program was too advanced to have been properly hacked by these amateurs, so by her grin she was probably going with it of her own volition. The monitors had been hacked to blink with soft, multicolored stars across the ceiling, casting a glow perfect for relaxation— just that there was nothing quite calm happening. It looked overall chaotic, and fun.

@spider-lily929 had been here earlier but left for something. Miguel (the bigger, more fun one, @itsmiguel2099) was here, and @spiderpunkofficial had just walked in, balancing several pizza boxes in a way that defied physics. To the right, @tinidor-theodore and @spider--queer were deep in conversation. Next to them was a pile of pastel-colored pillows with a few plushies on top.

On the massive work table, now cleared of all of Miguel's thingamajigs, a large checkered tablecloth was spread out. It was packed with unlabeled syrups, glasses, mugs, juices, fizzy drinks—even a random gallon of milk. For snacks, there was an enormous bowl of popcorn that was somehow already half-empty, and a platter of chopped fruit that no one seemed interested in. Kari had just set down a bowl of gulab jamun and… spicy chicken nuggets? He looked doubtful, wondering if anyone would actually eat them. Someone had tried to label allergens on the table and gave up; the only labels read, “Apple juice, contains apples,” “Milk, contains gluten lactose,” and “I think this is chocolate syrup.”

Kari lit up when he saw Spiderpunk’s pizza haul. He grabbed a whole box and a drink from the table, stuffing down two slices while scurrying across the room. He accidentally bumped into @green-goblin-59 on the way.

“Oh, sorry! Pizza?” he offered, handing over the box after taking two more slices. He got absorbed in the movie playing on the big screen—something he didn’t recognize, didn't they call it Blade runner?—for a moment before remembering he had something to do. He almost tripped over a large box labeled “HAZARD BOX,” covered with sticky notes like, ��Maybe bring Molotov mocktails next time, lol,” and “I am NOT cleaning up a glitter bomb, so whoever brought it has to deal with it if it ever goes off.”

Finally, Kari reached River @hotgaybitch.

“Hey, didn't you or Theodore invite @crybaby-spider?” he mumbled, sipping his concoction of fruit juices through a purple straw.

the emphasis that ben does not get a redemption arc is so important and that he’s capable of mending his ways and becoming a better person but thats not charlie’s responsibility to help him off load his guilt while still dealing with the pain of his actions

ben really is the antithesis of nick who called charlie his best friend instead of pretending he didn’t exist and took ‘am i gay?’ quizzes and bi panicked of pirates of the carribean all while being kind and loving to charlie who was more than willing to hold his hand through his coming out

i’ve always loved the classic fizzy graphics but the sea of rainbow flowing out towards ben from the art show doors sort of urging him to take a step in towards other people like him and begin that journey of self discovery and love and instead he just walks away from it is some top tier imagery
