Well, 30 days and this is me. Probably lost about 3% body fat.(I was pretty much at 20% or so) . Vous voulez développer le haut des pectoraux mais vous ne savez pas comment faire ? Voici les principales notions à connaitre et les outils pour muscler le haut des pecs : Les exercices à faire, comment muscler le haut des pecs avec élastique, comment choisir l’angle des mouvements, réussir à dessiner la portion supérieure des pectoraux sans faire des mouvements farfelues, des astuces pour solliciter le haut des pecs dès le début de votre entrainement. La partie supérieure des pectoraux ou aussi appelé haut de pec est la partie haute des pecs, celle que l’on voit en débardeur ou en col en V. Sont développement est difficile avec les méthodes conventionnelles mais pas impossible si on utilise les bons outils. Le tendon du haut des pecs s’insère sur l’humérus et les clavicules…
En fonction des différentes morphologie le haut des pecs est plus ou moins visibles chez les pratiquants de musculation. Parfois ce n’est pas le muscle du haut des pecs qui donne l’effet bombé mais le grand pectoral et sa portion sternale bien développée. Par exemple, sur ma photo ce n’est pas que la partie du haut des pecs qui donne le relief musculaire mais également la partie sternale de la portion moyenne des pectoraux.
