I didn't see a difference until I put the pictures side by side.... . . Do you see any difference? . . Progress update: I'm still training the same 6 days week, eating my reverse diet prepped meals daily with some fun foods here & there including some rum cake yesterday😋, rubbing 3x a day, drinking water and getting at minimum 6 hours of sleep. . ⏩Check out the last pic that shows what last December looked like! ⏩ Thank God I have an opportunity to address what others don't say....eating well & training will always be priority, yet, why wouldn't you want me to tell you that this added bonus helps you see results a bit quicker? . .
