- 💯80/20 Nutrition 💥by @corebodyfitness - Tag a friend that needs to see this👇🏻 - If you’ve been following my page for awhile now, you know I’m not a big fan of any diet or nutrition plan that is super restrictive. - We all have different schedules and lifestyles that can make nutrition challenging at times. - My approach has always been for long term sustainable results. I don’t believe in quick fixes, fad diets, or anything super restrictive. - With that being said, in order to lose fat you need to be in a calorie deficit and properly balance your macros. Yes they do matter. - The approach we use follows the 80/20 rule. We are on track 80% of the time. The 20% we try to be good but do not get worked up if we have a cheat meal or get off track. Do you love fajitas? - . If so, here's a twist to your favorite that you can prep tonight, throw in the crockpot in the morning and be ready to devour by dinner time! 🔥🔥 #wcw Recipe of the Week is Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas! 🔥🔥 . - What you Need: •        2 lb (900g) chicken breasts •        4 bell peppers, sliced •        1 red onion, sliced •        2 tbsp. honey •        1 tbsp. olive oil •        1 lime, juice •        1 tbsp. chilli powder •        1 tbsp. cumin •        1 tbsp. paprika •        1 tsp salt •        1 tsp onion powder •        1 tsp garlic powder •        1 cup chopped tomatoes   What You Need to Do: Place half of the sliced peppers and onion in the slow cooker. Layer the chicken and coat with honey, olive oil, lime juice, all the seasoning and chopped tomatoes.   Lastly, add the remaining peppers and onions and cook for 4 hours on high.   Remove the chicken and shred it with a fork, then return it in in the slow-cooked, mix well and cook for another 10 mins. on low.   Assemble fajitas and enjoy.   Suggested serving (not included in nutrition info) : •    tortillas, cream, guacamole, coriander   Nutrition per serving: 183 kcal        3g Fats 12g Carbs      28g Protein   Serves: 8 Prep: 10 mins Cook: 3-4hrs .
